Detailed Summary:
The video serves as a comprehensive session aimed at educating participants about various features and tools available within a specific server, mainly for those involved in online selling. The speaker opens by encouraging participants to ask questions or bring up features they'd like to discuss, fostering an interactive environment.
Renting Solutions The discussion begins with the topic of transportation needs for sellers. One participant mentions renting U-Haul vehicles for transporting larger quantities of products, implying that flexible solutions are necessary regardless of vehicle size.
Tracking Products and Receipts The speaker addresses another participant's query about tracking product orders and receipts. They mention different preferences people have for managing these records.
Software Recommendations:
Hubdoc can extract information and categorize receipts automatically but comes at a cost (approximately $15-20/month).
QuickBooks offers integrations that can streamline tracking, making it a more affordable option for some users.
Spreadsheet Use: Many users utilize spreadsheets for tracking orders, utilizing an enhanced order tracker available within the server.
The discussion covers various platforms like Celler board for tracking sold inventories, although the speaker notes concerns about its accuracy.
Server Features Overview The speaker emphasizes that the server, which may initially overwhelm newcomers, provides many resources for various preference levels and needs.
Getting Started:
New members receive a welcome ticket that directs them to key channels to streamline navigation.
Members are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the server guide, which outlines channel purposes.
Importance of Roles:
Roles help in receiving notifications relevant to one's interests, allowing users to customize their experience.
Utility Server:
Members are encouraged to join the utility server, where additional deals and exclusive offers can be found.
A section covering freebies implies potential avenues for users to save costs or acquire products at low to no expense.
Cash Out Insights The speaker explains the concept of cash outs - opportunities where sellers can avail themselves of limited item purchases often at prices above retail. Scotty Cameron golf clubs are used as an example, elaborating on how these cash outs can generate credit card points and cash back.
Members are advised to take advantage of these offers, especially when items are in high demand and limited stock.
Essential Tools and Features The speaker delves into various essential tools that can optimize seller performance:
Catch-All Email:
Highly recommended for users who wish to manage multiple accounts and track orders effectively.
Virtual Credit Cards:
Suggested as a way to manage expenses safely while still benefiting from online purchases.
SMS Notifications:
The importance of signing up for SMS alerts is highlighted for critical updates on product drops and deals that may require immediate action.
Keyword Pinger:
A feature allowing users to monitor specific keywords in select channels, significantly aiding in product tracking and timely notifications.
Additional Server Functions The session touches on the A2A Monitors and Seller Watch, which can help actively monitor storefronts on Amazon. This is particularly useful for identifying new product releases without tedious manual checks.
Participants are encouraged to utilize these tools fully, reinforcing the emphasis on teamwork and community support within the server.
Risks and Inventory Management Towards the end of the session, the discussion touches upon risks associated with having inventory stranded due to various reasons such as lack of bilingual labeling required in Canada, or items getting deactivated from Amazon.
The recommendation is to manage product purchases intelligently, being reactive to changing regulations and ensuring compliance to avoid extended periods of stranded inventory.

They re-emphasize the community-driven approach, promoting collective success among members, suggesting that learning to navigate challenges together yields greater overall benefits.
Participants are left with various actionable insights and encouraged to engage in one-on-one guidance sessions if needed.
(00:00) just in case anybody wants to reference back to it uh but if there are any questions uh any features that anybody wants to discuss certainly feel free either to hop on the mic or to put them in the chat either way uh I do have like a loose kind of thing for some of the features that we have in the server that maybe everybody is not super familiar with that we're just going to do a brief overview of okay uh and yeah Danny says wow I won use my car um so like I don't have a very big vehicle either but I mean if
(00:32) you want to do certain things you have to find ways around it so we'd regularly rent U-Hauls uh not that expensive and it gives us gives us more than enough space of what we needed to transport large amount of products uh BR asks what's the best way to keep track of products ordered and keeping their receipts so everybody kind of has like their own system uh when you asked the question earlier today about tracking receipts in the chat uh um I think it was Inca that mentioned that you can upload them into get into
(01:05) QuickBooks or hubdoc I personally use hubdoc I believe QuickBooks has an option where you can upload them directly and keep uh copies of them I prefer hubdoc just because it extracts a lot of info it automatically categorizes them for you by supplier and makes them all searchable um but hubdoc cost an additional fee whereas with QuickBooks I believe that is integrated uh hub Doc is not that expensive I want to say it's like 15 20 bucks us a month I believe it may have increased but uh but as for tracking products ordered um we
(01:41) personally use a spreadsheet like I use the order tracker that we have in the server uh just like the more enhanced version uh but you can really use any kind of system that you want I use that to track purchases CU I found that using like Celler board or something is not that great for tracking purchases uh but then you can use Celler board so stock Etc to help track your sell through help uh replen your inventory stuff like that there's a lot of people that just use Cellar Central too like I don't personally prefer to use Cellar Central
(02:12) because it gives you a lot of skewed stats but using something like Cellar board uh that's a great entry level way to get started so stocked is too expensive in my opinion cool so for those that are new in the server uh I do see a couple faces in here that I've been around for a while I do see a couple faces that are relatively new uh when you've joined the server like with most people you probably got a little bit overwhelmed because we have a ton of stuff in here uh we're always changing stuff adding new features upgrading some of the stuff
(02:44) that we offer so that's why when we when you get into the server nowadays uh it never used to be this way when some of the ogs in here uh joined but nowadays when you join you get a welcome ticket that's just for yourself and staff and we give you a welcome message of kind of things that you should focus on and some key channels that you should look through so I know even with that information it can be a lot to get started uh but it's obviously not necessary but it's highly recommended because it gives you a good base on how
(03:17) to navigate through the server and kind of how to adjust it to your own personal liking okay and most of those come under the getting started channels so the couple things that are very important that I would highly recommend that you do read through are the server guide you don't need to read through all this cuz it's a lot but it just shows it just shows you in general what individual channels are for okay so if you're unsur it's like oh what am I supposed to do with the accounting Channel you can come here and it tells you exactly what that
(03:47) channel is for so you need a reference for it all that is there for you and it's in the same order as our categories and channels are right now so it's supposed to just be an easy reference for yourself another thing that we have are the things that you need and again this isn't something that maybe absolutely everybody needs if you're not say if you're not interested in sneakers or if you're not interested in like selling on eBay but these are things that I highly recommend that you obtain that are all relatively easy to obtain uh so you can
(04:21) just make the most use out of our server okay uh I think most people in our server are Amazon sellers we do have some people in here that don't do Amazon at all so if you don't and you don't have interest in it obviously you probably wouldn't want to get a Seller Central account for Amazon but everything else I would highly recommend that you least consider like a Scotty Cameron account for our weekly cash outs um viewing information about um our our crossb services uh like right here for crossb services because we do find a lot
(04:53) of things like deals or extreme price errors that are in the US that we do need a crossborder service in order to bring over the Border okay that's just uh for those that are unfamiliar it's something that it's a service that can receive packages at a Us address or another country and then bring it over the border and ship it to you here in Canada so Danny asks what is a cash out great question so cash outs are when people offer a set amount of money for any number of items generally speaking a cash out would be them offering either
(05:33) the retail price of the item so that you basically you spend no money of your own and then you get the credit card points and the cash back for free and a lot of the cash outs that we have in the server specifically for Scotty Cameron every week are above retail so um the one thing that is a big focus is Scotty Cameron so if we come down to to the cash out section which is right here and we look at miscellaneous cash outs we can see every single week one of our guys here named Jack he posts stuff about Scotty Cameron and so every
(06:13) single week on Wednesday Scotty Cameron releases some Raffles for new golf golf clubs Putters they're very limited uh there's usually four or five different types and each one only has about 20 units in each one and you have to enter in to a raffle for a chance to purchase the items and then obviously with things like this because they are so limited your chances are winning are relatively low but it only takes a few seconds to enter every single week and if you do win uh a lot of these Putters the retail price is like $1,500 $2,000 us he will
(06:50) pay you thousands of dollars typically above retail if you want to send them to him instead of selling them yourself so it's basically just a a free like free money of course if you want to get him yourself and sell them yourself you certainly can he deals with a lot of buyers overseas and so like if there's a lot of Putters that say they cost like say three grand if you send them directly to him he'll pay you the three grand plus $1,000 on top depending on what the putters are it does fluctuate but it's typically thousands of dollars
(07:19) on top of that and all you have to do is literally send him the putter uh other cash outs are like we have a list of cash out servers these are like what are called buying groups these are places that utilize Mass amounts of people to buy items in bulk usually electronics that they then resell and most of these places they will uh they'll purchase these products usually for retail sometimes with a small commission attached on top of it and the purpose is is that people can earn free cash back credit card points
(07:53) they can meet minimum spending goals stuff like that for like welcome bonuses that kind of stuff okay so these are these are easy ways if you just want to if you have some extra cash flow on your credit cards and you want to spend it and you're not actively spending it in your business you can obviously use it for stuff like this if you're using it and you can turn over your own money quick enough inside your own business then this isn't needed for those types of people any other questions about cash outs at all while we're on the topic
(08:32) cool so then yeah the things you need as I mentioned these are things that I would highly recommend and encourage everybody to review and to obtain so things like a catch all email uh we have a full guiding here on how you can obtain a catchall email it is something that does cost a small fee but it is something that especially if you want multiple emails if you're trying to abuse price errors or order multiple units of things it can become uh in handy a ton it just makes it very easy that you can basically send an email to
(09:05) any email at your domain name and no matter what do what no matter what email it sends to it automatically comes to your general inbox right so if you have whatever Danny co.com and no matter what email you send to Danny Co whether it's info whether it's Dany whether it's Sam no matter what email you enter it can be an email that doesn't exist it all comes back to your general email it just makes it easy to sign up for lots of accounts for things if you're wanting to take um advantage of some of these things that
(09:34) we sometimes abuse so the crossb services are also important virtual credit cards are important if you want to take advantage of those things as well uh VPN can be on and off uh in terms of importance because some things you need to be connected to like say a US server in order to even uh check out of those things but it's something that you should consider and even the ones that are like say free out there or that you can get like 100% cash back with quite often throughout the year uh you can get in on those at basically no cost so it's
(10:05) certainly worth it so I highly encourage everybody to read through this channel here and then the roles I believe most people have this figured out uh but the roles just give you corresponding roles to ensure that you're pinged for corresponding information so you'll notice quite often like if we post like Amazon leads well we will ping the Amazon role if it's something that's relevant for eBay eBay will get ping Lego Etc right so these are just to add corresponding roles to yourself so that you actually get those pings and so if
(10:39) you want to add that roll to yourself you can just come in here click on the corresponding roll and it'll add it for you and then if you don't want that rule anymore you can just come in here you can click it again and it will remove it for you so the bot will tell you down here if it adds or removes it so you can come in here and you can add or remove it as many times as you want depending on what kind of pings you want another uh important thing to get started with is the server experience Channel and this just basically shows
(11:08) you how you can use some of our key features in the server and adjust the server kind of to your own liking so it uh goes through and tells you how you can manage your notifications so like say if you're not interested in sports betting whatsoever you can either turn off the notifications for sports betting entirely or or you can remove all those channels if you're not interested in sports betting whatsoever so if you want to turn off the notifications for sports betting you just come down to the category or to the channel depending if
(11:39) you want to do the whole category or channel right click on it notifications and you can click nothing and that means that you'll never get a notification for sports betting again until you turn it back on or it also shows you that you can come up here to browse channels and in here you can turn on or off any any channels that you want so like again if you don't want to see the sports betting category at all we can come down to sports betting we have a lot of channels in here so sports betting and we can unfollow the category so
(12:16) unfollow and then all those channels go away you can turn on individual channels if you want if you only want to see a couple or you can turn them all off so you don't see them at all so now all of a sudden the server becomes a little bit less uh overwhelming if you're not seeing all the channels that you're not interested in so that's just a really nice way to customize a server to your own personal preference very easy to do um and then you can also favorite channels as well so if you want to like put a Channel at the very top of your
