Video Transcript

(00:00) then they'll open up more and more Brands and categories to to me but I was like sh the first order and I'm in a pinch well yeah just like be be open and honest with them just say that you know it might take you a little while longer than you expected because you just say you're buying a lot of inventory right now and say it might it might take me like a month or so to place a purchase order I just wanted to let you know that so you're aware just so you know I'm not go in you because if you just stra ghost them and you you don't respond to them

(00:34) then that account will probably get closed pretty quick oh I'll follow and follow up tomorrow yeah because I mean it's either that we have to access more capital or like you have to like whatever you mentioned like move things around so you have to get it somehow some way but you still don't want to over leverage yourself with a brand new supplier as it just in case yeah that is true yeah 100% welcome in everybody we are just kind of getting set up I'm going to start sharing my screen here just give me a quick

(01:08) second um for anybody that has not been part of our OA sessions before I keep these relatively chill I like to just do some live sourcing utilizing different methods and then also we kind of just do like a live Q&A for everything and anything Amazon as we go as well so I will be recording the session so anything that um we discuss will obviously be in the recording um I will be starting off with just some basic OA sourcing methods uh we'll kind of probably go into some rabbit holing uh as we go and then if anybody also wants

(01:45) me to cover anything specific I can certainly do that as well so if you have any questions along the way always feel free to put them in the voice chat chat I'll be paying attention to that and answer questions as we go I've already had a couple people send me questions before we even started for things that they just want me to cover uh but yeah besides that it's just more so like a LAX session where we do some sourcing and do some Q&A so yeah like if there's any particular type of OA specific methods you want me to cover while we're doing

(02:17) this pop them in the chat as well and I'll ensure that we do that uh but my plan for today I I have a very very loose agenda I am starting by looking through one of my seller watch threads and we're going to see what we can find looking through here because I don't think I've ever actually sourced through seller watch on video before I've just kind of blw show like really small examples and then we'll probably find some sellers that we can store frocks or store frocks uh storefront stock and then some rabbit holes we can go down

(02:49) some uh retailer deals we can Source Etc so this is one of my V uh sell watch threads let me just change the video so we're on the right screen here so I never sourc through any of my VA threads so this would be edelyn thread here she has Managed IT and the way my Vaas operate is they can basically add any sellers that they believe are good into their own threads so I don't know what sellers are in here uh I hope nobody here is in this thread and I also don't know how viable these storefronts are um I let them manage

(03:27) their own threads so my requirement with them is that they should have just found some good products from them to begin with and then add them in and if they get consistently bad products from them to remove them accordingly so we're going to be kind of auditing my uh VA one of my va's soer watch threads as we're doing some sourcing as well so before we get into it uh do we have any questions does anybody want me to cover any specific methods anything like that off the Hop feel free to either type in the chat

(03:59) or come on the mic either or I have a quick question um what's up or ask um I was going to ask if you can kind of go through I guess you're already sort of doing it but like a a walk through of like what your VA would do like from the first thing like starting like a sourcing session like from the beginning to kind of like the end kind of thing so every person is going to going to be different so I don't I I really really try and I've done this ever since the beginning to not micromanage whatsoever because in my

(04:39) opinion that just makes like an uncomfortable environment I don't have the time to do that so what I try to do is I try to give them the resources and the knowledge to be able to Source efficiently themselves and then they they can kind of find what works for them and where they want to focus their time um yeah I guess like more of a general like it doesn't have CU if you don't like know exactly what they do but at least in a general sense yeah yeah so like again it's going to be dependent on every every individual person and what

(05:11) methods they currently know how to utilize so like some some of the main methods that we use uh I'm not going to mention absolutely everything because some things are still proprietary uh but what we teach a lot of rvas is to do sourcing via storefront stocking that is very like inter very intermediate that's like super easy to get started with uh we teach them how to do ta and then Advanced ta sourcing we teach them how to utilize seller watch we teach them how to manually Source stores and sales um we have something like our

(05:45) retailer deal emails that we have down here I have this exact same thing in a a server with my Vaas in it and they source that exact same thing so some of them will often Source through those deal emails to find um potential places that they can start their sourcing for that day they will Source through Red Flag deals they'll Source through stock track we'll do web scraping um all kinds of stuff and where they spend their time is completely up to them some of them will only utilize things like say seller watch for an

(06:18) entire day and if they're able to have enough results in here and produ produce enough that's completely fine some of them will pop in here for 20 minutes an hour Go off into a rabbit hle doing storefront stocking start looking at retailer sales whatever it may be so I know like you ask kind of like a rundown of what they do but it's very it's very person specific and I don't think you should really be stuck in any one method obviously if if you only know how to do like say storefront stocking for example you probably don't want to

(06:52) divert a lot of your time away from storeone stalking to learn other methods right away you probably just want to add on additional method meod on top of what you're doing so like say if you spend 2 hours storefront stocking per day and that's your sourcing increase your sourcing from 2 hours to two and a half or three hours and that additional half hour to an hour every single day try to learn something new and then when you become proficient with that then you can very easily switch back and forth uh when you're doing your own

(07:19) sourcing does that make sense as I answer your question yeah that makes sense for for myself like I I kind of have like like uh like add when I do this stuff so like I I jump through rabbit holes and and then click on this and say and just think about like different different things or like different things catch my mind so that's why I was just wondering like what would be like the thought processes of uh the vas or whatnot but yeah that sounds that makes sense yeah I think that's completely fine as long as

(07:46) like your main focus is still at your sourcing and finding products like you can very well be add doing the sourcing as long as you're not like all a sudden getting distracted by like Facebook or YouTube and taking your attention away from it right as long as you're actively sourcing go off when any any kind of rapbit holes that you want um it may it may benefit you in the long run to kind of keep track of what you're looking at like say if all of a sudden you like find oo a retailer sale oo like here's a here's a

(08:13) storefront oo I'm going to go down the storefront Etc it may benefit you in the long run to like keep track of like say oh like IH herb has a sitewide sale but I ended up going down a different Rabbit Hole maybe I should make myself a mental note or just grab I her put it in a notepad I'm going to come back to that later on I'm going to fully Source everything that I can for my herb even though I'm going to go down these other rabbit holes I'm going to come back to that yeah makes sense that'll probably benefit you uh but again it's not

(08:41) absolutely necessary because you might be able to spend all your money doing all the add sourcing that you can anyway yeah cool makes sense yeah so yeah um for anybody that just popped in here we're just doing kind of a casual OA sourcing session as I mentioned at the top of the convers conv ation we're just going to be doing some OA sourcing and then as we do it I like to do a Q&A so if you guys have any questions you can pop them in the chat or come on the mic I'm just going to be uh starting in seller watch specifically one of my VA

(09:12) threads we're going to be doing some sourcing and then we're going to be going on rabbit holes and finding additional methods that we can do for sourcing today as well so I like to kind of just um mention my thought process as I'm sourcing so that you can kind of understand what I'm looking at uh usually I would just like fly through this and I would really pick out really cherry pick items uh but I'm going to go a little bit slower just so people can understand my thought process what I'm looking through here in solar watch the

(09:39) purpose of this is just to have kind of the main information that you need to make a decision very quickly on whether or not it's a product that's worth looking deeper into so we can see right away assuming that the buy box is not suppressed we'll get the buy box we'll get the estimated payout we'll get the current sales rank and most importantly we'll see the keeper graph so if I see items that have a very very low payout i' like say like only a couple dollars which most of these products probably will not those are items that I'll

(10:07) typically pass on because it's very hard to Source most products away for just a couple bucks unless it's like a small very inexpensive product which you can kind of easily tell and then also when I'm sourcing through here I really often skip past keeper graphs that look like junk I want to see keeper graphs that are either suppressed and I might take a look at them or keeper graphs that look like they have more consistency if I see something like this this just automatically tells me it only sells one maybe two units per month I'm

(10:41) not interested in that whatsoever I want something that I'm actually going to be able to sell a little bit more units per month so that's a little bit more sustainable for myself so that's my process and then I'm going through these things what I'll do is I'll find something that looks like it could be viable and what I personally do is depending how feeling that day is I'll either open up the listing like this so that opens up in a new tab and I open up a bunch of them at once or I'll come directly from here

(11:09) search it on Google and see if I can find it within that within that max payout right so it just depends on how I'm feeling that day for my sourcing sometimes I'll just come through anything that looks interesting I'll open up like this like this like this and then I'll research them all if I'm very caffeinated and focused I will come in here I'll click Google and I'll immediately see if I can find it for less than that price so from here I would just click the Google button going trust Google and I know my payout my

(11:41) expected payout was $31 so I'm expecting to pay less than that so I'm looking for probably $28 or less approximately and I'll quickly see if I can find that anywhere I typically look through the first page or two of Google and I'll see see like this is a potential Upper Deck Store I know is a Us store just because I've been doing this for a while uh these guys say out of stock sometimes you want to take a look at websites that even say out of stock because sometimes Google Google doesn't pick them up 100% accurately usually

(12:17) they do but sometimes you'll click on something that says out of stock and it's actually in stock so sometimes it's worth if it's within your guidelines just take a peek at it uh but it looks like this guy might actually be a match so let's see if this guy's actually worth it this guy's currently on sale I know this is a viable Source we have we have this guy in our database I know I can get free shipping on this guy of 250 or more and so this guy costs $24.

(12:49) 99 cool so that looks like it has some potential viability it's not a crazy Roi but it could certainly be a good potential so this would be something that is interesting enough to me I would then put into a potential buy sheet what I'm sourcing I'm not typically buying at the exact same time I like to get into like a flow state of sourcing putting everything in a potential buy sheet and then going back into that later and then putting together what would be considered my POS uh I personally like to do it that way because I find it's easier to stay

(13:19) focused that way versus if I were stop right now figure out how many I want to buy buy it I'm going to completely screw up my flow State and it's going to take take me a while to get back into that if I'm really kind of rocking and rolling with sourcing so this is something that's potentially interesting so I would grab that link put it in a potential buy sheet I would just see quickly if I can find it anywhere else for cheaper I'd probably look through the first two pages or so and if I can't then I would continue

(13:49) on we've already found a potentially viable product so that's good and yeah from what I can see that is a complete match yeah cool and then I would come back into this later and then that's when I would do my research on okay how many units does this actually sell per month how many do I figure I can personally sell uh how much profit am I expecting for this to make me per month and then figure how many I should be personally purchasing if this is a product that's interesting to me I would do that after my sourcing after my sourcing

(14:23) session but we'll leave this guy open for now because we do have some potential there that we can go down some rabbit holes for and then we'll continue on so I'll try the other method where I kind of just uh more or less add it and we'll take a look uh Evan says H Jordan is a buy sheet the same as the order tracker it can be uh you can do whatever process you want uh my personal like potential buy sheet would be like RVA sourcing sheet I would throw it into the VA sourcing sheet first and then when I'm actually purchasing it I would throw it

(14:58) into the the order tracker but you can use the order tracker for both as well it's just kind of how my thought process works and how I personally like to be organized but you can do it any way that you want yeah I do the exact same thing because like in case if it's like OS later when I'm like buying it then at least I can just like click it on there or like create a filter for that or whatnot yeah and I'm just going to pull it up here just in case anybody's not um aware that is in here let me just pull up on my other screen here

