You can utilize this Google sheet to help keep track of your inventory that you purchase to sell on platforms such as eBay, Facebook, Kijiji, Poshmark & StockX. It also has built in functionality to automatically calculate your running profits & a section to input your monthly expenses. A few things to note about the tracker:

• The SKU/BIN system is for your reference if you have an inventory system for your products at your home/warehouse so you know quickly where to find the item

• The action date section is if you need to have a reminder for yourself/action the item. For example, if a return window is closing.

You can input a date in here and it will turn red on that date to bring your attention to it.

• The listing details section with the platform is just for your reference so you know what you have listed where

• When you input a sold date, the product details will turn green automatically for you so you know that its sold.

• The fees will calculate for you automatically based on the platform you input that you sold the item on. It calculates it for the standard fees for each platform. You may need to adjust this for certain categories.

• In the monthly summaries, this pulls through all your data in the tracker automatically. Only change the Year in the top left, this will change the data to correspond with that year.

• The filter sheet lets you filter your data pretty much however you'd like out of your tracker. Only update the filter fields in the white spaces