(12:46) list that will show at the very top all you have to do is right click on the channel click favorite and then it goes all the way up to the top of the list for you so if you have certain channels that you want to review or those are the only channels you want to pay attention to you can do that as well so any questions about any of that stuff so far uh yes yeah what's up so some I already uncheck for the C and also the channel but some sometimes it still show up as a recommended channels on the top so is anyway for me to turn it off so
(13:31) once you turn them off so when we go into the browse channels and we go and we turn something off and it shows up as recommended up here uh you just have to you just have to close it out a couple times once you close it out a couple times and like get rid of the recommended channels it will eventually stop showing up for you but it does take a couple yeah I see okay thank you for sure and then the other thing as well uh just for like quote unquote getting started that I would highly recommend that you do if you haven't already is
(14:01) sign up for our SMS system this is here because um Discord notifications on mobile they don't they're not super reliable so like say if you get a restock notification and you're not on your computer sometimes when you get that notification you won't see the notification pop up on your phone for like a minute later or longer so it can be a little bit delayed on your cell phone so the SMS system is used so that if something very important is happening in the server like say there's a massive drop that has extreme profit or a
(14:35) massive price error things like that we send out a mass text to everybody on our list so that you can get the text and you can see it immediately okay so we don't we hardly ever send out messages it's only for those specific reasons uh so it's not often we send out those messages but the ones that we do they tend to be important so that's why I do recommend that you sign up for that guy doesn't cost you nothing um and of course you can unsubscribe whenever you want and none of the info is shared with anybody I don't even see
(15:05) your phone number it's through like a a service provider but it just ensures that you get those important messages and again it's very rare that we get messages but when serious stuff does happen we want to make sure that everybody gets it uh BR ask is the SMS for only massive price errors in general um unless it's like say like something that's super important like say Taylor Swift uh verified fans sign up is open right now and it closes in a few minutes and if you can get this you can sell the code itself for like a th000 bucks we'll
(15:38) send out notifications like that we don't send out notifications for like standard restocks or standard flips only really important stuff and if it's not time limit if it's not time sensitive we won't send out those notifications either because everybody can have a chance to review stuff it's only if it's like stuff is happening now and you need to see this immediately so when we have our price errors that happen at like 2: 3 in the morning that's when we send those out and I tell everybody to wake up and get
(16:07) in the server so then yeah there's a few additional things that I just wanted to go over and again if anybody has any questions as we go certainly feel free to ask to butt in ETC so the first thing is the utility server so if you haven't joined it yet I do highly recommend that you do uh you you just come in the getting started section utility server and you can join here once you join you have to just let me know or um you'll just have to wait a few hours until I see it to get you access uh but in here we just have like
(16:44) additional deals Loops discounts those types of things the reason why we have it in a separate server is just to keep this separate and to not clog up our main server because we're almost running out channels our Max channels as it is so when we have things like food deals like the free hellofresh boxes the free Chef's plate stuff all that stuff is in here with information on how you can utilize these things um we do regularly have deals for like different Food Services uh sometimes there's mixed results on how
(17:17) well they will work like right now with the Uber Eats glitch that gives you free food essentially uh people are having mixed uh mixed Success With It some people are able to do it successfully some people people are not we're still kind of trying to work out in the background on trying to figure out why that may be and figure out ways around it but in the meantime obviously if you can use it certainly use it and if you just spend you know a couple minutes in here per week you can get like a free a free chess plate box a free hellofresh
(17:47) box or a couple and then that by itself from more than pay for your subscription I haven't personally bought uh purchase any groceries since April since we've started doing this I get multiple boxes per week so that by itself certainly just pays for the service subscription right there so I do highly recommend that you take advantage of those guys uh we do have some group buys we're going to be expanding this in the near future with some Bank offers with some referrals uh some additional food deals stuff like that uh but we also have a
(18:15) freebie section in here where again it shows you in here how it all works uh but you can basically get uh products typically Chinese products but some of them are pretty quality some of them have some value obviously and you can more or less get them for free so there is a little bit of work that's obviously involved on your end um but you can get products for free if you want to and there's basically no risk in doing so because if for some reason you don't get refunded you can always send this stuff back and we have quite a few people in
(18:46) the server that get freebies multiple times per week and I've seen some people uh profit a couple thousand per month just off the free stuff that's posted in here so bra says when you do the reviews can we use the account that you're selling on so you can uh I have I have extensively that's the only account I have left of reviews on and I've gotten free stuff with some people have concerns about that because you are technically skirting Amazon system and again in here I mention uh I mention in here that it is technically against
(19:18) Amazon's terms of service however when we look at the perspective of your buyer account Amazon tends to be very lenient with Buyers right they're not as lenient with with sellers so I haven't personally seen anything negative happen uh using this not saying that there can't be like there's always a possibility I can't say for sure but I haven't personally seen it just don't go stupid and don't go buy like a 100 products get them and then relieve a review for the same day all via chat GPT and you probably should be fine right
(19:53) but there is always uh an element of risk with things like that so it's is something that you have to keep in mind if you do a concern about that use like a family member's account or something that's not connected to your personal account but I can tell you I've personally left quite a few reviews because I ensure that we test everything before we offer it to everybody else and I haven't had any issues myself thus far so yes make sure you do join the utility server the next thing I wanted to just briefly discuss is the keyword Pinger
(20:27) because this is another one of the key features that we do have in the server and when we say keyword Pinger what that means is that you're setting yourself a keyword and for a certain channel for a certain keyword and then our bot is actively watching that channel for you and whenever it detects those keywords it'll then ping you in that channel and also send you a message of the the keyword that I found okay so if you look at our command list we have a section in here called keyword Pinger so this gives you just kind of a
(21:05) brief walkr on what commands you have to use in order to utilize it okay so I know if you're not familiar with this cordal law this looks like gibberish but it's pretty easy Once you give it a try so if you want to add in a keyword all we have to do is come into the bot command Channel type in forward slash start typing in user keyword and the bot will will pop up here with all the options that are available to you okay so if we want to add a user keyword we just see our Arcane bot with our Arcane uh logo there and we see keyword we have
(21:40) the list command we have delete command and we have keywords so if I want to add a keyword I just click on this guy where it says for SL user keyword and it'll ask me what keyword I want to add and what channel I want to monitor that keyword in so say I want to add a keyword for Lego and I want to monitor it in one of our deal channels like say the Amazon Deal Channel Amazon CA High deals so I look for Amazon CA hi pick that channel I can set negative keywords if I want so like if I don't want uh anything to do with a specific set like say if I
(22:20) don't if I don't want Star Wars I don't want to see any pings for Star Wars Lego sets if I put a negative keyword in there that means it'll Pig me for anything that says Lego but if it says Star Wars anywhere in that message it will not pck me for that okay so just if you really want to refine your keywords you can do that but you don't have to you can just do like Lego in general so say we just do Lego uh then we just hit enter and it will then set that keyword for you if you already have it in your keywords I already do it'll tell you
(22:52) that it's already there then whenever it detects a message in this Channel with that key Lego it'll ping you in the channel and it'll send you that message like here this I have a keyword for the keyword count because a lot of uh multi packs and bundles and stuff are good discounts so whenever it detects the word count it pings me in here and it also sends me a direct message of that actual message that I got so I can find the message it'll look something like this so I got a ping for Lego in here it sends me the key the
(23:26) actual message in my DMs so I can see it immediately so it's just an easy way to monitor the hundreds of thousands of pings that we have coming through the channel for things that may potentially interest you okay so I highly encourage that you give it a try like try Lego try Apple try 50% try 90% depending on what the what kind of things we have coming through that channel and then you'll get to learn about how it works and then you can add more keywords or you can remove keywords if you're getting too much
(23:58) stuff it's a very handy feature to have because then you don't have to sit there and monitor the entire server the hundred hundreds of uh hundreds of channels that we have and you can just get stuff sent directly to you uh Danny said I see that there is a fourth option in the keyword command so some of the things that you see may be admin use only so the second one here it says user this will not even if you have the option in yours if you try to do that it won't work for you because you're not an admin this is just for
(24:32) admins if we want to set or remove keywords for somebody else so like if uh like say if you want to set a keyword or you want to remove something and you don't know how we can just do that for you so then yeah when uh you have your keyword set you can run the command user keyword list right here and it'll show you all the keywords that you have I have a massive amount of keywords because I'm trying to monitor a ton of stuff for different uses to bring to attention to everybody in the server most people won't have a keyword list
(25:09) like this but you can always review my list for some inspiration uh for some places that maybe you want to start and some keywords that maybe you want to watch for right and it just allows you to see that information more quickly because like say if I'm unavailable if I'm at our warehouse uh and say I'm looking for something for like say uh a new Travis Scott raffle I may not always ping it immediately because I may be unavailable but if you have that keyword set for yourself then you can see it and you can take
(25:37) advantage of that right away so again this isn't a feature that you have to use uh but it is there to use if you would like it and that's kind of how we have structured the server is to put all the information that some other places some other servers that may be similar to us they usually Hide Away in a separate server and then they Source through that stuff themselves and then bring it to members attention whereas with us we put it all here that everybody can utilize everybody can Source through uh and then give you the
(26:12) tools to do it efficiently so if you want to use it you certainly can if you don't want to use it you certainly don't have to um you can just utilize it in different ways and you can get creative with it right uh Lorenzo just ask a question and this can also uh go hand inand with keywords is what part of the server will be most useful in regards for Amazon OA sourcing and shipping so obviously we have our Amazon category of course but for Amazon OA specifically uh we also have a channel here called retailer deal emails
(26:45) deal so we have a uh Danny do you want to just mute your mic there thank you sorry sorry no problem uh so we have a extensive dat database of OA suppliers in our gitbook which we can go over here in a second and every single source that is in that uh in that list those are all OA suppliers that we have actually vetted ourselves and we have actually sourced profitable OA products from so there's there's over a thousand suppliers in here so if you look under Amazon I think it's resources uh Arbitrage retailers and look at our
(27:27) retailer database these are all places that we've actively used for our lead list that we have sourced profitable OA products from and these are all relevant to Canada some of these are not in Canada like most of them are some of them are us sources but the ones that are in here that are in the US they ship to Canada and we have almost 1,200 sources in here right now so these are all viable places you can Source OA products from uh but we have actively subscribed to all of their emails in this channel here and have presented them to you so if you
(28:01) want to track sales that are happening which is obviously um a very big thing with OAS souring you can very easily do that you can look through here you can see a snippet of what's going on at every retailer or you can set a key word for this channel as well like say if you want to be notified when Walmart puts on a sale or when the ordinary puts on a sale Etc you can do that and then you can just get uh pinged when those sales pop up and you don't need a litter your inbox with thousands of different retailers
(28:31) uh but for the other questions about the Amazon OA sourcing it depends on how creative you want to get and how deep down the rabbit hole you want to go uh obviously for Amazon just base level Amazon category would be for you okay so we have some informational channels in here for Amazon we have some uh a2a monitors and then we have our seller watch bot which we'll go over in a second but then you can also again utilize things like our private restock monitors our deal channels um all different kinds of stuff in the server
(29:05) some of our feeds that can also help you with OA sourcing as well it just depends on again how creative you want to get and how much information you can uh take in without getting too too overwhelmed uh Baron asks is it possible to give more information about Stellar in the utility server I just know we can use it for ACO service on your own but don't know how yeah so with Stellar itself um they do have some extensive guides available that you can utilize so if we want uh let's go into here if you take a look at our sneaker