(15:30) in our gitbook uh we do have a couple different templates that you can utilize for these types of things of course you don't have to they're just there if you want to utilize them uh they should be under Amazon resources and so we do have a under virtual assistance we do have a VA sourcing spreadsheet and this is the exact sheet that I give to my vas there's details there how how you can set it up and this is where they would import products into too and if I'm personally sourcing products I even use something like this when I'm sourcing

(16:03) products for wholesale just um altered a bit just to be more focused for wholesale um we would just throw products directly into here and then we would come back into here and then we would determine if we want to purchase them if they're out of stock Etc this makes it easy for us to disqualify them and kind of categorize if the items are out of stock Etc or why we disqualified them so that can help you with your own sourcing and for your own learning on how you can personally improve or so you can improve your

(16:33) vas and then uh we utilize our um our order tracker you can get a free order tracker from our website the free order tracker I'm not sure if we have in getbook or not I believe we do uh but it's just a basic order tracker where you can input what you're purchasing how much you are buying how much your total buy cost is when you're shipping them off to Amazon those types of things again you don't have to utilize these things there just there in case you want some place to start I would highly encourage you use something like this

(17:06) and then adjust it to your own personal needs does that answer your question Evan perfect okay so then yeah I'll open up a couple of these guys all at once just to show you the kind of other method and then from in here I would then see if things are viable this is my much more unpreferred way because in my opinion it's less efficient because you have to come through here you have to make sure it looks good and then you have to Google it uh but this is also a way that some that will work for some people okay

(17:51) so you can certainly do it this way as well so I'll come in here I'll make sure it doesn't look um too bad make sure it looks like it actually has some sales happening I'm going to be vetting it around this price so I know my Max buy cost is around 54 bucks with my parameters so then I would Google Google search it and with my Google searches often if we have a long Google search like this and we have some additional junk um junk words in here or junk phrases I like to remove those from my Google search because often especially like the

(18:24) smaller Boutique websites they don't really have good SEO on their back end of their website sites so sometimes it's harder for Google to find listings on those smaller websites so sometimes if your search is a little bit more broad you're more likely to find results from those smaller places so like here like we can see it's very specific so we're always going to see places like wmart Best Buy Etc pop up but some of those other places that don't have good SEO in their products they may not pop up so I typically like to get rid of things like

(18:55) that sometimes the model number depending on what it is anything uh weird in here try and make it as broad as I can without going too too broad so this is going to be version two so I'm just going to put two and I'm just going to put in Canada does this always work no however quite often I found that you will find better results making your search less specific um than having all kinds of keywords in there that you typically get from an Amazon listing so we come back here I know my Max cost is around 55 bucks so I'm going

(19:35) to be looking for things around that price so it is potential that Walmart has it uh it is potential that hobby B has it hobby B is a little bit outside of my price range but I'm going to take a look at it because they're close anyway and sometimes with some websites I can manipulate that pricing through things like disc accounts and coupons it's not super common in Canada but sometimes we can so it looks like here it's sold by a third party seller so I would not want to buy it from them if it told me here that the seller here was a unknown

(20:15) website like say if it said here that this was hobby B Canada I would still not buy it from uh from Walmart directly however if I seen it was a retailer I would see if I could find the product for the same uh price on their website we don't want to buy from third party sellers on platforms outside of Amazon because those invoices uh are not accepted for authenticity and if you ever have an issue with that um you're not going to be able to appeal it successfully or very unlikely that you'll be able to so hobby B is sold

(20:51) out so that's kind of outside of my price range that's all the results that I have I have some sites blocked if for example if this was in my price range it's a little bit far out but say for example if I could buy this for 50 bucks and it was out of stock and this looked interesting to me I would pump this into my buy sheet and I would just make myself a quick note about restock or monitor something like that and then I could look at afterwards when I'm looking through all my results if I want to add this to our restock monitors in

(21:24) the server because you can add that to your personal private restock monitors and then if and when they ever do restock then you can get pinged immediately once they restock this guy's a little bit too far out of my price range so I won't be doing that with this guy however if it was within my price range I would certainly consider that and I believe this is a Shopify site it could be let's double check Shopify yeah it is a Shopify site so easy peasy and if any body has any questions about anything as I'm going please ask I

(22:02) know some things I might Breeze through because it's kind of like secondary nature to me so if something if you want to back up and say hey ask questions about something certainly feel free and we can cover it uh L professor says could you please explain how you analyze the offers tab to determine if an item is selling like graph with staircase indicates it's good it's selling versus straight line not so good and not selling yeah so let me find a product that maybe this might be a good one to look at let's just see if we can find this

(22:33) guy first and then we'll see if this guy is viable we'll take a look so this guy um when I'm in here I'm going to be vetting at a reasonable selling price so I think $37 is probably reasonable that's been like the lowest price in the last month some people may vet it at like say $32 however this may be an item that is harder to find so vetting this if it is hard to find if no if nowhere has this but say one place it' probably be more reasonable to vet this between $37 to $44 so I think that price is fine so then I'm looking for a Max buy cost of

(23:09) about 20 bucks so let's see if we can find that guy anywhere so day break so I'm just going to take a quick peek through we're looking for about 20 bucks and we see like a lot of places are out of stock so this is probably a harder to find item and so if we do find it in stock anywhere we may be able to push it and vet at a a bit of a higher price potentially that might be for a little bit more advanced sellers maybe not for sellers that are just starting but I'm going to take a look at some of these guys that are close to range I'm just

(23:46) going to go through one more page just to double check so those guys don't look interesting so we do have it the cheapest that we have available is2 3.95 so obviously if we were to source that at this price right now that wouldn't make sense for us uh for a seller that may be a little bit more established you may consider vetting it at a higher price because if it's hard to find it is potential that it could come up to $45 again and then it could have some viability there for you however I know that we have a lot of

(24:29) newer sellers in here so I don't I don't think I'm going to go too too deep into that but this is something that I would recommend that if you are more established and you have more Capital might be something that you want to consider if you're newer and you don't have the capital to spend or to risk definitely don't even bother with that but let's look at El professor's question about vetting how many products are selling so what I'm looking at a product to determine how many I want to purchase for myself I always kind of go in the

(25:02) same order I want to see if there's a monthly sold stat up here from Amazon so if it indicates that it sells 50 plus per month 100 plus per month 200 plus per month Etc that's going to be the best information that we can get so if I can see that first that's going to be the number one thing I look for in this case I don't see that uh number two is I always want to double check if it's a variation because if it's a variation that means that we can't can't really trust the keeper graph specifically that we see um the sales rank drops that we see

(25:34) are kind of irrelevant if it's a variation so then we always have to dig deeper no matter what unless we see a monthly sold stat in this case it's not a variation so we can trust this data a little bit more uh you may see that there's the yellow bar down here that coincides with the monthly sold stat from Amazon so we see this on keepa that says it sells 50 plus per month however we don't see Amazon giving us that stat so this is something that we actually see fairly often and from everything that I can see is that this

(26:09) happens when an item sells very close in that range or used to sell 50 plus per month at a lower price point and has recently stopped selling that much in the last month so keepa sometimes takes a while to update on their end so we'll chance are if Amazon doesn't have that stat come back in the next week or so we'll stop seeing keepa show it here but they are going to be delayed so this doesn't mean that this product sells 50 plus per month at $52 this means that over this past 30 30-day period back here it had sold 50

(26:46) plus per month so it started selling 50 plus per month when it was priced at $32 and then it sold it may have dropped a little bit up here when it got a higher price and then when it came back down and pricing down to $37 the volume increased we can see that by the sales rank drops and then the monthly sold probably increase back up to that 50 plus per month so I hope that makes sense so far I'm not confusing anybody but these are the things that I want to ensure that we look at before we're Mak Mak making a purchasing

(27:21) decision so then from here if I don't have the monthly sold stat if it's not cons consistently on here and we don't and if we don't see it on Amazon then I want to dig deeper if we see that monthly sold stat here consistently and it's on Amazon like say it says it sells 200 plus per month and Amazon today says it sells 200 plus per month and it sold 200 plus per month over the last three months I would be confident that that listing would sell 200 to 300 units per month and I would probably make my purchasing decision

(27:53) based off of that okay I'd want to see that there is some buy box rot I'm not really that concerned about everybody getting equal distribution but i' want to see that not just one person is hogging the entire buy box and then I would make my personal decision based off of that so if it sold 200 plus per month and say there's only one seller on this listing right now within buy box range that means I would be seller number two and if it sold 200 plus per month that means I can probably reasonably sell the amount that we

(28:28) expected to sell divided by the total amount of sellers including me that are within buybox price range so that means I could reasonbly sell about a 100 or so per month and if I had the capital and if the product made sense for me then I would probably purchase about that one month's worth of inventory to begin with for myself with somebody with less Capital you may want to purchase considerably less than that so that's okay if we didn't have those stats and we looked into the offers tab we looked into here what I want to do is I kind of just

(29:02) want to still take this information with a green assault because this information just like with anything on keepa is not going to be perfect so you still have to kind of step back and look at the overall big picture of a listing you can't just say oh this sells 38 units per month I know that's what it sells because it says it says this number right here we're not always getting the full picture when we see this sometimes this can be pretty accurate sometimes it can be way off okay cuz keepa doesn't track things every second every single

(29:37) day sellers can uh hide their stock counts that by P putting uh purchasing limits on their inventory uh sometimes keepa will pick up an FC transfer or an item removal as a sale occurring all types of things so we still want to ensure we look at the full big picture of listing if I looked at this product here super shitty looking keeper graph if I looked at this and then I went into the offers tab and I seen a seller where it said that they sold 75 in the past month I would question that information because that

(30:21) is an anomaly CU this is not a variation product there's no reason why this graph would look like this if it was selling 75 plus per month uh however you will often see a graph that looks like this and it looks like an FBA seller selling hundreds per month that is because that seller is probably based in the United States and their inventory is in the United States warehouse and their inventory is actually selling in the US so if you see things that look like anomalies you just want to slow down and question that

(30:52) information and just kind of dig a little bit deeper but if I'm looking at this so from what I've seen so far is that it probably sells close to 50 units per month it looks like we probably just recently lost that stat it probably sells 50 plus per month at that price of $ 32 is doll so when I look at this data I'm I'm just going to kind of look through and see if I see any anomalies of any seller stock counts flatlining or just dipping uh basically to nothing out of nowhere something like this looks normal we're not going to see just like a

(31:30) massive cliff dive for seller stock um on listings like this unless the listing is very very high demand this one is decent demand it's not super high demand so seeing sales like this is very common this is kind of what I want to see on a listing like this this makes sense this looks a little bit more odd however this could be a case with uh keepa maybe not picking up information for multiple days or weeks that could be a case that what happened there so I'm okay with seeing things like this with things like this

(32:02) quite often when we see things like this this will be a seller actually selling stock however keepa just didn't track their stock for a period of a couple days or a week so it looks like it just dipped out of nowhere however they probably actually likely sold their stock that happens often I've analyzed listings of my own where that H that exact same thing has happened on listings that I'm personally on it looks like I sold no units or I just dipped out of nowhere but in that time period we sold a couple hundred units but keep

