Amazon Plan of Action Template

A plan of action (POA) is a document that may be needed for multiple instances when selling on Amazon such as if your account is suspended (for a multitude of different reasons), if your ship to FBA privileges are revoked and more.
No matter the case why it is needed, the same basic format can be followed which is as follows: Step 1: Acknowledge the problem
Step 2: Advise what will be done to correct the problem
Step 3: Take responsibility & apologize
As long as you have not attempted to manipulate Amazon’s systems, done something against the law or continue to have the same issues over and over again and not address/correct them, almost all issues can be resolved/suspensions lifted. The following is a list of some things that I have personally seen from other sellers where it is extremely difficult or impossible to come back from and as such, I would highly recommend you never do:
Attempting to manipulate invoices you send to Amazon (for ungating, authenticity etc)
Selling illegal/stolen items
Drop shipping outside of the guidelines provided by Amazon
Manipulating Amazon’s systems in any way (such as gaming the review system etc)
In the event you ever do have issues on Amazon and require a POA, we have put together a template below that you can use/follow. This template is for the case of accidentally sending an inauthentic item into Amazon (this is the exact template I helped someone else create and had it work successfully) but you can adjust the information as needed.