(29:45) guides we have the sneaker reselling guide and this whole guide here for sneaker reselling this is sneaker specific uh Stellar is not specifically for sneakers not all Bots are specifically for sneakers but this gives a lot of breakdowns of how Bots work this gives you a good intro on how to get started with botting okay so obviously this can apply to any website that those Bots support okay and then we can also come down to the actual Bots themselves popular Bots stellar and they have their full guide in here as well so you can see like
(30:24) their whole breakdown of how to use Stellar for any individual website so you have the full intro on how Bots work in general in here and then you have the actual breakdown on how to use their personal Bots and some Bots have better support than others uh Stellar has gotten a lot better support over these last about say I would say like a year or two years um some Bots don't have nearly as good of support like there's some Bots that exist where you basically get no support at all um so it's just kind of a mixed
(30:56) bag on whether they provide good support or not but Stellar in their Ser in their server they do live calls every single week they get full breakdown guides on all the general drops all that kind of stuff so they are pretty user friendly but of course there still is a learning curve with Bing just like with anything else you can't expect just to get a bot pop it on and be immediately successful you do have to play with things you do have to try proxies you may have to try servers so just like with anything else
(31:25) there is a bit of a learning curve and you're only going to be really successful with it is if you're actually willing to dig deep into it and learn those things uh Danny asked for the link to the GitHub if you ever want to access that guy you can just come into our support and resources section and then look in guides and resources and then click on any link there and it'll automatically open up our GitHub and then we have everything categorized in there so we have all our recording from our past calls that we've
(31:59) done all of our guides our resources Etc and this is ever expanding so we're always putting more and more information in here and my goal is to eventually just basically and again I know it's overwhelming but I want to have almost anything you'd ever have a question for in general in a resource like this okay so like uh all these things take time and I want to ensure that we have quality good information in here which is when you like look at our sneaker guide this is not just like a generic thing that you see from other
(32:34) some from some other places it's very detailed and it provides you very in-depth information about things right that's the kind of information that I want to ensure that our members have um so that you can be successful in whatever you want to do okay so I'm even working on like a full essentially independent getbook of selling on Amazon um that takes a lot of time and I only have so much time in a day and I have a lot going on so it does take a while to put together but eventually it will basically have like an entire
(33:08) here's how to do everything in Amazon and here's a bunch of additional information that you probably don't even know about in just like a easily digestible format so yeah I do highly recommend that you do at least try out the keyword Pinger in the server um it is something that I believe sets us apart from a lot of other servers quite extensively and we would not have nearly as many profitable things as what we do as what we bring to everybody's attention if we didn't have that because there's just so much information that we
(33:46) have in the server every single day it's just impossible to look through everything right so like if we look in here we can see during yesterday we had 1,000 pings yesterday alone so we have a couple hundred thousand pings coming through the server every single day so Ron asks is there a way to check price change on a product on a site so I'm assuming like to get pinged when a product decreases in price is that what you're asking about gotcha so that is something that we are currently working on it's not something that we have yet
(34:28) um I can't give you an exact ETA on when it will be available but eventually uh like we have our private restock monitors like uh we'll go over in a second it'll function essentially just like that where every single site we support for our private restock monitors we will also support for price change monitors as well where you can basically set any website that you want um and then get notified whenever that price drops to a certain threshold so right now we don't have that functionality in the server there are some external tools
(35:01) that you can use so you can use things like um one are those popular ones that people have used uh I had them onp my T my tongue there's website monitor visual ping that's one people have mixed opinions and mixed success with things like that there's also a resource in here that you can use that's entirely free called the web monitor Chrome extension you do have to do a little bit of work to get it set up and it does run locally in your own browser so it doesn't work if your computer's turned off but you can monitor any part
(35:39) of any website that you want and it's pretty easy to set up uh it does look kind of sketchy because it looks kind of Chinese but I've used it extensively uh you just can't use it for a ton of websites unless you have a really good computer and good internet because it runs locally and it uses a lot of resources so that's where like having like something like maybe visual ping might help a little bit more if you want to run a lot of sites but you obviously have to pay for that so Danny asks will the sub fee increase as you add more features to the
(36:11) server not for you so anybody that has their pricing when they get locked in as long as you maintain your subscription it will never change uh but as we add more things the base price for new members will increase most definitely but yeah like as long as you have your subscription uh locked in for your current price and you don't cancel it it'll always stay the same I personally think with what we have it's massively undervalued even right now uh but I just want to ensure that we don't scare away too many people
(36:47) and people actually are willing to come in and try try it out what we have to offer so yeah Ron if um I would I would recommend that you do try out this guy if you just want to monitor a couple products um and then probably I would probably gauge sometime mid next year we will have the option inside of our private restock monitors where you can do that yourself directly in our private restocks and you don't have to use another website or pay for those Services cool so talking about private restock monitors this is another feature
(37:27) that I believe is massively underutilized in the server especially for Amazon sellers uh so if you look in the command list under restock monitors private this just gives you a brief intro on how to utilize those monitors there's also a video walkth through if you want a video walkr on how to use them but what it is is they essentially act like our regular restock monitors so like what you see here but you can monitor things privately so that nobody else sees what you're monitoring obviously if you're looking for stuff for like Amazon OA you
(38:02) probably don't want other people to see what you're buying because you don't want to expose your leads so we have we have that option okay so in here it does say that uh it's limited to 10 unique restocks per person however that is a soft limit uh you can go higher it's not going to stop you after you do 10 it's just to discourage people from going stupid with it and like say adding 50 or 100 in a day don't do that because our developer will see that uh and he'll be like why is this one person using so many resources just try to limit it a little
(38:37) bit and if you're not monitoring anything anymore remove it the developer that has access to it he is external from us so he lives in Germany he doesn't sell on Amazon so there's no conflict of interest for the things that he would see uh nobody else is going to see the kind of stuff that you're adding only he can see it on the back end okay so if you want to use this all you have to do is message the Arcane member bot so you can either click on uh the Arcane member bot here or you can open up the member list over here go down to
(39:11) bots find the Arcane member bot right click on that guy click message and then you can start interacting with it okay so it shows in here a couple commands that you can do so you can do the exclamation mark m add Etc which we'll go over in a second here you can remove your monitor and then you can see what monitors are available to you okay so I'll just show you for example if we message the bot and uh do the command this is to basically wake the bot up and say hey pay attention to me and we do M monitors this will show you all the
(39:50) websites that you can monitor for restocks which is couple hundred okay so not all of them are going to be relevant to you because some of them may be us only Etc but we have basically all the Heavy Hitters for Canada uh Amazon Walmart Best Buy Toys R R Us um Lego iherb Indigo all the Heavy Hitters we have Shopify so that's any website that operates on Shopify which is hundreds of thousands of websites uh but not every website is supported but a good chunk of them are okay and if you ever have a site that you want to add that we don't currently
(40:28) have you can always request it in our uh feedback and suggestions Channel and if multiple people want to see that monitor it'll be bumped up and we'll work on getting that guy added okay so if you want to add something you just need to find some information about that product so let's just pull up a product here I'm just going to find one from our current monitors that we have so let's say we find something from Amazon so you either need a poll up the or you either you either need to give the bot the link of the product or the
(41:03) skew of the product it doesn't tell you directly in the bot which one you need until you try to add it uh but it will tell you when you try to add a product which one if you like if you try to add a skew and it needs a link it'll tell you so I'll show you with this guy so if you want to add Amazon we can see the store name here so the store name is Amazon CA with no spaces that's how we tell the bot what website we want to monitor okay so say we grab a product from Amazon uh let's go to the ca s not.com and say we grab the link because
(41:39) we don't know what kind of uh if if we need a URL or if we need a skew so I'm just going to grab that link come into here run the command which is M add the store name so Amazon CA and then the item it'll then tell me what it needs so it says this one one requires a skew so the skew uh for Amazon is just the Asin if you want the skew for Best Buy it's just the last uh digits at the end of the the end of the URL so it'll look something like 14 or something like something like that that'll be the skew if you're ever unsure on how to find a
(42:14) skew for a product you can always just send a message to myself and I will help you find it most of them are pretty straightforward though so if I want if I want to add this guy I need the skew so I need the Asin so I just go like that put in the as it'll run for a second and it'll tell me if it's successful or not now this item is being monitored privately in my own instance of um our private restock monitors so whenever this item restocks I will get a notification directly from the bot saying that hey this is restocked and
(42:46) it'll give you a link directly to the product it'll look basically identical to our public restock monitors so just like this but it'll be private to you alone so that feature by itself if you are especially if you're an OA seller uh is extremely powerful and I believe it's very very underutilized by a lot of people in the server and then if you want to remove the item all you have to do is do M remove Amazon CA same skew and then it's no longer in your list so Danny asked compare this feature and keepa which one will be faster I
(43:30) encourage you to test it but I guarantee you especially items that say sell sell very quickly our restock monitors will pick it up and you will never get a notification from keepa because the way that it works is our restock monitors are not operating through keepa they are working through their own access points and they're actively depending on the website they're actively checking those pages every few seconds okay some are a little bit longer than others because because depends on their antibot protection
(43:59) Etc uh but they're actively checking it every few seconds whereas if you set a notification through Kea Kea is web crawling and it's only checking the page again depending on the item and depending on what how many people are looking at that product because when you look at a product on keepa you refresh the data for keepa for everybody else that's how that works but keep is only checking once every few minutes usually in most cases once every about 15 minutes okay so often you will see products pop up on our restock monitors
(44:32) and you will never get notified on keepa they'll be gone and you'll never get notified uh same thing with our other restock monitors for other websites uh Indigo for example they have a feature where you can add in your email to get notified the next time a product restocks uh I have done that and also added it to a private restock monitor I got notified that it restocked I bought the units all the units that they had never got that email from Indigo ever so it all depends on the website and how quick they are but almost I
(45:07) would say 99 times out of 100 our restock monitors are going to be quicker and I've also done very extensive research and testing to ensure we have the best ones that are available so I haven't found any that exist that work quicker than ours and if we ever find other ones that exist that are quicker than ours chances are I will start introducing those into the server instead just before I recall I was looking at a server that was uh vinyl related because potentially bringing on like a vinyl professional into the
(45:45) server and they have some of their own monitors and I was comparing uh they're like monitoring Reddit and stuff like we are uh they have some quick stuff but on average ours was pinging stuff a minute quicker than what theirs was and with stuff that's very limited uh exclusive Etc that minute can make a massive difference people can check out hundreds of units and clean things out complet entirely in that one minute period so that can make a big difference so then yeah in that uh command list as well it also shows you
(46:20) how you can see what you have running so again you run uh similar command if you want to see all the monitors that you have have active for like say Amazon or Walmart or so have you so you can see your full list of what you have running yourself right now okay um one other thing is like you do not have to use your personal private restock allocations for items that we're monitoring publicly in the server so if we're monitoring stuff publicly like in our flip restocks here and say you want to get notified when this item restocks
(46:52) at Walmart or sorry at amazon.com you don't need to add it to your private restock monitor all you have to do is click on the little speaker that we have here then you'll get a message from our bot and it'll tell you that it's been added to your list and then you'll get dm' the next time that product restocks so you don't need to use your own personal restock allocations for stuff that were already monitoring publicly you just click on click on that guy and then you'll get notified accordingly so like with this
(47:18) one I'm monitoring this Monster High doll I Got a notification earlier today that it restocked and this is not in my private restock MS yeah you say you never act quick enough for the PS5 Drive yeah when there's uh very limited stock especially like Best Buy when they only stock one or two units at a time it's tough It's almost impossible to get without a bot but Amazon has had some really good restocks recently like today and yesterday where they've had multiple units so as long as you are here and you're able to buy them