(32:30) it as in track our stock for a period of time this here this looks normal to me so this is completely fine so then we can try to use this information and piece it all together with everything else that we've seen so far and try to come up with a reasonable number of what we expect at this listing sells okay so we know right now it probably sells less than 50 because Amazon doesn't have that stat there today uh but they have sold around 50 plus per month recently so without going too too too deep into it and trying to like figure

(33:05) out how many this person sold in this time period we can probably reasonably expect that this probably sells 30 to 40 per month and I would base my purchasing decision based on that estimate if you're if you're more Capital tight uh and a more less established seller you probably want to be on the lower end of that number just to be more conservative but I reasonbly expect to say it's going to sell 30 units per month I'm going to be seller number two so if I can afford it if my Capital can if I can put in less than 10% of my

(33:41) Capital into this product maybe I'll buy 10 or 15 units of this that'd be very reasonable if it makes sense at the selling price of about 37 bucks you'd have to buy this for like say like $19 or so if if that made sense I'd buy like say 10 to 15 units that'd be very very reasonable so long-winded answer but does that answer your question mza Cool any other questions at all before we carry on okie dokie cool so again with here uh when I'm looking at this guy I'm going to be vetting it at a reasonable average selling price typically over the last

(34:38) one to three months um here it has dipped down to around this price a couple times it has increased but I would probably reasonably expect it's probably going to dip back down depending on how many sellers that we have usually history tends to repeat itself so I would personally want to vet this product at around 78 bucks or so so I know my Max cost is about $50 so then from here it does look like it sells some units so I'm going to spend some time seeing if I can find it anywhere I'm going to do my search I'm going to see if I can find it

(35:12) for about 50 bucks or less and so this has a bunch of um additional filler text that I would remove because that's not going to help our search I'll get rid of that I'll get rid of that I'll get rid of that and then I'll just try Canada and so I just want to see what this guy looks like so this is a Fallout commander deck that's a different one and so I'm looking for a price point of about 50 bucks or less so this one's close sometimes we can get discounts with hoesville uh let's see what else we can find that guy might be too far out

(35:51) because I think it's about 10 bucks off but we'll see this is a set of four so let's see if we can take a look at that guy and that looks like about it cool so this guy is sold out right now this guy is sold out as well but what would my buy cost be on that 260 divided by 4 65 bucks it'd be too expensive so these guys are probably outside of my range if you are vetting it at a higher price you may consider a site like hobbysville and it may be worth adding to your restock monitors as it just in case um you could do that and then

(36:36) revisit this item and see if you could vet it at a higher price if and when that time came of when it restocked but as of right now it doesn't look that interesting to me so we're looking at this guy now so I'm going to be vetting this guy at the current selling price of about are we looking at 52 are we looking at 60 the buy box is currently at 60 uh did that seller just sell out potentially so I'm probably going to be vetting this product closer to 53 to $55 so I'm just going to go like say 55 to be reasonable and I'm G to see if I can

(37:15) find this guy my Max cost is about 33 bucks Best Buy might get us close 401 games might get us close Monae might might look close board games might look close cool and so I know my Max cost is 33 bucks this is shipped and sold by a third party so I would not bother with this guy this guy is sold out this guy does have a couple stock so if they don't charge a bunch of additional money for shipping that could be viable this guy's out of stock so this is a potential so this is about 30 33 bucks so it has potential it has more

(38:03) potential if 401 games comes back in stock so again this might be one that you want to add into potential buy sheet and have a message that maybe you want to add to your personal restock monitors because if 401 games restocks for a good price of 30 bucks this guy would be even more viable especially if we can get free shipping with it it looks like Capone here is typing it question so I'll slow down a bit just so I can see his question before we continue on so Capone mentioned I've had you luck using Google Maps finding retailers

(38:45) selling hard to find TCG hockey hockey cards yeah 100% And A lot of times you can use Google Maps Google shopping um some sometimes you can do Google searches specifically and make like your own database and like look for like say Pokemon shops or TCG shops or sports card shops in a certain city and you're probably going to find stuff that never pops up on Google searches and if you can do that then you can also utilize something like truffle piggy is everybody here familiar with Shuffle piggy I've talked about this a

(39:20) couple times I like going down these tangents anybody he know about truffle piggy so murer says yes Adam says knows of it but hasn't used it so it's a pretty helpful tool if you have websites like that in Your Arsenal that are small boutiques that may not pop up on regular Google searches because what you can do is you can make a trule picky account you log into it and then you can add your own private searches onto it so you basically go on to any website you want you search for truffle piggy you grab that URL and then you paste it into the

(40:08) section of truffle Piggy on your dashboard to make your own custom search and then what what you can do is when you add that website it'll come into your website list here so you can have individual sites or you can have folders of multiple sites and then what you can do is you can highlight any text that you want open truffle Piggy and then oneclick search those websites so we do that a lot for Lego like we have some smaller Boutique Lego sites in here so that if we if I find a Lego set that we want to search I will just highlight the Lego

(40:42) set number like 4710 Z something like that and then I'll click on the Lego folder and it'll open up all of our Lego sites all at once and I can very easily search to see if those websites have that product in stock instead of trying to search for it on Google so utilizes in something like that if you do Source from a lot of Boutique websites can be very very viable cool so we see this guy so we're looking for a Premium Edition for Xbox one so let's see what we can find I'm vetting at the current price which is 40

(41:20) bucks so my expected buy cost is about $24 so that's cool um uh we may have already found it our buy cost was 24 so Walmart might have it let's take a look there Best Buy might just be out of stock but we can add that guy to our restocks and so P&P games is a viable Source we have them we can get free shipping on $66 plus uh this looks like it's a match I believe it's the Premium Edition and so this guy is only1 199.

(42:02) 99 so if this guy met my criteria that would be one that we could add into our buy sheet and come back and revisit if it's potentially viable with a lot of video games specifically and a lot of other items as well but like video games I will quite often reverse search those video games on Amazon because it's very common that video games have multiple listings they're the exact same game but they have multiple listings and quite often you can find other listings that sell good volume and sometimes even more not always but often and chances are there's

(42:36) probably also like a Grand Theft Auto Premium Edition for like PlayStation right so I would personally go like this I would go down a rabbit hole and I would search for uh Grand Theft Auto Premium Edition and just see what I can find so is this the guy that we were looking at we were looking at as uh 3L so that's 3L there that's digital code this one's for PS4 that one looks like it sells for too cheap uh this guy looks like it sells for too cheap but yeah it looks like most of these guys are selling for not not

(43:18) enough to be viable however that's what I would certainly do in many cases just to see if anything else is also there that could also potentially make sense and I would highly recommend that if you're doing sourcing from like Canada to us to do this as well because you will find a lot more results this way Jordan um for video games also I I noticed one other thing um sometimes like um they would have separate listings but the rating would be like different like it' be like the Euro rating instead of the um North American

(43:52) rating yeah so like does that if we were to find like a source from like North American rating and the listing is like the Euro R uh rating European rating then would that still be a viable lead or would you have to make it exactly the same for video games specifically you have to make it the same because a lot of video games are region locked so like our ones in North America would be like under their region code like I think it's ntsc so that's for like the North American version the ones that are European would be like under like pal I

(44:26) believe called and a a lot of those will only work on European specific consoles so if it does specifically indicate it's like a European version of a game and you're looking at the North American one you do not want to just to source that because you're going to get a bunch of returns makes sense makes sense yeah Evan's typing out a question here so I'll to slow down before we continue on is it fair to say that when your sourcing you're primarily focus on carrying a set of products that look viable and then reviewing those products

(45:01) in Greater detail later on to determine whether they are viable for business yes more or less because like say say you have more limited Capital uh say you're a newer a newer seller uh but you still want to work on your business which you you should uh you can spend like say all your money are already already spent you have no more money that you can spend you can still spend uh a little bit of time every single day sourcing building up that buy sheet and then whenever you get more money you can come and then start

(45:31) making your POS but like I like to parse it out into different processes because as I mentioned I find that I can stay more focused more consistently if I do it that way if I'm right now I'm just looking for products that look like they have some viability that look like they could be interesting throwing them in a potential buy sheet and then I'll come back and I'll revisit them and determine on if I actually want to sell those guys so yes I find that's the process that works best for me I find if you're cutting out your

(46:03) process like finding one product it's viable then going to place that order um you're really going to impact your personal productivity if you do that and my experience anyway so where were we here so looks like so far some of these sellers that my VA has in her thread have been pretty pretty decent for sure mental exhaustion sets him sets him much faster if you do too much at once yeah it all depends on the type of person that you are and what kind of things you're able to do with your own personal skill set for sure

(46:45) everybody's different so we saw that that there was a method of opening up the listing um and then also going into Google first obviously you can see just from the examples that I provided it's a lot more efficient to search directly into Google before opening up the listing because we can kind of gauge viability right away right off the Hop we don't usually need to open up the listing to see if it's potentially viable like this one like it has some potential it looks like it's probably doesn't sell a ton per month it

(47:18) has some potential but I can vet this product a lot quicker just by going directly in Google and know my expected payout is about 47 bucks so I'm looking for a buy cost of about $40 or so so we're looking for this I'm going to get rid of the additional texts Canada and see if I can find it around that price point so we're looking probably about $40 or so so this is a potential so I'm just kind of seeing if I can find it first before even digging into the product at all and in my opinion this is a lot more of a efficient way of doing

(48:01) this uh stock so it looks like these guys may have it for a viable price so now I'll take a peek at this guy we'll see if 40 bucks actually makes sense might be just basically right on my threshold if I only want a 15% Roi it looks like it might actually sell an okay amount of units I'm actually going to make myself some notes here because there's some things that we've done recently with some Bots that I can add into solat so confirmed sales Max cost to add to seller watch sorry a bit of a uh tangent I just want to make

(48:48) myself a note so that we can add these guys in there cool so then this is again another product that has potential viability um it has been a little bit less price stable we haven't had we haven't seen too too many price fluctuations it obviously is not super ideal if it dips down to 62 bucks so more ideally if we could Source this a little bit cheaper um however this has some potential I might throw this into a buy sheet and come back to it to see if I can find any discount codes uh this is a Shopify site so it's actually pretty

(49:22) common that a lot of Shopify sites will have discounts attached to it so we might be able to get like 5 or 10% off this guy and if we can get say 5% off 95 minus 5% it looks a lot more viable and we might I would say chances are pretty high we can probably find a 5% off coupon code for this guy whether just like their email list or a code Etc very high likelihood so I would add that guy into my buy sheet for some good potential there and then carry on so any questions about anything that we've done so far we already found

(50:03) probably like a half a dozen viable products in a relatively short period of time and this kind of goes to show you of um how viable something like seller watch can be if you are utilizing good sellers if you have [ __ ] sellers loaded into seller watch or if you have very very few that hardly ever stock new products you're going to have a much different experience for the kind of results that you get uh Evan says if you encounter a listing that has sold 50 plus units per month and the monthly sold line on keepa

(50:37) indicates that within the last three months the units sold fluctuates would you add all the figures together and average them to determine how many units to buy hope I'm making sense so not usually I would typically look at and try to determine why it has fluctuated so like say if we we see where it looks like in the month of December it looks like it sold 100 units per month and then in January it looks like it sold 200 per month and then in February it looks like it sold 100 plus per month again that would typically tell me that