(47:51) within like a minute or two of them restocking you have a really good chance uh but it just always depends on on how many uh units that those retailers are stocking cool so any questions about anything that we've discussed so far we've discussed that guy and that guy so he find flips out ask is that the same as mtor so like in what aspect what do you mean if you want to pop on the mic you certainly can as well can you hear me yep yeah just um as restocks is is the same thing like just to monitor cuz I think I either use that
(48:53) or I don't know if I was using private restocks or that so munitor does operate similar so like we have two main providers in our server so the the one that looks like this is coming from a a provider called munitor which is this bot down here that looks like a cow and then we have one that's coming from a provider called Tempo which is under our uh arcade monitors here so if your munitor doesn't have a private restock function but you can get notified of items that are restocking however their system to get notified are
(49:31) these bells instead of the speakers and if you click on one of these guys after I think it's about like 10 or 15 minutes of an item restocking it won't respond to you so if you want to get notified from munitor directly you have to click on it within like a few minutes of it restocking in this case it did for some reason but normally it doesn't uh usually it has to be within a few minutes and it may have just restock maybe that's why usually if you don't it just won't respond to you we are slowly replacing everything that we have with
(50:03) munitor with Tempo just because it's easier and it's more functional it's just Tempo doesn't support every single website that we have with Moor yet okay and have you noticed any differences between Moor like as in uh speed yes so that's one of the main reasons why I've primarily replac Moor with Tempo so okay yeah so munitor works extremely well with their scrapers so we're always going to have them in the server so like all our fee channels some of our deals like all these guys are coming from munitor this is a munitor
(50:38) notification theirs works extremely quick for their scrapers that's the fastest that I found so we're always going to keep them probably for this until I find a better option but for restock monitors Tempo has almost always been quicker there are some rare cases where uh uh esec especially with like one website to make changes like say Walmart recently with some of the anniversary PlayStation stuff there are some cases where one monitor will pick something up where the other one doesn't and vice versa that's be that's just because the
(51:09) website has made some changes and maybe they have not picked it up and changed it on their back end yet so some stuff that is very important like some of the anniversary PlayStation stuff we are running restocks on both of them uh so sometimes you'll see alert from munitor and sometimes you'll see alert from tempo and not both at the same time but that's rare it's only on certain items yeah I was wondering cuz some of the anniversary stuff um went really quickly even though they restocked like many times for munitor
(51:41) when I was when I checked it yeah yeah and some of that stuff does like so a lot of it depending on what it is a lot of people act actually have like their own Bots running that are basically checking them out quicker than you can as soon as you hit on it they're basically at stock so if they're really popular items and they don't stock that many that happens quite often this is even on Amazon as well like they're running bots on Amazon 100% okay 100% they are and like a bot like Stellar works for Amazon the only other
(52:13) public bot that's really out there that works with Amazon very well is called magnet AO and that's probably a better bot than Stellar in general uh it'll be quicker however it's just very hard to get because they don't have any public yeah yeah makes sense thanks for sure yeah and then this guide here it tells you like what are kind of best for every single platform in general but yeah I imagine most people that if they're using bots on Amazon they're probably using Stellar so if you do it yourself and you have a good setup
(52:51) and probably you probably have to utilize a server for really hyp really hype drops if you do that and you put enough resources into it you will have a much better chance of getting them ra just typing a question here so I'm just going to wait a minute does the Bots help you get around order limits no they do not so you can technically have a bot set up on multiple different Amazon accounts and order the same product uh however Amazon is pretty good with detecting if your accounts are linked okay so you may be all to buy other
(53:39) Amazon accounts that have like activity on them and Amazon may not link them for a period of time and you may be able to get around order limits for a period of time that way but chances are eventually they will probably link them and then like then if an item has like say an order limit of five it'll only allow them to go through on one account all your other accounts will probably get canceled uh I find the best way to get around order limits if you're wanting to do that is to utilize other people's accounts that they are actively
(54:06) using so like they need to activity on them they need to be sending them stuff to their own address so like I use my sister's account I use my parents account I use some of my friends accounts when I was buying stuff OA and especially the price errors and I'll log in one at a time and order stuff and those cases uh I almost never have order cancellations uh but obviously there's a risk doing that because you have to put in your info into those accounts so it needs to be people that you trust uh you can add in like your card details and
(54:33) then delete it right when you're done but you obviously need to remember to do that uh if you don't they can technically use your cards and start ordering stuff right so you have to be able to trust them if you're doing that a lot of my family is employed by me so if they do that they just know that they're not getting a paycheck smart way what's that I said that's a smart way to go about it yeah so if you're going to rob for me then uh I'm gonna recuperate it in your wages so get the out of here cool so then the next thing I want
(55:15) to discuss just briefly here is seller watch so again I think this is something that is relatively underutilized for Amazon sellers and the server we do have quite a few people that are using it in the server actively right now uh but probably not as many as there could be but it is essentially just a bot that you can add any other Amazon Seller storefronts that you want for any Marketplace that you want and then it'll actively monitor that storefront and ping you whenever new products are added okay so the reason why that's helpful is
(55:51) because if especially if you do any type of Arbitrage is when you storefront stock a store and you say you find a really good storefront that you find a good amount of leads with great if you ever want to source that store again you basically have to start at square one and Rego through that entire storefront with seller watch it basically eliminates you having to do that because anytime that store stocks new products you get those notifications of those new products so you don't need to look through that entire storefront
(56:24) really ever again right and right now it only notifies you of new products um we do have plans in the future and I know I've been talking about this forever it just stuff takes a while to to get done but eventually I want to have the ability to have the option of monitoring for new products and for uh items that sellers restock so you can do either or and then have more enhanced features on how you can view that data so we already have a working prototype where you can extract that data via CSV directly from Discord
(56:59) it'll give you a CSV of your own data and then the idea is that you're going to have okay you have this seller here's their asens here's the last time they stocked those asens here's how many they stocked Etc so then it'll be very easy to see okay the seller stocked this as in they stocked 24 units and then all of a sudden they had 12 units in stock and then they had two units in stock and then a week later they stocked 20 more and then it' just be very easy to identify if sellers are actually selling those items and then you can very easily
(57:28) find products that are worth potentially investigating yourself uh Heine flips asks how do you extract as a CSV I didn't develop that stuff so I couldn't really tell you but uh I just know that it works because we can run a command and we can do uh I think it was like a data command and then it just produces a CSV of all the data that we want how it works in the back end I couldn't tell you because I didn't develop that you just do that with in the um seller watch yes okay perfect and can you see the command like see it in
(58:03) the command list not yet because it's not live yet oh okay but like it's not live right now like I I wouldn't be able to do it correct okay perfect I I think technically you could try to run the command but it's going to give you an error if you do so don't do it okay the if the bot crashes I'm going to blame you so yeah and then like right now you can see like these are all my personal seller watch threads that I have active myself um not that one because that's somebody that was uh asking for some help uh but I have these guys plus one
(58:37) more that doesn't have any active uh new pings but we utilize it heavily for me and my team and I've basically been able to replace an entire VA sourcing with seller watch itself of course your results are going to vary based on the storefronts you put in seller watch itself if you're putting any shitty storefronts in there you're going to get expect shitty results but if you're putting good storefronts storefronts in there you can get a lot of condensed data very quickly and you can Source through them in a relatively short
(59:04) period of time you can see uh like what your expected payout is you can see the keeper graph so you can very easily skim through there pull the stuff that looks solid reverse search them and then find your leads that way and it can be an extremely efficient way to find leads and again another feature that I do want to introduce in the server would be to have the option to basically have it source of products for you so it'll basically run a reverse search on Google for you find those items at like say 10 stores and show you
(59:36) you can buy it at Walmart here for $5 you can buy at Canadian Tire here for $6 you can buy a Best Buy for $7 and show you that right in the Ping so it's just make it very easy to show you that this is your standard retail price I can either click into the links immediately find the product or I can carry on to the next one cuz I know that the retail price isn't looking good but those are two TBA those are coming hopefully 2025 and yes the CSV um I've already seen how it works and if you're somebody that can look at data um it can be an
(1:00:14) extremely efficient way to Source uh Ron do they have Bots such as that around like what do you mean as in like seller watch like some Bots no I'm making reference to like Bots such as if you like say uh b a dove and you like give it the price and it makes score the internet for it sorry I didn't catch all that what was that um like a but to reverse Source I bought the reverse Source I I've seen some some types of Integrations that will work on pings that similar to the features that I'm wanting to introduce right I've seen
(1:01:05) those types of things exist in different capacities but I haven't seen one that can specifically reverse source for you yet I imagine very soon with some AI Integrations that will probably be coming soon like eventually you'll probably just be able to put in a link to something like chat gbt like this is at Walmart this is out of stock can you find it for $12 or less somewhere else and it'll tell you within seconds that it can so I haven't seen those exist right now but it wouldn't surprise me if they're around in the next year to year
(1:01:39) and a half it would not surprise me at all so yeah if you are an Amazon Seller if you do any type of Arbitrage I would highly encourage that you utilize solell watch because it can be very very effective uh even some wholesale sellers we have some large wholesale sellers in the server that use it too and more so to keep tabs on their competition see if they're sourcing uh new products that maybe uh they can also have an opportunity to open an account with those suppliers maybe they buy products from the same suppliers that they do so
(1:02:12) they can find additional opportunities that way those types of things so I can be very useful so another thing that I want to discuss here briefly is our a2a mod monitors or Amazon to Amazon monitors so if you ever take a peek at these guys um if you watch the video it's slightly outdated because we've made a quite a bit of changes in how the a2a monitors look as of late uh but the process is still the same so these are Bots that are actively sourcing for potential Amazon to Amazon flip opportunities okay so where you can buy products from
(1:02:49) Amazon at a discounted price right now and send them back to Amazon once the price increases for a profit okay so not everybody's familiar with a2a flips completely fine there is the the whole intro video that we have in there and we also have another video that's a whole introduction on a28 flips in general so if you are curious about those I do recommend that you take some time and look through those guys but yeah so like again at the end of the day this is a bot so not everything that it finds is going to be profitable you still need to
(1:03:25) filter through some of the information um but we do find a lot of opportunities in these guys every single day okay uh just for example like when we had that sale that where we refreshed here for Best Buy uh we were I reset the cash when that sale was happening sorry it was a Walmart sale I believe and within like a 20 minut minute period we found potential profit of over $40,000 in a very short period of time does that happen every day no does that mean you're going to profit 40 Grand on those leads yourself no uh because
(1:04:03) obviously there's going to be buy box shares across multiple people Etc but it had a ton of potential just for a very short period of time okay so again you can combine this with our keyword pingers if you're looking for certain items if you're looking for certain profit amounts those types of things um or you can just skim through here every day if you want to take a look at to see what's what's being produced so the purposes of it is just to give you all the information that you need in a condensed format uh and then
(1:04:33) give you the ability to make a decision on whether or not it's worth looking into deeper uh Heine flips is is this only for a2a for same as or do you have a bot for a2a for different as with same product right now it's just same as uh potentially in the future maybe we might be able to expand it to different products like bundles multi packs different listings Etc but right now it's same as so it tells you some information about the as how many sellers are on the listing right now if the current seller that we're looking at the discount and
(1:05:06) price for is Amazon FBA or fbm if there's confirmed sales on that listing so like the the confirmed sales from Amazon themselves uh how many BSR drops per month on average it's had over the last 90 days variant information sales rank information for the current sales rank last 30 last 90 Etc buy box info and then your expected Buy price your expected selling price and your expected profit okay so if an item has a lot of variance obviously it's less likely that that specific variant is actually selling if we see inflated prices over like the
(1:05:46) course of like the last year it may be a little bit less likely that that product is going to sell at the higher price uh but I want to give as as much info in here as possible but also try to filter it so that we have as little junk as possible but I want to have like a a good balance of both so that people can make their own decisions on whether or not something's worth exploring so if we just search through here and we look for something that is potentially viable I skim through here like very quickly I don't really spend a