(51:12) it's just selling within it's kind of like average lifespan like it's because 100 plus can be anywhere from 100 to 200 units 200 plus is 200 to 300 so on average it probably sells like 170 180 and then sometimes there's slightly more demand so sells maybe an extra 20 units per month so that's kind of within its normal parameters so when we see things like that it's relatively a normal fluctuation if we see that there's very large fluctuations like say a couple months ago it was selling 50 and now it's selling 200 I would want to try to gauge

(51:50) as to why it's doing that because it might be seasonality it might be that the price has dropped and maybe the market is more willing to pay this price so it's moving more units so we can't always just average them out over the last couple months it depends on what's going of happening with that product uh Adam asked how do you account for the likelihood of other sellers taking advantage of the same Opportunity by you found it's difficult but there's going to be a couple things so number one is trying to move quickly uh so if you are somebody that

(52:34) can find potential out there quicker than somebody else you're going to have a massive Advantage um if you're somebody that's sourcing the sales that are happening for OA and you're at the tail end basically when they are already coming to an end chances are most of their sellers have already already sourced that and maybe already have their products on the way to uh fulfillment centers and you're going to be falling a little bit behind uh number two is specifically with Arbitrage make sure you're sourcing and not sending in unreasonable

(53:08) amounts of units so it's always a possibility that we're going to see influxes of additional sellers come on a listing especially if we're sourcing from places that are bigger box stores like your Walmart tires Etc when those sales Cycles come through a product may look super viable but then within about two weeks we we may start seeing like a a really large increase of seller count because everybody sourcing those so especially on listings like that be more conservative with the amount of units that you're sending and just make sure

(53:41) you have enough margin on your products to account for potential price fluctuations that are going to happen um and then three is you can also try to look outside the box with how you're sourcing and look for some of the those smaller Boutique places instead of just sourcing up places Walmart you can see most of the products that we found so far uh I don't believe any of them have been from a big box place so they're going to be less likely that more people are going to find them uh and also if we add additional onto that like say if

(54:17) it's like one of the first products that we found that's on sale this product is probably going to be relatively limited for the amount of units that are available and it's looks like from what I saw only that one source is viable right now so basically as soon as that Source sells out this product is not going to be viable for anybody else I can't get this wholesale right now so Heine flip says in response to Adam I do something like this figure out the monthly sales estimate as best as you can figure out current competitive

(54:52) stock as best you can and then monthly sales minus current competitive stock times Factor example 50 - 10 * .5 = 20 uh do you want to come on the mic and kind of explain your thought process behind that yeah so like I figure out like um what the estimate like sales would be as best as I could and then I like look at what my competitive price would be and then I would look at uh those Sellers and I would see like okay how many stock is that like how many how much competitive stock is there and then based on that like I'll do that as best

(55:31) as I can and based on that I would subtract the two starting with the monthly sales and then that would be the amount of room that I would have left for myself I guess to stock in and then I would multiply by some factor of like uh let's say 0.5 if you want to be safe and then I would just uh send that amount in for like a test buy or something like that okay and yeah doing something like that like if that works for you I think that's 100% Fair um the way that I personally look at things is I am very very unemotional when I buy things and when

(56:11) I'm looking at products I'm looking at okay what can this potentially profit me right now I unless I see like random increases and decreases of Sellers and like it's very obvious that like there's es and flows with that product I'm just just vetting the product for how it looks like today it is if we don't see changes in products it can be hard to try to estimate on what's going to happen with that particular product especially if it's an OA product so I'm trying to vet on what it looks like for me today I'm trying to be comfortable

(56:44) with the potential margin that I have on it and then with my personal philosophy is I am very aggressive with my pricing I don't undercut the market very rarely however um I will basically drop my price to basically Break Even uh with my repricer so that I don't really have to be concerned about watching inventory and if it drops in price and drops basically break even and I sell at my units so be it I'll get my money back I'll go buy something else um we review our products every now and again every about one to two times per week but I'm

(57:22) not that concerned with items that are just decreasing in price because if they do decrease in price if they do die I'll go find something else if at the time when it comes time to restock that product and it still make sense yeah we'll restock it if it doesn't make sense we'll continue on to something else but I want to liquidate that inventory as quickly as I can under my personal philosophy instead of holding on to that inventory and potentially becoming unprofitable or needing to hold on to it for months to maybe have the

(57:53) price increase back up to potentially Pro a couple dollars that's how I personally look at a lot of those things uh Jordan but what what um like if you were like test buying let's say like a listing or or whatnot like of course like it depends on you know person's person of how much they would want to test by but how do you like figure that out for yourself I guess that was more of the question because that's currently that's this is how I do it but I'm just wondering how uh you would do it so for me almost always way

(58:27) um my personal buy in for most products to begin with uh unless they're very expensive or I'm unsure with the data is going to be about 30 days worth of inventory for my for my initial purchase however if you talk to me like four years ago I wouldn't have done that because I didn't have that much Capital to go around from many different asens right so if I looked at this product for example say I found this say it met my criteria I looked at this guy today I would try to figure out right now on how many I can reasonably expect to sell

(59:00) myself if you're a brand new seller you have to obviously consider that you're probably not going to get as good of a buy box distribution uh if you're sending in less units you're probably going to sell less overall but to give you my thought process I would look at this I would say okay this might be some questionable data because it was quite a a hefty drop pretty quickly that I probably don't count as sales um so I'm going to look to see how many actual uh price drops have we seen if we see sold data Etc so like just

(59:32) based on what I see I would probably estimate that this probably sells 20 to 30 units per month as a rough estimation so I see one two two maybe three competitive sellers FBA sellers I would be seller number four okay so if I'm estimating that this is going to sell 20 units per month I'm going to be solell number four then if it makes sense for me I'm going to buy five units okay I try I try to make it as simplistic as possible it needs to meet or be close to my personal profit criteria per month for me to consider

(1:00:11) that uh so if it if it doesn't get close to being a profit of about $50 per month around there uh I probably won't consider it like in this case it might only profit me 20 $25 per month so I may not be that interested but that is exactly how I would figure it out for myself I try to make it simplistic uh and limit the amount of risk that we have at the same time okay and then do you also like um like quickly disqualify leads that like are overstocked like have like way much way more stock than uh what you see is

(1:00:46) selling like if like say if like a 100 units sell per month then there's sellers that have like a combined 500 units yeah yeah not at all because I know that if I stock enough units I'm going to get equal B box distribution okay makes they're going to be stock with six months wor of inventory that that doesn't bother me any I'm going to keep clinging through uh 30 month Cycles at a time 30 45 day cycles that makes sense for some sellers like say if you're just absolutely brand new and you see one seller on a listing that has 500

(1:01:20) units and they're basically the only ones that are ever getting the buy box distribution yeah you probably want to be a little bit more cautious buying those products because chances are higher that you'll probably get less buybox distribution if you want to send in 12 units um however somebody has 500 units this product sells 200 units per month I think I can sell 100 myself yeah I'll definitely try to [ __ ] with that person 100 per.

(1:01:48) makes sense makes sense yeah because I've I've I've been like disqualifying a couple of those like earlier on cuz I was more new and now I've noticed that like some the iic can actually compete so yeah that's good to know good to know you'll find that it's very rare that you don't get bybox Distribution on most products there's going to be like a handful of products that you find that even if you send them in it might even if you send in a good amount you might not ever get the play box so an example how can I give an example without giving out my my

(1:02:22) storefront let's just say there was a beauty product that somebody had and it had a history of basically one seller on a listing uh tried to compete with that seller triy to send units in myself they were basically the only seller on this listing for like three plus years um even stalking like similar amount of units that they had I would never get to buy box it's just because Amazon just said that this seller just for this listing and for some reason only ever gave them the buy box I think I did get some buy box distribution but it seemed

(1:02:53) like it was only at like shitty hours so like I barely ever sold any units that's a rare that that's going to happen with most OA products most people most most people don't dominate products that heavy it sounds good thanks uh 613 says is there an increase in returns for playing cards like this since the customer can return if they don't get good cards 100% there is and that's something that you have to factor in and determine if that's a risk that you want to take uh playing cards do have a high rate of fraudulent

(1:03:30) returns often if they get returned as open packs you can get refunded from Amazon but you have to be actively opening those cases and providing pictures so as long as a profit margin is there they sell enough Etc they can definitely be very viable um but you have to factor that in for sure Jordan isn't that the same with video games as well like if they open a video game um and return it I don't find it's as bad as playing cards because a lot of people are looking for certain cards so the open oh no I mean I mean on Amazon's

(1:04:05) then sorry my bad I should have been more clear like uh for like getting back uh like your money back in case of a customer did that like opened up a game and then sent it back uh I think I think Amazon does have a policy where or like most other video game sources do have a policy where if it's open then there's like no refund correct um however people can still get refunds from Amazon and I I don't think they have a guideline that says that you can't send it back after it's been opened I believe it can still

(1:04:32) be returned however you can often fight those cases uh even though they're considered quote unquote customer damaged and if you stick to it long enough you can often end up getting refunded they can be a pain in the ass to fight though yep definitely they are so murza says do you see I if in raoa there is more or less opportunity in high ticket items in Beauty grocery categories example price anywhere between 100 to 250 so for some highend beauty yes for some high-end products in general yes um but there's typically a give and a take

(1:05:18) so most higher end products in general will sell lower volume and I know of people that literally sell only a couple hundred units per month like 900 or so units per month but bring in $100,000 Plus in Revenue per month because they're selling very very expensive items so you just have to be willing to adjust to that certain Market if that's what you're wanting to do and still obviously V your items accordingly for most grocery you probably won't see a whole lot in that um you will probably be hard pressed finding a lot of

(1:05:53) high-end beauty products but in Canada but but they are certainly there yeah so like um he find flip said returns would hurt I have sold some relatively expensive items on Amazon uh the most expensive item I've ever sold was an item that I sold for I think it was like $1,500 $22,000 and yeah when we got Returns on those it absolutely sucked um but like generally speaking the laws of averages take over but you want to ensure there're not going to be products that have a really high return rate because that that definitely stacks

(1:06:41) and that definitely Burns so these guys always through especially when I saw like any Electronics uh items that were viable I definitely had to like double think that yeah it's certainly always a possibility um but yeah like there are certainly people that work on a business model of higher profit higher Revenue selling items but lower volume it's just kind of you typically if you're doing that exclusively you need a higher amount of capital in general to be able to cycle through those products efficiently to be able to

(1:07:21) make a sustainable income rather so so you can see that as I'm scrolling through these guys I'm kind of more or less just bypassing the stuff that has shitty looking keog graphs I'm not interested in them uh this one this looks like some type of pill 75 capsules Amazon sell my expected payout is 1473 I may take a look at that I have a doubt that we'll probably be able to find that but let's just take a look uh 30 bucks $26 $29 so yeah just like from my personal experience it's just I had a thought that it's probably very difficult to

(1:08:04) find it something like that around that price so that would probably be a product I would typically just bypass myself because I'm already aware of that that looks like a shitty keeper graph I don't want to look at it this is something that's potentially interesting so let's take a look at this guy and so we're looking for 600 grams and we're looking at 7 Costco might have it let's take a look uh I shouldn't have any information saved on Costco so this is a Costco Business Center so let's see if we can find this