(1:06:19) lot of time look at any individual product I'm just kind of looking at some key points seeing if it has a lot of VAR a lot of variations The Profit looks good Etc uh so let's just see what we can find here that looks interesting to me as quickly as we can so let's take a look at this one might be a slightly inflated price but let's take a look at this guy so it's saying that we can buy it right now for $1 19999 from Amazon the average selling price over the last 90 days was about uh $45 and if we're able to to sell at that
(1:06:56) price we should be able to profit about 1050 so of course you need to confirm that data uh in here we have the confirmed sales that it has sold 800 plus per in the last month and that's the same stat that we see here on Amazon so 800 plus bought in the past month obviously that can change with your selling price with seasonality things like that so you still need to take that in consideration it doesn't mean you should come here and buy 400 units of this immediately uh but let's take a look at it so so I look at that like the
(1:07:26) last three months uh even when Amazon was priced lower at $1 19999 the buy box has been consistently higher buy box has been consistently at about like 40 bucks and more recently into Q4 so we might be able to sell this for 4344 potentially um there is some risk here because Amazon's on it consistently for a lower price so that is a risk you have to be willing to take but if you're willing to take that you might be able to make some decent profit on these on these guys uh Danny says is there a way to filter only a particular product
(1:08:03) category such as consoles games toys not right now um adding the category in here would be something that would be pretty easy we can probably add the category in here fairly easy and then you can use the search functionality and just look for certain categories that'd be an easy way to get started um in the future we might add some additional function where either you can extract data or look at things differently as well but I will look at getting the category added um I I'll probably be able to do that either
(1:08:37) by next week or over the Christmas holiday because then we can just search in the a TOA monitor so like a TOA here and then just look up toys and then you'll see just things in the toy category that'd be a pretty easy way to filter through looks like BR had a question there but looks like he finds flips is answering it I didn't actually know turning those other marketplaces on vacation mode it would update your price I always thought that when you set that price in under the wrong Marketplace you're always stuck with
(1:09:23) that cuz I only thing that sucks about it if you that it as a different Marketplace is the automated um fulfill uh not fulfillment sorry the automated stranded not stranded um the automated settings to um I think to send your where Amazon will just get rid of your products or or I think uh like yeah just they'll basically just toss your products or they will send it to you I think it's automatic fulfillment or I forgot what it's called but that setting it can only be us which uh that sucks if you set it to initially and that is very
(1:10:05) difficult to change interesting because yeah when I signed up I signed up the same way but I signed up quite a long time ago um so I've always been paying the higher us fee I've never changed it I tried to a long time ago they told me I couldn't but I also don't have those issues with the removals either the removals let me see what it was it was actually very recent um let's see yeah the automated unfulfillable I think yeah that's the ones yeah that's weird it might have changed something from when I signed up
(1:10:44) to when uh newer people have signed up it's very strange yeah I've been going back and forth to get that changed yeah because you don't want stuff getting disposed of um unintentionally that's a pain in the ass yep yeah so yeah with our a2a monitors though um we do have some filters applied here so it will it won't produce everything that exists on Amazon we try to filter out and prevent private label stuff as much as possible coming through of course there are some things that will still potentially sneak by so you
(1:11:18) still have to be a little bit diligent and do some um do some diligence yourself but we try and provide as many fil as we can to provide as little junk as we can and the idea is to have like basically a a filtered version of something like say flip alert okay so I had signed up tested flip alert when it first launched in Canada I you I try to use it quite extensively I had found that we found a lot of the same profitable stuff as flip did and some cases they found stuff a fair bit quicker than we had uh but I
(1:11:52) even found some instances where we ping stuff before for flip alert did which I was very surprised of so it is something that we're still working on these are our own in-house stuff um so we are improving it as we go uh but I do see that you can get a lot of profit from these guys if you're just willing to spend a little bit of time with them every day so right now with the a2a monitors there's obviously one for Canada there's one for the US and then if you get into gold team uh which you need to get points in order to do we have ones in
(1:12:23) gold team for CA to us so they're vetted from Canada to sell in the US and uh vetted in the us to bring over the border and sell in Canada and as far as I know those are the only ones we have the only ones that exist on the market that anybody has anywhere so those can be very profitable opportunities as well but you need to get into gold team if you want those and you have to participate in the server if you want I get points to get the gold team or be like brauh and rob me of all my points so any questions about the a2a monitors
(1:13:04) at all and yeah like just to reiterate like a lot of the stuff that we have in here is proprietary stuff like it's our own stuff like our at monitor solar watch Etc so everything is maybe not 100% perfect but we're always working on them always making them better uh like our a2a monitors when we first had them I could say that compared to what they are today they are miles apart and of course if you ever have any suggestions for how things can improve uh always let us know because we can always potentially Implement changes if they are going to
(1:13:44) be viable for everybody else so yeah obviously with these things that we discussed this just basically scratches the surface for the things that we have in the server there's a ton of other things that we have in here but that just kind of goes through some of like the main slept on features that we have uh there's a ton of ton a ton of other things that we have in here and there's going to be additional things that we are working on implementing changing Etc in the future uh but I think that gives a good base for some of
(1:14:19) the main features that we have I am actually looking right now I'm in conversations with somebody who is a investing professional in Canada I can't 100% say it's going to work out hoping that it does but to on board a basically an investing professional to provide information insights call out for say day trading stuff like that in the server too so I'm always looking at those types of things that we can potentially Implement in here as well and as we grow as we get more members as we get more revenue and resources I'm
(1:14:57) always looking at uh expanding what we offer as well so any questions about that or anything else uh server related at all looks like some people are typing here so I'll give everybody a moment but the main vision for the server and like he find flips mentioned it uh earlier in the channel as well like we're all here to help one another and all to benefit like there is a lot of different attitudes when it comes to business in general some people have the attitude that they want to do what they're doing they don't want to tell
(1:15:59) anybody else about it they have a very um limited mindset whereas like with the server we operate on a mindset of more so of abundance that we can go a lot further with additional people and no like we're not here to like tell somebody that oh go get this Amazon wholesaler and we're all going to exploit it and completely ruin that wholesaler we're not here to do that but we're here to share opportunities with one another share ideas ideas um a lot of um flips deals ways to make money ways to save money those types of
(1:16:35) things uh Danny said for a2a I saw a lotu a lot of stuff gets repeated do I need to collect the speaker I again speaker icon again to monitor could you clarify what you mean by that with the a2a stuff in general um and unless we reset the cash there shouldn't be any duplicate asens in here whatsoever uh but what do you mean about the speaker icon for that um sorry I think I think I got uh confused so I think is it about is um the restock monitor so do I need to click the like the speaker icon again when they get restock or just keep it
(1:17:11) like like that so with these guys here uh we will see a lot of items restock consistently okay so like here like an item will restock go out of stock and come back in stock so anytime that happens we will get pinged accordingly in the channel uh for the speaker icon if you hit the speaker for a specific store so like this one is for Amazon CA you'll get notified when Amazon CA restocks that item if a different store stocks that item like Best Buy you won't get pinged for that guy immediately unless you click on the speaker for that one as
(1:17:47) well so you do need to click you do need to click on the speaker for each individual store uh you can also set yourself a keyword for the Channel as well so like you can set a keyword for dis drive so that no matter what store stocks it without even having to click on that like Dr mod here did you'll get notified uh from any store that stocks it oh okay I see I I I didn't see the uh the store name at the end yeah and that's completely fine that's uh completely easy to miss okay see thank you for sure and then yeah with our restock monitors
(1:18:27) we're constantly adding stuff in here every single day for things that have good potential um there's a lot of stuff I want to say we're monitoring like 500 different products at the moment um there are there are some things that will become unviable over time so we do clean these up quite often uh but we added recently uh add remove monitor here so if you ever notice stuff that may be not viable anymore just put that in here uh and then we'll review it and remove it from the monitor so we're not getting spammed with stuff
(1:19:01) that's no longer viable or if you have any requests for things to be added for General monitors as well so obviously that's for stuff that you're not worried about other people seeing like you don't want to put your own OA items into here but for stuff that's like limited release uh that you're not worried about the market collapsing on that's a perfect opportunity to get stuff added in here so yeah that wraps up basically everything I wanted to discuss today um if anybody else has any questions we'll give it a couple more minutes that any
(1:19:37) other questions could be asked um so yeah if you have any questions certainly let me know and then if not we'll start wrapping her up here shortly you only got one bag of coffee that sucks um I when speaking um few months ago you said you were more more gear into wholesale um for you if you are like looking to pursue a brand and you see um let's see several storefronts that um have like several hundred thousands or or thousands high high thousands um feedback and you know them like a ver sure um would you consider to pursue
(1:20:35) that brand would I consider competing against them yeah so me personally yes however it's going to be different depending on your caliber of account so if like you're a brand new seller you have like a brand new fresh Seller Central account it's going to be tougher to compete with those sellers uh you will probably still get some buy box percentage depending on the item uh but you're probably not going to sell as many as you would expect for myself uh we typically don't have many issues competing with extremely large sellers
(1:21:11) so I typically don't have any issues with it uh but if there are products that I am completely unfamiliar with and like say I see one seller like say um what's that one seller Quality Health distribution very big seller uh if I see that they're the only seller that's on the listing or they're the only seller that's basically had like 90 or 100% buy box distribution I might go into that new as with a little bit more caution when we first ordered uh order units and like say my standard purchase for a new as would typically be what I'm expecting to
(1:21:48) sell in a 30-day period for a new as okay and say if I looked at that as and I'm expecting to sell 100 units in the next 30 days uh I may instead do a smaller order say of like 24 3648 just to see if I get that buybox distribution I don't only want to send in like six or 12 because my inventory placement is going to be way worse I'm just going to default to lower buy box distribution with that uh but I'll probably set in like say about 48 units and see if I can snag a good chunk of that by box before I go a little bit
(1:22:23) deeper into it but yeah like if you're um if you're a less established seller then you just want to be a little bit more cautious with that especially if you've been on other listings with them and you've noticed that they've dominated you uh you may want to see clear them a little bit more uh or just very much so limit your inventory for the asens that you're comp with them on um I even have some asens where we compete against um what are they called now I serve what are they called now they changed their name like one of the biggest Amazon
(1:23:14) sellers in the world I serve what are they now Melanie hold on let me find my database I'm drawing a blank anybody know I'll find them for sure I'm I'm not talking about ver sure uh I serve what's their name you had them on a sheet once and it said Melanie beside it I remember what were they called um pattern pattern those are the ones they yeah their storefront used to be called pattern that's it yeah their their store used to be called ier called patter now they're like one of the biggest Amazon sellers in the
(1:23:57) world um if we look at their feedback in Canada it's not as crazy as the US uh their feedback in Canada the last 12 months is 2380 their feedback in the US for the last 12 months what is it yeah their feedback in the last 12 months on the US is 55,000 they're very very large sellers I have listings where I compete against pattern uh pattern is notorious for dominating their listings of being exclusive uh trying to kick sellers off uh some listings are very successful doing that some not so much but yeah I even compete against them on
(1:24:32) quite a few listings and we're completely fine yeah you have to be careful with pattern especially they are very they have a lot of exclusive contracts with a lot of Brands so you have to be very diligent with listings that they're on to see if there's any indication of past IP issues with them if you try to hop on something like Yogi tea with pattern and you're going to get they dominate that uh Jordan question what's up so like um what will you say about the like average uh Amazon Seller in Canada like for OA and I make a year because like I
(1:25:21) mostly do us and then like I I just recently bought some stuff from like can tire and Walmart but for APM only and I I my say really low I just don't know should I should invest more in the Canada Canadian Market or should just focus on the US so if you haven't really done a whole lot in Canada it's going to be basically like you're starting a fresh account okay so number one is I would not recommend buying stuff to attempt to fbm in Canada especially when you're first starting because you're going to have less sell through with fbm in general
(1:25:59) than FBA uh and because you're a new account you're going to have less sell through as it is um and of course in Canada we have lower volume here than we have in the US that doesn't mean that you can't make good money in Canada we have tons of sellers myself included make a very comfortable living sell a very good chunk of Revenue every single year in Canada it's just a very different type of marketplace uh the US it's very easy to profit hundreds of thousands of dollars a year on 30 asens it's going to be extremely difficult for
(1:26:31) you to do that in Canada you're going to have to get hundreds of different asens because the volume per asent is generally speaking going to be lower so you're going to have to stock a wider variety of asens and just expect to do less volume per as oh I see thank you so much definitely just like because I I I don't have a lot of credit card in the US so I don't I cannot buy a lot of stuff but in Canada I can just you want to see like what is the the expectation right yeah so like in the US it's very common to
(1:27:08) find a lot of listings that sell multiple hundreds or thousands per month right as just regular OA listings that you can become a part of those exist in Canada but they are a lot less common and you're going to in general will find a lot more listings that you're going to sell that maybe sell 10 20 30 50 units per month okay so you just have to adjust your expectations accordingly so that's why like I I've talked about this quite a bit I'm not sure if you've ever heard me talk about it because you're brand new in the
(1:27:41) server here uh when I look at listings I don't really focus on how much profit or Roi a listing makes um or how many units they sell per month in general I look at how much profit per month that as can profit me in total so some people look at like I want to profit five bucks minimum per item or I'm not going to buy it uh I want to sell 500 units minimum per month or I'm not going to buy it I change that a bit and what I look at is I want a profit an expected profit on those asens of about $50 or more per month for me to consider it okay so that
(1:28:22) means that if I use that in my research is accurate if I have that minimum expectation and I stock 10 different asens that means I should have a minimum profit expectation of about $500 if I stock 20 acens $1,000 Etc right I have that as a loose General guideline for myself when we're buying new SK J do you want to mute your mic sorry one second poping here ah um but yeah so when we're stalking new SKS or new asens I vet the product with that kind of expectation in mind and then when we're when we are replenishing inventory I'm also
(1:29:09) factoring that in as well so if we sent in a new as and I expected that it's going to profit us 50 bucks and then we are reevaluating it a couple weeks or a month later after it hit the warehouse and it actually only profited me $30 I may consider not stocking that skew again obviously we have a lot of SKS that profit us a lot more than that per month but that's kind of my minimum expectation and it's a loose rule okay like if someone profits me 45 bucks I might still consider it but I look less at the profit Roi aspect I look more at
(1:29:47) how much it's going to make me per month of course total profit Roi and how much it cost me is still a factor like I'm not going to to buy most things if they only make me like a 10% Roi uh but I will consider things that have lower Roi uh depending on how much I can make from that product like if a product profits me a dollar per unit after all my expected expenses which I know exactly how much it costs us to produce a as uh every single as that we have with all our expenses and I expect to profit a dollar and I'm not prepping
(1:30:18) that unit myself I'm paying employees to do that and I factor in their labor and um it's not a pain in the ass to prep it's not a pain in the ass to obtain and it's going to profit me a uh $100 per month I will consider that as long as the price is very stable I'm not that concerned about it if I was prepping it myself that's a different story I probably wouldn't um prep stuff if it's only profitting me in dollar because it would probably take up too much of my time and it wouldn't be worth it but I have employees that I'm
(1:30:49) able to pay to do that so yeah we'll be uh wrapping up here briefly so did anybody else have any other questions at all I think we covered a lot here and I hope like it brought some clarification or some good Refreshers for those that were here uh Melanie I know that you're in here you need to go buy that gold team r if you want access to it I'm on it I'm getting on it I will I'm G take all those exed I'm gonna take all those points away if you don't no Slow Down slow down I'm buying it I'm buying it I got it as a Christmas
(1:31:48) gift but yeah like again oh sorry go ahead oh it was a good refresher cuz there's some things I just forget like the like the keyword thing and I remember you put a post up that the percentage wasn't working for the Lego I got to go in and change that or it is working now I can't remember the percent keyword itself is not working for the brick count channel so if you want to be not if you want to be notified of all discounts in Brick account instead of monitoring for a keyword monitor for the keyword off off
(1:32:24) oh okay so whatever off 10 off and off okay yeah you can just monitor for off and then that will uh ping you for every discount uh from from brick okay but yeah for any for anybody that's in here um if you ever have any suggestions for anything if you ever want to see something else implemented into the server that's what I'm trying to make it I'm trying to make it a very much so a very resourceful collaborative community right and I've said this from the start basically as we get more members and more Revenue I put almost all that back
(1:33:01) into the server so you'll see that as we get more members we start getting more features relatively shortly thereafter uh because I want to make it a very good and profitable experience for everybody I think that benefits everybody and I can tell you right right now like if somebody wanted to say Implement all this stuff themselves and like have like their own private Community for themselves uh and see all this information themselves it'd be very hard for most people to do it individually because I spend thousands of dollars a
(1:33:31) month on all the information and tools that we have um but everybody else can benefit off of that uh so Danny says allow multiple keywords in one monitor for example Lego and anniversary that is a great suggestion uh that is something that the developer that we have for that specific bot I've actually suggested uh so that is something that we will hopefully Implement in the near future because it can be a pain in the ass to set multiple keywords at a time 100% get that but I definitely appreciate that suggestion cool so then I think we will
(1:34:15) wrap it up there uh hey um Jordan sorry before we drop um you know I I think I missed the bulk of the session here and you know I have been L out of you know for a little bit but how do I get to know these sessions in advance um you know I'm I'm trying to catch up a little bit on and when not these scheduled and uh how do I get to know of them in advance 100% so I seen that you had uh made a suggestion in here about getting a buddy to learn about the server I'm not sure if I'm not sure if you've seen it I tagged you in
(1:34:54) the chat here somewhere okay I think it was yesterday sometime after or whenever you made that suggestion I tagged you and I said if you want some help to look through the server kind of like one-on-one uh open up a ticket open up a support ticket and we can go through and we can go through that so like if you need some one-onone help to uh navigate the server we can definitely do that um okay hold on let me just find this message uh mentions yeah I kind of am lost here like it's just T of you know different
(1:35:32) forums and yeah sh so you know I'm behind on this the Discord game and no I get that like if you're not uh a Discord user which I imagine most of us probably aren't I wasn't when I first started with Discord it can be a little bit intimidating to to navigate so I get that uh I mentioned yeah I mentioned here yesterday uh that if you do want like kind of a one-on-one walkth through you can oh I see the ticket now okay yeah you can open up a support ticket and then we can get that set up with yourself absolutely no
(1:36:09) problem okay uh but if you want to start getting notifications on things that are happening the things that I would recommend and like I know we have a ton of stuff in here and it's hard to pay attention to everything that we have in here I get that I would say just look at the channels that are important to begin with okay so yeah the way that I manage my server is I typically have all of my categories minimized like this so I can see all the channels that have new stuff in them and I can decide on whether or not I want to look at those
(1:36:49) channels so whenever a channel turns white like this that means that there's a new Post in it since the last time I've looked at it if it's gray like this that means that there's no new Post in that channel since the last time I looked at it okay so and if you have if you see something where it says like there's a notification like a little bubble that means that that means that you you or a role that you have was pinged specifically okay okay so for the the stuff that's important like say if you want to be notified about these sessions
(1:37:26) that we have those are all put in the server announcements so if you just turn on notifications for the server announcements so you right click that guy and make sure your notifications are you get not notified for all messages then you'll get pings for everything that is posted in server announcements so like for the session that we had today uh I somebody had asked about uh uh uh Danny specifically said you know there was a lot in here feeling overwhelmed so I asked him if he wanted to do a session like this and other
(1:38:02) people could pop in and he said sure So then I posted it in here and I I pinged everybody so if you just look at this if you just look at this channel this is where you're gonna get notified about it okay yeah okay and then of course yeah I did oh you play played a little bit yes today um you know we defending rules and everything um but um yeah so this is the channel keep an eye on yeah for the announcements about the sessions for sure um all all the all the new chats that happen are always at the bottom of the channel and then it goes
(1:38:41) older as you as you move all the way up okay yeah um and then yeah like so that's a good place to start and then of course course like if you want to focus it on Amazon stuff itself then focus it on the Amazon category if you want to look at other stuff then you look at those corresponding categories but if it's like too much for you like say you don't want to look at sports betting and stuff you don't got to look at those guys at all you can completely disregard them because I know like if you're not into sports betting or you're not into
(1:39:13) sneakers it's not relevant to you so there's no reason to have to look through all these channels right okay but yeah like if you do if you do want more of like a a one-on-one walk through certainly open up that ticket and we can get something like that scheduled uh this session that we had here was also recorded so this will be up probably later tonight or tomorrow um and when that is put up it'll be in the guides and resources so under support and resources under guides and resources the recording will be posted in
(1:39:50) here okay okay I also remember that there was a link you know that takes us outside of Discord where all of these you know previous sessions and some you know other guides and resources exist there anything like that I wasn't able to get there um yesterday when I was trying yeah 100% just uh under support and resources click on the guides and resources Channel and then we have links here to our gitbook so you click on this guy this is uh you can click on any any link here and it takes you to this guy here that has all our old live calls you
(1:40:29) can just uh maximize based on categories all of our guides our resources all that kind of stuff okay sounds good yeah no I appreciate that Jordan I think this is good for n I'm going to play it on and then you know if I need to I I'll create the ticket and then uh you know go through it with you 100% because like I don't want people in here uh paying for a subscription if you're not going to use it it makes no sense right yeah yeah I I want to make sure that I did that yeah so but you know for my own personal
(1:41:06) reasons I was a bit out of action for the last couple of month but uh yeah I'm I'm back and you know want to understand and utilize the you know the platform and the information from yeah and so like if you need help to to navigate it like that's what we're here for I want to make sure that you can understand what we have going through I know like again everybody that starts in here comes in here overwhelmed I get it uh I'm trying to make sure that that process goes as smoothly as we can for you but you don't need to feel like you
(1:41:45) don't need to feel embarrassed that you're overwhelmed like probably everybody here when they first came in here probably almost everybody body has been overwhelmed in here when they first started glad to know that thank you thank you of course what hell you gonna ask something yeah I was just checking to see if the camera was on um something I know I think I know but just need some reiteration is um if uh you have like say 20,000 to spend is it best to the 20,000 like 10 um in December 10 in January and try to like
(1:42:36) is that best so that is very person specific so like I know you've been selling on Amazon for a while and you have some experience so because you have experience assuming that you know know how to manage your inventory you know how to research listings you you know how to make good buys uh I would say that it probably makes more sense for you to try to spend that money and cycle through it as quickly as possible within reason so you don't want to just go spend it on inventory you still want to do research you still want to make sure you
(1:43:15) can manage it because like say if you're increasing your units in a week from say 200 to a th000 and you're not able to physically prep that many units that's not going to be beneficial for you but if you know you can handle it uh you know you can make good buys um it makes more sense to try to spend that money as quickly as you can but still keeping what you need to obviously support yourself and as your safety net right if that 20 grand is going to take food away from your kids don't do that that is you want to ensure
(1:43:50) that you can feed your family and that you can support yourself uh but if that's just for business and you have no issue risking it then make Intelligent Decisions and try to cycle through that as quickly as you can it doesn't make much of a difference splitting it between uh December and January uh where that becomes more pertinent is as you get access to more capital and you're trying to cycle through it as efficient as efficiently as possible I would say until like probably until you're like at like 100K plus of cash flow you don't really
(1:44:25) have to worry about that that much but it would make more sense to cycle through it as quickly as possible spend it as quickly as you can uh but also make sure that you're Diversified so if your 20 grand is the only amount of money that you have for inventory don't go put that all into one brand into uh one category split it up put at most 10% of your cash flow into any individual brand so like say if you're bad example because you can't sell it nioxin do not go put that 20 grand all into nioxin because if that brand gets shut down
(1:45:06) you're going to be so put only at Max in my opinion 10% in any single brand to make sure that you are mitigating your risk even if something looks super good and it's like oh I can sell thousands of units of this per month do not put all your money into that individual product I talked to somebody recently who did that uh their top selling product and almost their only selling product was a single brand it got shut down because Amazon started selling it themselves and now they basically have to restart from zero and you don't want to build a