(1:08:39) at one of the other Costco sites hold on Coco West you definitely have an advantage if you Source Costco if you have a Costco Business Center in your city uh if you actually go there because they have a lot of stuff that other Costco do not have and quite often you can get better pricing so it looks like Costco back in 2023 had this exact same one for $10 so it is possible that they still have it today so let's take a look at this guy I'm also going to look at CoCo East doesn't really sound like an appetising brand name it sounds like

(1:09:23) it's pisty doesn't sound very good uh I don't think my screen disconnected can everybody else still see my screen yeah it looks like everybody else can see my screen you might just have to like view my stream or something or maybe have to disconnect and come back in I'm not sure so this hasn't pop popped up on Coco West or coco East as of late so it is possible that your regular store carries this um but the stores that they go through may not or may be something that they moved exclusively over to Costco Business

(1:10:08) Center um it has been a couple years since it has populated but I would probably assume that it would probably be close to around the price that it used to be we might be looking at it for like anywhere from like 10 to like 13 bucks so let's see if we can make that make makes sense so it looks like we may have found it previously somebody on my team for $10 so it's probably at Costco business center for 10 bucks and so if we can get this at Costco business center for 10 bucks this one sells 1,000 plus per month this one very reasonable selling

(1:10:44) price of $30 this is a super viable product and this one looks like it consistently sells 1,000 plus per month so and the reason why this one might be so stable is because maybe this one is only available in Costco Business Center so Q Montreal says 12.99 I believe in store Okay cool so it might be less uh ideally we'll try and track this item if it makes sense and see if we can find it on sale uh because I believe Costco business centers put on sale is just like reg regular Costco but that's a super viable product

(1:11:20) it's not super common you find products like this that are stable and sell so much in Canada but typically when you do they have an additional barrier entry to them like this one you have to go pick it up ra you probably have to go to a Costco Business Center specifically so there's going to be going to be a certain subset of people that can actually access this but that's a super viable product and then from here it's like okay I found a product that is potentially very good if I want to look for stuff that is

(1:11:52) potentially at other cost like that is also available only at Costco Business Center I'm going to start going through these storefronts I'm going to start pulling them up I'm going to start storefront stocking them I'm going to start looking for stuff that looks like it's like Costco exclusive sizing or like weird stuff you never seen at any other stores because Costco carries a all of that stuff and guarantee you I can put together a nice shopping list for Costco specifically just doing that I'll probably pick through like some

(1:12:15) like some of like the larger sellers in here that look like they may carry some stuff from Costco I'm going to storefront stock the [ __ ] out of their storefronts and guarantee I can put together a nice a nice shopping list for Costco for those guys cool so let's move this guy over here any other questions as we're going along here Evan are you able to see my screen now that guy doesn't look that interesting to me that looks like it doesn't really have anything going on this one I'm pretty sure this is another

(1:12:57) Costco item just from the size yes you can beautiful so I'll take a quick look at this guy so this is a product that you can probably find somewhere else but usually like in bigger quantities a lot of time they are Costco exclusive sizes my reasonable selling price for this product is probably going to be closer to like 70 bucks so we're looking for 70 so let's just see if one if this is a available anywhere else and when we find out it's not we're going to see how much it is at Costco so here's Costco online uh if you're looking at Costco

(1:13:33) online their prices are always more expensive than what it is in the actual Warehouse itself almost always it's very rare that they're not so let's see what else we can find here so I'm looking for organica I get very non-specific with Coco West and Coco East searches because their search sucks if you try to get very specific it's not going to to you're not going to get any results so I try to get very not specific so we see things are loading here uh we're looking for 1 kg collagen that's 2 kg 360 1 kg back in

(1:14:15) 2024 on sale it was $37.99 regular 50 bucks so at $37.99 it makes sense at $50 it doesn't uh but with this guy this would be one that I would add to my buy sheet and I would say watch for when it goes on sale and then you can come on to uh Coco West or coco East wherever you are sign into an account click the sale alert button and then the next time that this product goes on sale you'll get sent an email from them telling you that it's on sale doesn't get a whole lot easier than that and if you do that consistently

(1:14:52) with a lot of Costco products all of a sudden you can be getting those lists every single week and you can very easily make those shopping lists every single week very very easy um Costco sales Cycles are almost always the same so typically if something that goes on sale only in October it'll typically go on sale every October sometimes like they'll spit up months uh months and whatnot but typically the same stuff will go on sale in the same time period every single year it's very very common snow says easy yes 100% so yeah

(1:15:25) I'd pop that into a buy list add that alert to my Costco account and then when I get that email obiously double check to make sure it still makes sense and when it does cool and this product sells 100 to 200 units per month so depending on the amount of sellers right now we only have one when it goes on sale we'll probably have a good handful more that come come on here but you can probably easily sell 30 to 50 plus units of this right when it goes on sale and you can probably make anywhere from eight to 10 bucks a

(1:16:00) unit not too bad Evan says sounds perfect for beginner manual sourcing from Costco via Coco West Coco East yeah I'm kind of you'll probably hear me talk about Costco a lot because I'm still kind of partial with Costco because Costco helped me build my business quite a lot because it's easy to find a lot of viable products from Costco they certainly have their ups and downs just like any other product but you see most our products kind of really e and flow with the sales cycle for Costco and as soon as you can kind of get into that uh

(1:16:36) find that process of when the sales come and go it's pretty easy to consistently store products from Costco and you can buy extremely large quantities from Costco I've loaded up U-Haul trucks from Costco before with pallets so you can you can scale pretty good with something like Costco and you can almost treat it almost like wholesale except for the fact of you having to go pick it up so then yeah that is another one that I would look into if there are other sellers there wasn't any right now but historically that there was and then we

(1:17:14) could then go through and we can start finding a [ __ ] ton more of additional Costco products based off of that but yeah I think I'm coming to the end of seller watch here shortly so before we start continuing on to other methods anybody have any questions at all uh Mortal Kombat is we're looking for about 48 bucks 60 but yeah everybody that's in here obviously you have a lot of tools at your disposal from just like your personal tools the stuff we have in the server I know some of it may seem intimidating and daunting to try to

(1:18:02) learn I highly encourage that you try to learn the tools that are available to you especially if they're not going to cost you anything else because they can certainly help up your game increase your sourcing and make things more efficient for you the reason why I've talked about seller watch so much is because I know how viable it can be and like you you can see I'm sourcing through here relatively slow explaining things as we go uh answering questions as we go and we've already been able to find quite a few viable products usually I'd be

(1:18:36) through like hundreds and hundreds of these pings in this time and probably would have found even more because I wouldn't have been doing this at the same time so if you load up good sellers and a good amount of sellers that stock a lot of new products consistently you can get a lot of really good consistent leads coming from solat H this guy might be too cheap to be viable yeah Amazon's taking this sky over so any questions before we continue on at all for those that do utilize solar watch a little bit of a quality life life hack so that you

(1:19:24) know where you left off you'll notice that uh edelyn here mentioned that everything was done so she's kind of putting in here that this is where she ended so she knows where she wants to leave off or start next time she starts sourcing so like if you leave off here what I'd highly recommend is you just reply to that specific product and then just put in like some type of message here and this way you know where you left off so you can just find your last message click the attachment and you know that this is where you left off

(1:19:59) sourcing the last time makes it a little bit easier for you looks like we have Evan typing a question here so I'll wait a moment um I wanted to address some questions uh Bob are you here with us he sent me some questions prior to the session are you here maybe maybe not yeah Evan says he needs to do the same when review discounted leads in the appropriate Channel 100% you can for sure Bob's here but can't use the mic right now cool so I wanted to address some of the questions that he had before the session so he had asked about

(1:20:51) specifically for products that we should stay away from or products that we should not Source specifically products that like are generic branded UPC issues bundles things like that so I just wanted to briefly touch on that um let me pull up a couple examples here from one of my VA sheets just give me a second we've talked about a lot of this stuff quite extensively in the server but not everybody always catches everything that is discussed so I think it's good to have a brief disc discussion about it uh let me find a generic product here

(1:21:32) quickly here's a generic product just going to pull this guy up cool so we used to previously been able to sell products that were generic and so when the brand says generic right here uh we used to be able to sell them no problem list them no issue um and then it became where we were getting a consistent error it was like 5605 or something weird like that when we tried to list them and we could no longer list them unless we had prior history on that listing and we were just replenishing that skew uh we had found a workaround

(1:22:14) for it and we had a guide for it in the server however now I would highly encourage that you do not sell any generic branded products unless they are actually a generic product so like if it has a brand it's not a generic product if it has no brand it's generic um this goes hand inand with things like incorrectly listed products uh for bundles and multipacks so like say if we see a Chaz organic multi pack and it's listed under whatever Long Island distribution I would highly encourage that you don't sell those product

(1:22:54) products because Amazon has been doing quite a cleanup in the US and people have been getting suspended from listing incorrectly listed products like that specifically with bundles and multi packs and it's just a matter of time before it comes to Canada so I haven't heard of too many people having issues with generic products but they're just basically almost impossible to get on the listing now but it won't surprise me if we do have issues in the very near future because listed like this is against to if it is actually a brand it's supposed

(1:23:28) to be listed under a brand properly and then with bundle products again if it's listed under a product under a different brand name than what it actually is I would also highly recommend staying away from those because a lot of people in the US even very very very very big sellers have been getting suspended out of nowhere for listing products like that those are products I highly encourage that you stay away from I know Bob you had asked about like um UPC issues on products I don't specifically have many issues if the UPC

(1:24:03) is not a match that's actually pretty common but if it's not a direct match you just want to ensure that you just do a little bit more due diligence to ensure that the product is actually an actual match for the product so if you have any other questions that you want to answer as well please pop them in the chat if you can't use the mic at all I hope those answers answers the questions that you did have Beauty cool any other questions before we start looking at some other methods here we've probably found I don't know

(1:24:49) probably 10 to a dozen potentially viable products so far along with all the Q&A that we've had so it's been pretty solid so far some very high volume products so snow asks regarding the BL list extension do I need to keep activating it each time I open a new window uh like are you talking about the U Blacklist extension so no you should be able to set it up once um and then put whatever sources you want in there for your Blacklist or subscribe to ours and then as long as the extension is enabled you shouldn't

(1:25:40) have to do anything with it you shouldn't have to reactivate it at all have you had to do anything about like reactivating it or anything like that [Music] so do you want to mention kind of like what's been happening he just typing out a question here so Sor everybody if it's just silent for a second error messages for Simplicity um you would probably it could be on your end um I would ask that when you get an error message send it my way and if I know what it is and I can help you fix it then I can see if I can

(1:26:45) if not then we might have to talk to support but yeah I've never had any issues with you blacklist ever like if we just uh go and I'll show you if we just search up this guy for example uh do we have any block sources here not on this guy let's look up this guy so yeah it says you block you Blacklist has blocked three sites and I've never reactivated anything ever I can click show and I can show the blacklisted sites but that's about it cool any other questions before we continue on at all beautiful so I did mention that I