(1:45:43) business relying on only a single product or a single brand yeah I see make reference to like uh 100 in cash flow is when you make reference to that is it a Poss like is it 100 G to spend or you can spend 100 G each and every mon so cash flow can be construed as a couple different things so I view cash flow as your total cash available plus the total credit that you have available so that'll be your credit cards lines of credit loans for the business and also terms with suppliers okay that's what I view as cash
(1:46:26) flow so it's hard for me to give generic advice for this because it's going to differ from everybody and I know that there's going to be one person in here that listens to this that's stupid with their money and is going to take this advice the wrong way and I do not want that to happen um but say you had $100,000 available to you between credit cards lines of credit terms and cash for most people when they get to that to begin with they might only have 20 $30,000 in cash they might have a 20 $30,000 credit card that they can use
(1:47:05) they might have A10 $220,000 l a credit and they might have $1 $230,000 in net terms that they can use from a variety of different suppliers when you get to that point that's when things get interesting on when we need to how we're going to spend our cash flow so I would still say in most cases and I still operate under the process of I'm wanting to try to spend as much money as we can as quickly as possible because the sooner I'm getting money out the door means the sooner we're having inventory come in means the
(1:47:41) sooner we can get that off to Amazon the sooner we can cycle through it the sooner we can get it to Amazon um when I started having to be more diligent with it is when I had employees that their task was every single week was to replenish purchase inventory because if I didn't have a consistent cash flow coming in for that person where it's like I'm going to spend all my money in one week like I used to then that person is not going to have work to do for the the three weeks of the month right so I'm either going
(1:48:19) to pay them to do nothing or they're not going to be a to work and they're not going to be a to earn a paycheck and they're not going to work for me for very long because they need a stable income um does that make sense so far definitely definitely so that's one things you that's when you have to be a little bit more mindful of when your cash is coming out when when your cash is going out and when your cash is coming back in because like say it's just you and say even if you had 100 Grand available and you're able to spend that and prep that
(1:48:58) and do all that yourself it would probably still make more sense for you to try to spend that $100,000 in like a onewe period if you can do it because then you're going to have more money going through as quickly as possible and then you might be able to take you know a week to prep and pack everything and then you might be able to take two weeks off that might make more sense but when you have an employee which at that point some most people are probably going to have some form of employee um you need to just be a little
(1:49:28) bit more Mindful and then that's when we can start paying attention to okay this credit card gives me 50 days uh interest free from my credit card statement date to when I have to pay it so then I can start figuring out it's like okay well this credit card my statement dates on the 1 so that means on the second I'm spending all my cash flow for that credit card I'm expecting to have this much cash flow come back into my account based on my inventory turn rate and how much cash flow I'm expecting every single week so
(1:49:59) that means that by the time the 15th comes around I can be having my card number one basically paid off within my terms allotted and I can start utilizing the cash flow on my second credit card that my date is on the 15th so it's more complicated than what it sounds um it's hard to as hard to really specify on what's going to work for everybody and like he finds flips asked in the chat a sneak peek about the cash flow Google sheet template that is something that I talked about too is like I want to build up but
(1:50:32) uh I am building a template to help manage your cash flow that can basically you can input your numbers so you can input credit card one this limit credit card two this limit these are my statement dates my lines of credit my terms with my suppliers so it can basically calculate that based on our inputs this is how much I can spend this week I have a calculator that works like that for myself but it's extremely complicated and I couldn't give that to somebody today and just say here I'd have to spend like probably two hours
(1:51:03) with them telling them how it works for it to be efficient I want to be able to adjust it to make it more simplistic so that everybody in the server can use it and have good success with it uh but I can't say for sure when I'm going to be able to get that done I'm hoping sometime early 2025 but it's basically a sheet where you can have all your inputs input one input two input three and then it tells you this is how much you need to spend this week so if you have $100,000 available to you it's going to tell you
(1:51:38) you can comfortably spend $775,000 this week I know that doesn't really answer your question but I hope it helps somewhat no it for me it were making reference to me it help um cuz just like um being conservative like okay I have this amount to spend and I want to Ure like this business kind of let you be addicted to spending to be honest so it's like you spend this money this this month because you know that when I spend this money it's not going to come uh I'm not going to get by this money maybe till 6 to 8 weeks so let me
(1:52:31) spend keep this money for for the next month so that's how I was looking at you should depending on where you're at and depending on what else you have going on and what other cash flow you have coming in personally so like say like this is your only means of income you have no other income coming in from a job or another business this is your only means of income you need some type of Security net okay so like you don't have another spouse you don't have a spouse supporting you and you have kids you have to feed you have a spouse you're
(1:53:04) supporting whatever you need something there that you're going to ensure that you're able to pay your bills so most entrepreneurs like I would tell most people ideally minimum 3 months of your regular expenses you have saved ideally up to six before your doing this and depending on Amazon income uh most entrepreneurs are more Risk Takers and most people are probably not going to do that and I get it but you just want to make sure you do it intelligently so like somebody that's 20 years old living in mums and moms and Dad's basement if
(1:53:40) you can make informed decisions yeah go spend as much as you can intelligently because now is a time to risk as much money as you can because you can grow it massively if you're somebody that's 40 years old and you're um you have a couple kids and you're trying to put them through school and you have to ensure that they're fed you have to ensure you have a safety net otherwise you could get screwed um if you have that safety net then all the cash flow you have available to you assuming you can manage your finances and assuming that you know
(1:54:14) like I would never encourage you to go max out your credit cards but at a certain point most people you're probably going to have to take that jump where you're going to have to spend more money than you're comfortable with if you want to grow you just have to do it intelligently so like I talked to somebody um some of you may know him in the server bat Bob his name is Robert he grew very quickly on Amazon Canada uh I'm pretty sure he's selling like three four million dollars a year now I talked to him since he started and I referenced
(1:54:52) this com ation a couple times where the first time he started spending money he was uncomfortable with I talked to him about that he had a $30,000 American Express Bill he was very concerned about because he said I spent all this money on American Express this $30,000 because he's starting to grow he has a base he knows what he's doing but he's like I spent this $30,000 I don't know what's going to happen like I don't know if I'm going to be able to get my money back in time to be able to pay this bill okay so I was
(1:55:22) like okay well let's have a conversation let's talk this through so it's like okay you have $30,000 you owe at American Express what's the worst thing that can happen minus your Amazon account getting shut down because we're doing things smart we're not going to get shut down we're not doing illegal the worst thing that's going to happen is you're going to carry a balance for a small period of time and you're going to have to pay a little bit of interest that is a possibility I know with some people that's not in the books you're never
(1:55:49) going to ever want to do that and I get that but that is a potential risk that can come with having to ask access more Capital so worst case scenario you have a $30,000 balance your interest rate is 19.99% so that means that in a one-year period $30,000 times 19.99% your interest per year is 6 grand divided by 12 so that means that if you carry that balance for a month you're going to pay $500 in interest is that an ideal expense to have no but if you are unable to get your Capital back in time it's not the end of the
(1:56:30) world you can still make your payment you can still incur that interest but then within a few weeks of getting that payment you should be having your cash flow come back to you plus your profit and you should be able to pay that off and then you can realize all the profit that came with you being able to temporarily borrow that money and if you had $330,000 and say your standard Roi is 20% 20% that means that you should profited about $66,000 in that transaction minus our interest so your net profit is still $5,500 so yes you have to pay $500 to do
(1:57:10) so in a worst case scenario but it's not the end of the world but I say this with caution because I know that there's a lot of people that can't manage their finances and they're going to get a credit card bill they're going to run up a balance and they're never going to pay it off and I don't want to give people that I don't want to tell people that that's okay cuz that's not if you can't manage your finances you can't trust you you can't pay your bills ever you should never do that but I would assume most people in here are intelligent and are
(1:57:38) grown and mature or entrepreneurs most people in here can probably do that so I would hope that you can but I'm always hesitant to give people that that advice because I don't want people to put themselves in a shitty situation but in his case so we talked about it's like okay well he had a $30,000 bill was unsure if he was going to pay it and so we talked about okay well what's his average uh turn rate how long on average does it take him to get his money back into his account how long do we have to pay that interest which most credit
(1:58:12) cards you're going to have 50 55 days after your statement date so we added all that up and I said well you're probably going to be fine anyway like you're probably not even going to have to incur any interest if you if you do it's not the end of the world yeah you're going to lose 500 bucks but it's not the end of the world uh but in his case he was able to get his money back he was able to pay off that card and he didn't incur any interest he was just very stressed about it because he had never spent that much money at one time
(1:58:39) before and everybody when you're growing a business at a certain point you're going to get uncomfortable with what you're doing with the amount of money that you're spending and if you want to grow past a certain point you're going to have to do that if you don't if you don't get uncomfortable and you don't feel sick with the amount of money that you're spending at a certain point that means that you're not going to grow I had the exact same feelings like the first time I placed a $10,000 purchase order I wanted to go throw up
(1:59:07) because I never spent that much money at one time before and that was a lot of money now we place POS that are multiple like 10 10 20 times that and it's like we don't even bad an ey so but it just becomes a norm after a while yeah I feel that sickness every month when I get my bill it's okay yeah but like eventually it'll become just a norm and it'll become something that you get used to yeah well you can't grow otherwise right yeah like the the very first time I got a notification from AMX that said my transaction got declined because I'm
(1:59:47) I'm spending more than normal I was like oh my god what am I doing but I was like yeah that happened to me 3 weeks ago yeah I'm like what okay we'll use another card moving on when I see that the first time like my immediate thought is like oh like here's here's the downfall of everything like we're we're we're going we're going under but no that was just a temporary thing right and I think everybody feels that when you get to a certain point you have to uh you have to get uncomfortable if you want to grow there I'm not even going to lie there
(2:00:25) have been points uh thankfully I've gotten over that over the last little while but there have certainly been points where it's like for how much potential debt we have like I know we have cash flow coming in but the potential for like what can happen because of how much cash flow we're using how much credit we're leveraging uh and the fact that I have employees that I have to pay and they're relying on me for their families that got extremely stressful I was like yeah like I wanted to go into the bathroom and throw up cuz I was like
(2:00:57) this is crazy uh but I dealt with it we got through it and we grew because of it I just think in Canada you just don't go too too deep on anything you know if you're watching your cash flow because we all know what can happen not too too deep on one product is what I meant 100% And like I I put that thing in the chat last night that I did just like kind of as like a a thing that like so I put a thing in the chat that showed that stripe had contacted me a little while ago and told me that my payments were going to be suspended because I
(2:01:44) needed to update my information I need to rify my Corporation or whatever and like before a long time ago like rpe is where we get our payments through for our lead list and for the server and so it's a good chunk of Revenue and like we have expenses for both of those companies as well right and there was a point where if I got that notific notification before I would have panicked I would like oh my god uh but now like we have so many things going on I'm so busy I'm not concerned about it at all I completely forgot and
(2:02:15) completely just didn't even bother to contact stripe to update my information because we just have so many things going on and then all of a sudden they told me that my payments are going to be suspended like there was a picture of the email that they sent me my payments are going to be temporarily suspended until I update my info where was it so yeah uh payments are temporarily paused they didn't say that they're going to be they said that they are paused I need to update my information but then like two days later
(2:02:41) they sent me an email that my payments are on the way so I'm like yeah there's absolutely no reason for me to panic about it to begin with I didn't but a long time ago I would have and like as we experience different things and as we get used to different things as we grow as a business um you'll notice that things that used to be big deals to you that maybe you used to panic about whatever they just become like an everyday Norm right like you're no longer concerned about it and they just become like something that just has to
(2:03:14) be done hey um Jo and um and everyone I had a couple of quick questions so you know I have only been you know doing with selling on Amazon Canada so far and U you know to M these point just don't go deep that's what I have been following but sometimes you know you go you know if you have gotten a good deal I tend to buy like two months of uh you know stock you know selling and I have realized that a lot of these things you know either get you know closed then you know they don't appear anymore so this the inventory