(1:27:39) kind of wanted to go down some rabbit holes so we can go down these rabbit holes if we want if people want to look at other sourcing methods you can certainly feel free to ask about looking through other methods we're completely cool with that but we found a couple potentially viable products and so when I find products that are potentially viable I typically like to go down those rabbit holes of reverse searching the brands and then also looking at other sellers on those listings to see what else I can find

(1:28:09) from those sellers uh and then if we find specific products that say um have a sale on certain retailer websites quite often then sourcing that retailer website as well whether manually doing web scraping stuff like that that might be a little bit more advanced than what some people here are doing but that's okay um so like like with this one this was a product that looked very very viable especially when it's on sale so I want to see what other sellers have here what they might also have available um for other products right

(1:28:44) because chances are I can probably find other sellers on this listing that are probably also selling other Costco products as well so if I want to focus Costco I can start looking through their store fronts and probably finding some of their Costco products so I would open up one of their storefronts we would take a look and then we start doing some storefront stocking I can almost tell you immediately that this guy will have products from Costco and products from Wholesale Club I recognize some of these products right

(1:29:17) away and so this is really good for those people that are wanting to do that type of RA if you don't obviously you don't want to go down these rabbit holes for these specific types of products I'm obviously not going to look at products that have a negative Max cost for something like this it might be a suppressed sales rank so I might take a look at it we'll see we already looked at this guy bad pricing so we're just trying to basically filter through the junk as quickly as we can this might be something we might be able to find on

(1:29:47) sale kind of season and sale I recall Walmart having those on sale like a long time ago when I first started with with Amazon for something super dirt cheap and I'll take a look at some guys see this is a a prime example right here of a product that you may want to be cautious with listing this is a product that is sugar twin however we have it under Precision Foods so if you're actually going to be serious about selling this product I would double check to see if Precision Foods owns sugar twin and if they don't I

(1:30:23) might be a little bit more cautious with listing this product I don't know if Amazon's going to have a Crackdown with individual listings uh like non multi Packer bundles uh I've only seen it happen with multi packs and bundles so far however it's always possible that they may so I would want to look that up first and just be a little cautious with it but let's say per chance that it is okay so okay let's see if we can find sugar twin th count I'm just going to look up sugar twin packets Canada because we might buy them in

(1:31:02) bundles higher than a thousand count uh and this might be something that we find from Costco as well which we do so he find flip says wouldn't it get merged the correct listing with the brand name usually with individual listings that what that is what ha has happened previously however with Amazon actually enforcing TOS we don't really know what's going to happen uh if somebody can see this on their business center we might be able to get a price here but this might be viable because it looks like they sell in three packs of a thousand can I see

(1:31:43) the pricing if I just go like this I don't know if I can I don't have a business center next to me so sometimes it's a pain in the ass to find the actual price I'm not sure I can find it here that's okay but yes if you can put in a postal code for business center and find this guy we might actually have it this would be one that probably is not going to actually be at Cost goes like regular cost goes because this is more of like a business business Centric product Oh Cal has it here thank you so 3589 for three packs of a th000

(1:32:31) so it's obviously probably even going to be cheaper in store uh but if we go 3589 divided by three this guy at this price wouldn't be viable however if we can find it cheaper in store which I almost guarantee that you can it's probably closer to like 30 bucks for three uh in that case it could definitely be viable it's probably closer to like about $10 per thousand pack uh Inca ask you a question there Vin about postal code if you want to help a brother out but yeah this is one that is potentially viable if it is cheaper in

(1:33:11) store obviously and then like again with this guy here it is an incorrect brand it is obviously has some potential with it but I again just proceed with caution a little bit right uh Inca you might just have to add in a poster code for a city that has a business center in it so like uh Edmonton I've previously looked up Canadian Tire post codes for like Edmonton for Montreal Etc and then you might be able to get one to pop up I just looked up post codes for like Canadian tires so yeah again this guy here is under the incorrect brand name so you

(1:33:51) might just want to proceed with a little bit of caution here however assuming that you're okay with that it might be something worth exploring um again we haven't seen issues with individual products yet uh but we don't know if and when that's going to to come or if and when that's going to happen so this one I almost guarantee you is a Costco actual product so let's take a look here and we're going to be looking for probably shaker and so we see KD Shaker here 500 grams they have one for $9.99 so at a price of $9.99 that guy

(1:34:32) makes sense today um it looks like we're probably going to reasonbly expect at the low end to sell for about 25 bucks so it's not horrible it is selling for higher right now so we can make some higher profits right now but we could have an expectation that it may dip a little bit however if this was a product that went on sale especially this could even be more viable but again you just have to be cautious about being listed under that incorrect brand name there we have had a couple people pop in here just recently just wanted to

(1:35:05) mention everybody that we're just kind of doing a casual OAS sourcing session I'm just doing sourcing from multiple different OA methods um and as we go along I'm answering any q&as that we have I started off with looking through Sellar watch and now we're kind of going down some rabbit holes doing some storefront stalking uh we can kind of take it into any that anybody wants and if anybody has any questions along the way certainly feel free to ask right now we identified some good products from potentially CCO so we found a seller

(1:35:34) that looks like they carry a lot of Costco products and we're kind of sourcing through their storefront right now so this guy um obviously Amazon was selling it for a lot cheaper around the holidays so I want to see if it's actually selling at the increased price today before I even spend time trying to Source it and and it looks like it may be uh this Rue M was selling it for $39 and it looks like they may actually be selling some units potentially uh that might be FC transfers but it looks like they might it might be something that's worth

(1:36:11) exploring so I would Suspect with something like this it is possible that Amazon goes out of stock and stays out of stock because this is more of a holiday item however we saw last year that they were in stock relatively consistently so if this was a product that you were sourcing I would just be extra careful and not source that many units because it is very possible that Amazon comes back in stock and dominates the price down here so it really depends on how much we can get it for so let's see what if we can find

(1:36:44) these guys on sale anywhere and we're looking for 650 gram so we're looking 16 bucks 21 bucks this would probably be something that you can find in store in Walmart for cheaper uh Food Basics if we can get it for that cheap that' be excellent open so if you have a Food Basics and these guys are not expired that's a super good price so as long as they have good expiry dates that's a very good price and we might not we might not even have to have that much concern if Amazon drops their price down that much if Amazon comes back and stock like 23

(1:37:24) bucks we're still looking okay so if you have a Food Basics I would encourage you to check these guys out and obviously make sure your expired dates are looking good I don't but this could certainly be another viable product and if you want to kind of be an [ __ ] you could also probably drop the price down to 23 bucks and probably sell even more units than it's selling for today so that has a potentially viable product let's just leave that guy open as a just in case uh this guy I want to make sure that it looks like it's actually going

(1:38:07) to sell before I spend any time with it I don't really see any evidence of sales happening let me just double check the recent reviews I don't see nothing here so is it possible that some units are selling maybe I don't see any evidence that it's actually selling in anything that's interesting to me so I'm going to personally bypass it some people are interested in listings like this where there's going to be like less sellers on it maybe you're going to try and bring the listing back I understand the appeal for that I personally would

(1:38:37) rather just find products that are already have proven history that I can become a part of I don't really want to spend my time trying to update the photos make a better listing trying to run PPC all that kind of stuff I would rather just put my money in something that I know is already selling but I understand the business model people wanting to try to revive listings or make them better because you can profit for typically a pretty okay amount of time but that's not my personal business model so let's see what else these guys

(1:39:07) have uh that doesn't look too interesting that is cheap this is potentially a suppressed sales rank let's take a look at that guy that is potentially a suppressed sales rank vinegar is heavy but we'll take a look it's probably cheap right away this is a generic product so because it's generic I'm not going to bother with it not going to waste my time this is curs looks like it sells 100 plus per month it fluctuates between 100 to 300 so that's a good sign it sells some volume but it does look like we have to get it for pretty cheap so

(1:39:42) let's see what we can find here again I'm going to try to remove a lot of the additional junk text in my search so I don't really care about eight flavors cuz some places may not display that going to see if I can find Canada and we're looking for 130 pack we're looking for a Max cost of about 560 and that's a reasonable selling price so I would almost I would almost bet that this would be a product that is probably available at somewhere like Wholesale Club uh let's just look to see if we can find it at Wholesale

(1:40:18) Club this is a a product that's identical stuff that you'll find at Hol club uh Wholesales club's website is a pain in the ass to search sometimes their brand is not actually the listed brand on a product so sometimes they can be a pain and sometimes their products are not on their website so if you do have a Wholesale Club next to you or close to you and you do want to do some sourcing there I would put things like this on your potential buy list and see if you can find it at wholesale club or ask the uh the sales manager especially if they

(1:40:56) can bring things like this in because a lot of times if you're buying a decent volume sales Managers from wholesale clubs they will certainly work with you uh because we see that other places it's more expensive and I even find Wholesale Club a lot the time they have better pricing than places like Cisco and Gordon Food Service they I've I used to deal with Wholesale Club a lot I bought a lot directly through the sales manager and almost always probably like 90 plus% of the time I could get stuff cheaper through Wholesale Club which is a public

(1:41:27) company anybody can go into than buying from somewhere like Cisco or our Gordon Food Service which is a distributor which is kind of ridiculous so that is potential if we can find it somewhere like that this is another example of something that's probably a Costco item uh it does look like it may be selling some units we have to get this relatively cheap but let's just see what we can find here usually I would have if I'm sech if I'm sourcing Costco specifically I would just leave this open on a secondary monitor I wouldn't

(1:42:02) keep opening and closing it it make it easier but we're working with one monitor here today so we're looking for Turtle That's 800 gram this is 350 so maybe it's not a Costco size let's take a look then Turtles 350 Canada we're looking for a Max cost of around eight n bucks so let's see if Canadian Tire any their locations have it on clearance uh London Drugs potentially they might be a little bit too expensive there's a higher likelihood that some of their locations might have a clearance on these guys there are

(1:42:50) seasonal items but looks like they may not uh Lon drugs we can buy for $9.99 that is slightly too expensive so unless you can find this on sale somewhere else like maybe a few Basics it may not be viable I just want to see quickly if anywhere else maybe have it yes I don't see anything but this might be something that you can find like say like a Food Basics as well for a really good price so yeah any questions as we're kind of going through here then is this the same guy that we already looked at this is PJ it is cool

(1:43:37) that's too cheap already looked at that guy that one has too low of a Max cost we might well let's take a look it might be cheap take a look at that guy and that guy has a negative Max cost this one it looks like Amazon too often sells it around four bucks so I'm probably not not even going to look at that guy uh it might be stable in the last three months so it might be worth taking a look at but maybe maybe not I'm not going to be too interested in that guy right now this one if we can find it cheap it might be viable

(1:44:25) so looks like Walmart has it for three bucks so yeah unless we can find this somewhere that is considerably cheaper probably not going to be that profitable for us so I'm going continue on from that guy but yeah just looking through this storefront we can probably find a good chunk of stuff probably from Costco and probably from H sale club like these guys are probably Costco items right there so baby Capone says I noticed a lot of products with negative Max cost why would anyone sell on it so there's going to be a couple

(1:45:00) different things that are happening here so here this item here it's determining our Max buy cost based on the current buy box so Amazon has a current buy box of$ 7.97 so that's not saying that the current seller is selling it for that price uh I don't even know remember what seller we're looking through but their price is higher so their price is $ 13.