(2:03:58) gets stranded um or you know there is a pricing error and stuff so uh there is a lot of uncertainty that I'm seeing with the listing quality as such so does everyone use some sort of a tool um to you know check the listing health I know previously I had used the um you know I forgot the name of the tool but uh they have like black box thing which uh you know tells you about listing health and all um is that really something that should be looked at so generally speaking uh as an Arbitrage seller I would say that most
(2:04:39) of those things are things that you shouldn't have to worry about so there are people that do very well with making listings themselves improving listings themselves um however as an Arbitrage seller and as a newer Arbitrage seller I wouldn't advise you to really put that much focus into those things because you can make more than enough money not focusing on those things you can make money just by focusing on finding existing listings that are selling and becoming a part of them and not having to worry about anything else
(2:05:17) okay at a certain point once you scale a bit and like say maybe you get into wholesale or you're stocking a lot of units of individual products yes it it might be more worth it for you to make sure uh listings are have a better health have better pictures uh which may increase the sell through or ensure that you have proper Dimensions to ensure you're not getting overcharged fees stuff like that but all that stuff right now is probably just going to cause a bit of analysis paralysis for you and cause you to um procrastinate on the things that are
(2:05:56) important and something that you probably shouldn't focus on right now later on once you have everything figured out and you're doing very well you have good cash flow coming in and you have some spare time for other things yeah start looking at how listings actually work start looking how maybe get deeper into advertising look uh figure out how keywords really work on Amazon and PPC right now when you're building your business don't worry about that kind of stuff it's just it's probably going to be a detriment to you
(2:06:24) over anything else and the software that you were talking about was probably helium 10 software that you probably don't need to you probably don't need prob correct yeah it's probably software you don't need to you don't need to pay for right now it's not necessary for you the only thing that you need right now is keepa and that's really it ideally some type of unscreen calculator it's not mandatory it will help whether that's rev seller uh seller assistant uh seller amp uh a Insight whatever it is that will help you don't need anything
(2:07:01) else understood and uh what does everyone do with the you know stranded inventory or you know something you know that gets returned when the listing gets closed you relist them on the different listing or you just try to make sell it off of you know other platforms now what is the the best approach it depends on the products um if they were decent selling products eventually you'll probably see other listings pop up on Amazon uh but if that happens just know that it depends on why the item was removed so like say it was removed
(2:07:43) because uh it didn't have bilingual packaging okay um that's happening a lot right now chances are if a listing gets relisted like say a month later it is probably a manipulated listing that got listed incorrectly other the under the wrong brand Under the wrong UPC Etc so you can definitely reell on those listings if you're willing to take the risk of a potential nether performance notification happening um because chances are those listings will be caught eventually and will probably be also taken down by Amazon
(2:08:22) uh listings that get reinstated like say if if it's an item that has an npn number and somebody provides those uh Health Canada documents and that listing gets reinstated under the same Asin that becomes a a very safe listing to list on because chances are you probably won't have further issues with that listing right so I've done both like I've waited a lot for other listings to pop back up because I don't really like making listings myself it's kind of a pain in the ass and then I've sold on those other listings and I just sold through
(2:08:52) my inventory um I've also removed inventory and sold it on places like eBay Marketplace Etc uh that's a different a different Beast depends on your products you're not going to get your retail price back generally but you can still get some of your uh your your buy cost back it'll probably be a bit of a fraction of what you paid uh but you still should try to recuperate some of it for sure sounds good thank you definitely yeah and while we're on that topic about like the bilingual thing cuz we were talking about that briefly I
(2:09:32) think Anthony mentioned that the reason he got the high impact notification was because he put an engl like a French label on it or something and they caught him or not caught him but they thought it was against the rules or something like that is that correct or am I misunderstanding I think it was um he like he already sold some before he put the label and then I think they they thought like what he mentioned um was they thought that he was now tampering with the right put the new label right yeah but I think if you initially start
(2:10:13) with the label on I I don't know for sure yet but think that should be fine yeah I wouldn't mess with the but like I sell like I'm trying to sell out of my current inventory but I have like some products that don't have bilingual labeling and stuff and you know if listings get taken down which they have it's been a no impact thing which is you know it sucks but it's not a huge deal I just don't want like any high impact marks so I was just wondering but right now I'm assuming you know consumables at least seem a bit risky to be selling in
(2:10:49) Q4 if they don't have all the proper labeling and stuff yeah so like it seemed like in his case that like uh he finds FL POS correct like it seemed like he listed it he got a a notification and started getting reviewed for that inventory because it didn't have bilingual packaging and then he tried to appeal it with his own label and then Amazon assumed that he was trying to manipulate labeling and basically do something that was fraudulent and that's where the high impact came from right so if he didn't do that it would have just been no
(2:11:23) impact basically and he would have just like removed the items essentially it appears so that's what I'm understanding right because I don't want to take unnecessary risks right now you know like it's it's a bit scary after seeing that cuz a big portion of my business was us Imports but like I'm slowly shifting to basically mostly Canada and the progress is going well but it's just like oh once I see that I'm like cuz I have so many good like high margin asens that are Imports and I'm like I don't know what to do with them right
(2:12:00) now I think like the main takea away from it is if a listing gets deactivated don't try to appeal it with a label that doesn't exist on that listing right right so if if anything like listings as far as I understand it and I've done this a lot in the past but again it could things can always change on Amazon is translating a label and having a translated label with both English and French on it should be within Amazon's terms of service but I I would say that we should confirm it in some aspect before you go nuts with it right right
(2:12:38) where where the issues occur is if you try to um appeal something with something that appears manipulated right yeah like if if the listing gets taken down on its own that that's understandable because you know it's bound to happen with those items is just the law of large numbers right but it plays like it it averages out over time but I just don't want any High impacts on my account but you know obviously we can't tell the future we don't know exactly what's going to happen but I just wanted to uh get some more insight on that just to make sure
(2:13:15) that I'm understanding it correctly yeah and that's what I understand like I don't like I've I've received one of those notifications today and it still I two days ago yeah and it still had no high impact so getting again those if they pile up like say your brand new account and you get like 10 10 of them in a day it'll probably have a higher impact on your account right um yeah but my account's kind like decently established now so yeah so like you you'll need to get more or a more variety of notifications in a
(2:13:53) short period of time for it to have a larger impact like the same thing was with um npns like uh npn notifications were always minor impact and tell Mike in the server said that he got like 12 of them at a time and it caus a deactivation yeah I generally try to stay away from products that do require an npn but like a regular food items and stuff that don't have health claims I'm are the ones that I've been buying but if it's you know like The Fat Loss teas and stuff things that require npn I generally try to stay away from them or
(2:14:28) things like supplements and stuff but like I'll sell you know grocery items you know condiments like that kind of stuff yeah those should all all be relatively safe yeah but like obviously if you're transitioning into Canada I would say that the items that do require MPN if you are buying them in Canada you shouldn't be concerned about them CU right they should have them right mhm yeah I meant for us yeah and the items that do have them and like say Amazon dings for an npn notification uh if they do actually have the npns they
(2:15:03) are actually very easy to appeal yeah exactly I just tried appealing a it's weird because one of the listings got taken down recently for not having bilingual labing labeling and I did buy it from the US because it was cheaper but apparently there are Canadian versions with the French English labeling on them and I sent those photos in from a website that I found and they just instantly declined it so and they sent a big message saying like the images on the product listing have to be changed or something so I
(2:15:36) like went into edit listing and I went to the images and uploaded them there I don't know if that's what you have to do or if I don't know I'm confused because they just instantly decline it twice when I like sent the images in the appeal itself so yeah it'd be similar to like an MPN appeal where like with the MPN like the the main picture of the of the product has to clearly display the MPN in in the images so you need you you need to upload those and then you have to provide the MPN report from Health Canada so with the bilingual labeling
(2:16:09) especially like the ingredient list it has to show that on the actual Amazon image so yes you need to put that in there it has to be approved which sometimes it can take a long time to get approved and then it should either automatically get reinstated or then you can appeal it I see okay cuz I I just appealed it and then they declined me now I went into the listing and added them and then I kind of REM remed support like hey I added the photos like take a look at it yeah they have to get a prooved and like sometimes like
(2:16:41) sometimes the the pictures themselves will be declined sometimes it'll be just for stupid reasons because it doesn't meet their their requirements for what the images should have they should it has has other in the background stuff like that but then yet you can see images that people take on like their bed sometimes right but uh yeah but that's the process to do it yeah and I had another listing get taken down too I had like two of them get taken down in a couple days like I didn't get any taken down for a very long time then just like
(2:17:10) two and three days and everything was fine they're all no impact but luckily for one of them the um like the source I bought it from is letting me return it which is nice yeah generally like always message them to see if they can take a return cuz even if you're over the return date like I find if you're nice to them they'll allow it yeah just my experience it really depends on the source like some of some of them like you may want to be a little bit more iffy with because it's like all sudden they might stop selling to resellers but
(2:17:43) some of like especially like the big block places or if you don't have that many units it's like it's not that big that big of a deal yeah the second one they got taken down that I'm like trying to peel I only have like it was like a dollar cost per unit or something or like $2 cost per unit and only have you know like 100 bucks worth left or something so it's not a huge deal the other one i' had like I literally just put in order for like8 $8 $900 worth and then the listing got taken down so luckily they're able to take it all back
(2:18:15) yeah like we've returned tens of thousands of dollars of stuff to Costco in one go and like the the first time that we did that the lady looked at our stuff and she's like why the you bringing all this back yeah uh but then like she started having like an attitude like it shouldn't be a deal a big deal because like Costco it doesn't matter like they return anything but then uh once they looked she pulled up our account and she seen how much we spent she's like oh yeah we we'll we'll take care of that no problem like yeah like we spend way more
(2:18:45) than we're returning here man yeah you made them a lot of money buy ones in return before you die pretty much with basically I've I've had their I've had their battery in my Jeep I bought a Costco battery I don't know probably at this point probably like a decade ago um and their standard warranty previously I think was three years full warranty and then like 10 years per rated and I think they just changed it to four years and with their batteries the way that it works is is when you warranty battery return it then their warranty period
(2:19:26) period restarts so literally before the warranty runs out on a battery I take it back to Costco and I get a new one I've never paid for a new battery that's funny I have a similar story too where we have a family friend that is a like a Tradesman he he's really good with building he went to I don't know if it was Costco or Like Home Depot or something but he literally bought like 10 grand worth of tools he essentially built a house and then he returned them like it's freaking crazy I have a a friend who I have a friend who's pretty
(2:20:00) ghetto who uh like builds motorcycles in his living room of his apartment and stuff like that and he's definitely went to Canadian Tire gotten like a jack like a like a lowprofile jack for like a Corvette or something used it and then just took it right back he's like yeah I'm just I'm just renting tools [Laughter] temporarily like fair enough man like if you don't you don't have you don't have to actually buy them and store them fair enough that's funny also with Christmas lights as well oh true [Music] yeah um hey one question you just wanted
(2:20:37) to um Circle back on the point that Nick was trying to poition to Canada U is that because of the 25% T Up N if I can ask you wait sorry were you yeah no I'm I'm asking if is that because of the upcoming 25% tariff no like No like is that I don't even know too much about that to be honest I haven't educated myself on that but um no because just there's you know just with importing from like the us into Canada and selling items on Amazon Canada it's yeah you have listings that get taken down because Canada has strict
(2:21:19) laws with like items needing French labeling on it as well as English and I see okay generally a lot of those items don't have that so if Amazon catches on or someone reports a listing they'll get taken down and you're just stranded with the inventory it's pretty rare and like when it does happen it's like you know as long as you're not going too too deep on listings the numberers average out and you're still making a nice nice profit but you know it's always a risk to consider yeah okay okay yeah I was just curious
(2:21:54) because you know my personal goal for next year is to you know um also start exploring you know sending stuff to us and this thing yeah like selling in the US yeah I'm just selling in Canada