(1:45:25) 99 So at their price it may not be a negative a negative net profit um but this is also based on my current settings that I have in sell ramp on my back end so some sellers may not factor in say Shi to FBA uh expenses they may not uh factor in prep expenses um maybe to the detriment of themselves uh but they may have also bought this product with the intention of selling it for a higher price and then Amazon came on the listing dominated it and they were never able to sell it for that higher price and they may have just been holding on to their

(1:45:58) inventory not selling it with the hope that maybe eventually Amazon will go to stock again and they'll be able to move their units here in my opinion that's a waste of time I'd rather just liquidate it but that's probably what happened okay so this guy looks like we haven't let's see what actual FBA sellers are selling so actual FBA sellers may be selling a decent chunk of units when Amazon is out of stock potentially so let's see if we can find this guy anywhere we're expecting to sell it for maybe 27 bucks our Max cost is looking

(1:46:40) at 762 for a 24 back so we're going to look for chicken flavor 24 Canada oh and we see Costco there so we can grab this item number we can throw this into Coco West or coco East wherever you are see what our buy cost is and then go from there and the item number doesn't work so let's just look for noodles okay so this might even be more interesting so that's a variety pack chicken and beef so we might be actually looking for two different asens do they have just chicken by themselves let's look at cocoa East noodle this might actually be an

(1:47:40) interesting product to look at because we might try to look at splitting it into two separate different as this might be something that only select warehouses have just the chicken packs potentially which is kind of strange but it could potentially be see if they have that item number here they do not so um this could be at your warehouse this could be something that is less accessible to more people but I'm going to look at it from this perspective here I think that's the same pack size 85 G this is 85 G cool so and

(1:48:28) this is actually on sale right now excellent so in this case uh I'm going to make a determination on whether or not it's worth it to just grab just the chicken flavor out of here and then keep the beef for myself so locally whatever or I'm going to see if I can also find a beef one that way we can split this off into multiple different acents so first I want to determine what my buy cost is per unit so I'm going to go 1099 / 48 so we're looking at a buy cost of 22.

(1:49:06) 8 n per unit Times by 24 so our cost for a 24 pack is about 550 so assuming that we have a home for the beef this chicken pack is potentially viable uh it may may not be viable if we have to just basically quote unquote get rid of those additional 18 that are the beef variety but let's see if we can find a Mr Noodles beef Mr Noodles beef so here's a 24 pack for Mr Noodles beef may not be as viable there's another potential listing for chicken so let's see here so does this one actually sell at $24 let's see our buy cost for this is a 24 pack

(1:50:12) 550 so this one's not quite as profitable this one does look like it still sells it probably sells around close to 50 50 units per month around that $25 price point so this one it might be interesting because we might want to split up that multi pack that variety pack into into two different asens and we might not even be that excited about this as because maybe it's not super profitable however this one is a little bit more profitable this one's a little bit more has more potential if it stays at a higher price so that might be something

(1:50:44) that we consider splitting up into multiple different packages these are both listed correctly Mr Noodle Mr Noodle so that might be something that might be worth looking into there uh if we can find a 24 pack at say like Wholesale Club for a similar price where we don't need to split it up even better because it' have less work attached to it but that is something that has some potential there um we also have this other pack under the wrong brand name however this one looks like it may also sell we're not looking at Major profits

(1:51:20) here but some of these sell 50 plus per month so this one may be another chicken one that you can go on oh this is spicy chicken never mind this is a little bit different so we might even be able to find spicy chicken as well but in this case this one looks like it has some viability behind it so that might be something that might be interesting for you to put into a buy sheet and then we can take a look to see if we can find spicy chicken uh uh that's 47 cents per 47 time 24 that's 1128 that's not viable but if Costco has spicy chicken it could

(1:52:01) be [Music] viable but yeah I like looking for opportunities like this where we either multi pack or bundle items together or split them apart because those items have generally speaking even more stability and less competition because people are just less likely to find these scanning software it's harder for them to find with something like ta um and a lot of people are just not willing to put into the work to either bundle or multipack things together or separate things apart so a lot of these items tend to be more stable for

(1:52:40) longer but they do have the additional obviously work and labor attached to it so if you're doing this yourself you want to make sure that your profits align with the amount of units that you can do per hour or that you're paying somebody else to do cool this one looks like it sells substantially less uh I'm not even sure this guy will be worth it we'll take a look when I see sales like that where it's just like a random dip I'm more I'm usually inclined to ignore those sales because usually that will be items being

(1:53:18) removed or sent to an an FC transfer unless like I mentioned earlier that it's a much higher demand product usually with stuff like that it's hard to determine sales based off of that uh it is possible that this one sells 10 12 units per month it is kind of early in the cycle of this product getting started I'm not that interested in it but this may be some something worth looking into because it might have some okay profits attached to it but for the amount of sellers on here versus how many sells in my opinion is not that

(1:53:53) worth it so yeah any questions about anything that we've discussed so far any methods that anybody wants me to um specifically do or discuss anything anything like that take a look at this guy Max cost $4 if you want to pop in the chat or hop on the mic certainly feel free so this guy says 10 oun but ounces are not always how we measure things so this is 300 Ms so I'm going to look up 300 Ms here and we can see that we see results here that we didn't see previously just from changing that search and so our Max cost

(1:54:42) here I'm probably reasonably going to expect to sell us for like around 15 bucks so we probably want to Source this for around $3 or less so these guys they're not looking too too viable this could potentially be a product that you find at somewhere like uh Wholesale Club as well this might be a different brand name it looks like it is they're G to take a look to see if I can find this guy so this would also be 300 bills you should look at a case pack for beverages very good idea uh are these regular beverages like

(1:55:30) are these ones that people actually drink or are these like things that people use in cooking is this like grenadine let's take a look I would say both people drink grenadine weird what well I think they added it with water oh I guess fair enough uh see if we can find a case uh maybe sixpack maybe 12pack see if I can just find anywhere that has a case that looks like it's just a bigger bottle let's look for case Canada goed on shamas fair enough uh Midwest groceries maybe I don't know if this is a place in Canada how much would this be per this

(1:56:26) is a 110 divid 24 that'd be 458 per I don't think that' still be in our guidelines uh we can get it as cheap as 99 for 24 so that's 412 still not in our guidelines there o bulk Mark maybe that's a different brand I think though but yeah if we could find this in a case that might be viable Anthony says you can also search the UPC on Google as well good idea if I can find the UPC of the case pack uh let's see here can we find the UPC code that's basically a duplicate but

(1:57:42) there's our UPC not finding anything here so this might be something that again is or potentially through potentially through somewhere like Costco Business Center potentially through somewhere like Wholesale Club or through wholesale suppliers like um Cisco and GFS would probably have stuff like this as well this was our orange Bloss orange blossom water so let's look for 24 C Canada let's reopen this guy I suppose we got close to our cost for that guy but I would certainly want it cheaper this oneart Max cost is about

(1:58:39) 340 we might be able to get close with Walmart see if we can find the UPC on the case here don't see the UPC on this guy I'm not sure if this is a Canadian site Commerce Foods let's take a quick peek these guys are in Orlando so that won't make sense for us that's a UPC for an individual bottle I believe I don't think that's for the case it's not so yeah these guys are probably more so a wholesale store Centric place that

(1:59:43) you could Source some but there is some potential viability there if you can get them cheap enough I'm not going to spend any more time on those guys though uh is that the beef one that we looked at previously I think it might be if we had that in our B sheet we could obviously tell but yeah this will probably be the last couple P last couple products I looked through for this seller so if there's any methods or anything that anybody wants me to cover or any questions please let me know and then we can look through those as

(2:00:27) well uh this one sells a couple per month is probably not profitable enough to make it that interesting for me so I'm kind of judging a product like this where my profits are already going to be relatively low if I can Source this for like say two bucks which may may or may not be possible I'm only looking at like a net profit of three $3 per unit this one doesn't sell that many units so I'd be like seller number three so maybe I can reasonably expect to sell like maybe maybe six units per month so for me that wouldn't be interesting

(2:00:59) enough for me to even look into it so I'm just kind of doing some Mental Math when I'm figuring out things like that so because of that I probably won't even go deeper than this product because it wouldn't make sense for me personally however if you're okay with taking um some less profits overall per month that's completely fine this guy is generic we'll skip that guy the spicy one we already tried looking up that guy and this one has a very inflated recent selling price so we'd be vetting this guy closer to

(2:01:33) $20 so if we can Source this guy for about 650 or less this one has potential here so we're looking for brown gravy 1kg Costco Business Center cool so in the business center maybe at Costco itself there it's 909 let's see if we can find it in regular store I don't know why that one's showing in stock for me when nothing else is Rose Hill okay it looks like regular Costco have it for $9 I think that's outside of our range so we might need to wait till it goes on sale or in the Costco Business Center almost guaranteed it's

(2:02:28) going to be cheaper than this and you might be even able to buy it in bigger quantities so you might be able to get close with that guy or we might need to monitor it and wait till it goes on sale and in that case it could make sense but right now certainly not a couple years ago it did is it at anywhere else for cheaper just to double check if you have an A1 Cash and Carry potentially sometimes I'm iffy buying from places like that but if they give you proper receipts it might be okay 3829 divided by 6 so this guy's

(2:03:09) 638 that guy is within our guidelines so that guy has some potential does sell 100 plus units per month it looks like quite consistently so if you have an A1 Cash carry oh no never mind that's a different size never mind disregard that my bad had potential so yeah I would see if I could find this at the Costco business center and hire quantities for potentially less but so anybody have any questions about anything we've discussed at all any other methods anybody wants me to cover anything like that please let me know

(2:03:52) if we don't we might be having a wrap up here shortly anybody I'm gonna take a second and have a drink I've been talking too much Belle it looks like you unmuted your mic what's up couple people are typing hey Jordan can you hear me yeah I can hear you oh uh as I asked you earlier when ni you could make a little um dedicated a little part of your video to showing about this SP as well yeah for sure right right before we wrap up today I'll I'll cover some of that for sure thanks for the reminder all right yeah man thank you

(2:04:52) so baby Capone says do you ever Source from overseas basically never um I don't do private label for one and then for two like there are some places that you can find for overseas OA um I don't personally I'm not even sure if I ever have let me think about it I don't believe I ever have um not saying that you can't just be careful with some of the products that you are sourcing for overseas because you're almost always going to be assess duties depending on how much you're buying so you kind of need to factor that into your pricing and then

(2:05:30) if you're buying stuff like say like Korean or Asian beauty stuff some of those yeah like Anthony just says don't Source Cosmetics from overseas a lot of those will have some issues behind them you have to be very careful uh L professor says will you show some kpf ways for sourcing we certainly can and then 613 says says how often do you use tactical Arbitrage almost never so I still have tactical Arbitrage the only reason why I do is because I have access to an account that doesn't cost us anything somebody a

(2:06:03) friend of mine gave us access to an account that they want to competition in years ago where they have free lifetime access uh she doesn't use it so I use it that's the only reason why I do if I didn't have that I would not use it I [ __ ] hate three calls uh but I don't use it myself uh only really one of my VA only one of the vas use it and she's almost exclusively using the quick search function in my opinion like ta is just kind of dog [ __ ] these days oh professor says can we do Amazon non USA countries to ca example Amazon

(2:06:48) Japan to ca yes but you just have to still be aware of regulations for certain products like bilingual packaging uh registration compliance documents stuff like that so consumables um Cosmetics you're probably going to run into a lot of issues if you do things like that for some toys and maybe some like household goods and stuff you might be able to get away with it for a period but once Amazon starts enforcing bilingual packaging on those items then it'll become harder unless you attempt to do the labels yourself which obviously we found out I

(2:07:25) believe it was Anthony you want to ensure you do those labels before you attempt to appeal anything with issues regarding those labels I don't think we still determine it whether not those that's within to before but I've never had issues with it so it's just interesting your your appeal still in review that's brutal I guess they think you're trying to manipulate the system uh manipulating making fake invoices could be viable for anime listings with Japanese on the listing name 100% especially things for like say

(2:08:04) like one piece um that like Arcane show I'm not sure if that's Japanese but if it is for sure but yeah just stay away from higher risk items if you're doing things from other countries um unless you're prepared to deal with the potential potential issues that may come with them if you understand the potential issues and risks and you're willing to deal with it then by all means just you have to understand what you're getting into that's all if we buy from Amazon will Amazon provide compliance documents if asked

(2:08:48) Amazon in case Amazon asked seller to provide any documents no they will not compliance documents need to come from the brand directly and unless you have a relationship with that brand unless they publicly disclose them like places like Lego um or you have a wholesaler that has ask access to those documents they're almost impossible to get and I've had people ask me before it's like oh should I go do this ISO testing myself no that's going to be a waste of time and money they're already going to have those documents I don't even know

(2:09:18) like if you can legally get compliance documents for another brand but I would certainly not waste your time or money trying to get documents for a brand you you do not own um for any listings that you cannot access due to compliance documents I would highly recommend you put those into a separate sheet somewhere and just keep tabs on them and check them every now and again because often times um Amazon will get access to the the documents um however they do they'll get uploaded through vendor Central whatever

(2:09:50) it may be and all sudden randomly you can actually sell those products again so keep a list keep tabs on them check them every couple months yeah he flying flip says also make sure you look into returns I imagine listing is getting shut down good luck returning overseas 100% And then Anthony says quick tip for sourcing Cosmetics overseas look at the brand is on Sephora before that's that's a good validation for compliance definitely we can still probably run into issues with things like that cuz a lot of the stuff if they have separate

(2:10:30) packaging for say uh non-canadian markets and Canadian markets a lot of those still might not be you know npn register if they're supposed to or not have bilingual packaging if you're buying from overseas so you could still potentially run into those issues but yeah if it's been on support before that's definitely a higher likelihood you'll have less issues but there's lots of brands that release products that have country specific packaging and they might even have separate upcs attached to them as well just waiting for some people to

(2:11:12) finish typing out some questions here but yeah because everybody's here and somebody asked I I would encourage you not to use tactical Arbitrage if you use it and you find luck with it cool but in my opinion it's a waste of money so don't waste your money with them [ __ ] hate that company um murza says in those I ISO requirement documents I see there are sellers currently selling is it possible that they actually bought the dock or or they have direct relationship and can get any documents so it depends like it

(2:11:55) depends on I know Amazon now for a lot of listings they'll ask you for those documentations before you list a product so I'm not 100% certain if them if they're going to ask you for that documentation even if they have it in the backend I don't know that for sure yet I would assume that they wouldn't but it's possible and if that's the case then those people are going to be more or less grandfathered into that listing uh but us usually what happens is everybody gets hit with Compliance Document requests at the same time

(2:12:26) they're looking for somebody to upload them then they'll give those people x amount of time to sell out of their units before that listing becomes stranded and if it's not uploaded in that time then everybody gets booted off that listing has anybody confirmed if when listing and Amazon's asking for compliance documents if that's the case like if they're asking it for everything or like if that item has had documents previously uploaded if if it's excluded when you're listing a new a new msq I'm not sure if that's the case or

(2:12:58) not I actually don't sell that many toys I had to um like it got triggered for me when I created the listing like right on the ACT the actual listing page itself yeah yeah I know they've been doing that which is good I just don't know like if they already have the document sitting in the back end if they're still requesting you to upload it regard regardless yeah I have a feeling it's for each individual like they all have to um submit one not just like One for All sellers interesting CU as soon as I submitted it

(2:13:38) and I created a listing after a little bit then it just popped up that I had to add the compliance documents I want to look into that because I actually just thought about that Amazon compliance document all sellers it's realistically like before it was considered per listing it wasn't considered per seller and it should still be like that but yeah if they're doing it per seller then that might shut down a lot of toys for kids under 12 for a lot of people yeah that was like my first Cod about it and then I just said you know

(2:14:22) what forget it and then I just returned it I wouldn't think it would be like that but I mean we never know with Amazon that's one thing I've never confirmed yet though since the change so that's something that's good to look into um if anybody ever has that issue with Lego that's like one of the only places you can get documents from without issue they have them all directly on their website you can find it directly on Lego's website you can get them upload them and it should almost always work without fail any

(2:14:49) other any other place I haven't found them to be easy to get all the brands have them they have to in order to legally sell products uh or toys for children made for children under 12 in Canada but they don't make them easily accessible to you uh murer uh murza asked uh he finds flips if you make new listings for every as or do do both such as jumping in existing listings as well yeahum jumping on existing listings one thing that you can do though um to limit I guess your risk for products especially for toys is before

(2:15:34) you actually buy them you can add them to your inventory and it should be triggered almost immediately uh whether or not they require those compliance documents and that way you know if it's worth it to purchase or not they do the same thing with the generic ones as well now like there's an error that pops up yeah that's been that's been like that for a while and like with the guide that we have we used to be able to bypass that but it has it hasn't worked for like half a year or a year now and I wouldn't want to do it

(2:16:14) anyway we used to be take pictures of the products in hand and bypass that generic listing error uh and that was viable for for a while but I would not want to do that today too many potential issues behind it so Nick said I bought a bunch of toys that triggered the docks I didn't notice it until after though as I received an email a week later it would show in my account help almost instantly usually it does like say if you add it to your inventory um well there's two separate things so like Amazon's been changing their system

(2:16:50) so previously you could add it to your inventory and then usually within 24 hours if that has already been triggered on that listing you would get that notification within 24 hours now on a lot of listings when you're actually adding the product in Seller Central It'll ask for the compliance documents at the time of listing um if it's not triggering until a week later I'm assuming that it wasn't previously triggered and it just got triggered at that time because it should have been triggered before that and usually we get a lot more Compliance

(2:17:26) Document requests uh in and coming up to Q4 um as we're coming back into q1 um we'll probably see it less but Amazon's also updating their systems so that they're asking for them upfront so I mean I guess in that case it's more beneficial because then you should know right away assuming that's the case if you need them or not so it may have been under my account Health under compliance but I didn't check I only noticed when I received an email saying that those items are risk of removal yeah like usually you would get

(2:18:03) the email and the notification right away if it's already been triggered on that product yeah and previously and again Amazon's been changing things recently like they used to give us like 30 plus days to sell the items after it was triggered sometimes like 60 so it wasn't even a big deal you could you can get them into Amazon you could sell them and then you could just not restock them but if they're only giving you a couple days and completely shutting you down then that's not possible I think they actually caught on

(2:18:42) to that that people would just like s through it and then like for me when I when when it popped up it was like it was like a week yeah it doesn't surprise me like I mean realistically if something is supposed to be legal that's how it should be like they should technically block you immediately but it would just be nice to have some leeway so we can actually [ __ ] get rid of the inventory that we bought because most of these products are triggering these requests they're not illegal they're being bought within

(2:19:17) Canada they're probably registered within Canada but they need to make make sure that they're covering their ass and it's so surprising to see Amazon do things like this I mean it's not surprising but it's just interesting because before we used to be able to buy Super illegal products on Amazon without issue so things that could uh break into vehicles and illegal items that you put around your knuckles and all kinds of things those used to be readily available on Amazon 2day shipping yeah shipped and sold by

(2:19:56) or no it wasn't sold by Amazon but FBA 100% now you can't even sell uh folding knives on Amazon Canada which I thought was ridiculous FBA anyway stupid yeah it's like yeah those those are not legal uh where Amazon only cracking down on labels not being bilingual and health and beauty products due to health Canada or is it every category uh right now it seems like mostly consumables so it was hitting Health and Beauty the hardest I've seen uh quite a few issues with grocery on my personal products um so mostly consumables right now uh I'm

(2:20:31) still not 100% certain on what the actual laws are across all products as far as I know most products need some type of bilingual packaging but maybe not the entire label um does anybody else know the actual laws when it comes to non-consumable products for bilingual in Canada Anthony you're typically on top of that are you aware of anything like that about the actual laws yeah because Bob says I'm buying a2a products that are not even by leg I believe there might be some exemptions for some products um yeah there are some exemptions uh from what I

(2:21:14) recall like I remember reading it it has to be like obvious names I remember like for Cosmetics or something it was like it has to be like uh like you know I don't know how to explain it but like those like one word name that's like obvious in English uh those don't need it don't need the bilingual but there's a full sheet maybe if I can find it it's from uh actually from Canadian government website Anthony aren't you from cubec your people are the the the ones causing the issue damn quebeckers Bob too causing all these

(2:22:11) issues Nick says I remember reading video games need to have only certain things in French and also need to have a French dialogue option in the game yeah cubec is basically its own country at this point 100% yeah um if you can find that sheet about um the individual requirements and if you want to share that with the group that'd be very helpful yeah I'm pretty sure I'm pretty sure Bell's from Quebec as well we're getting too many of you guys in here causing issues for everybody else oh yeah been as well jeez too many of you

(2:22:47) guys no French language in this no French language in the chat cubec is a bane of my existence I hate Revenue Quebec they're such a pain in the ass every year for me I should have never registered with them if you're outside of Quebec I highly recommend you never register Revenue back my God I swear one day I'm going to end up taking those [ __ ] to court they're such a pain in the ass Belle says at least we have poutine I don't like poutine M too much cheese way too much cheese I'm out lactose but geez it's too

(2:23:34) much cheese in one in one go do you call it poutine or poutin yeah like a single piece of cheese on something is more than enough that's all that we need we don't need curds and curds and massive amounts in one go it's it's too much so murza you wanted to touch on keep a product finder was there anything in specific you wanted to look at for sourcing V keep a product finder if you're still here let me know like were you just trying to look for like General leads were you trying to look for like a2a opportunities what

(2:24:37) kind of things do you have in mind that you were trying to look for so mza says nothing specific just general leads and Ron flips says the new flip ability feature we can certainly look at both let's take a look so I'll close out these guys I don't think we need these guys open anymore keep cool so with keep a product finder I am more inclined to use it myself for a2a opportunities um also for temporary discounts just for like General like good deals and whatnot and then also doing some like brand specific sourcing it can speed that up as well if

(2:25:40) you use it efficiently so like if we found a a brand like say stash t or something we can run the brand into here apply some general filters and we can typically find things a lot more efficiently that way even when doing things like OA uh brao says do you already go go through this but how do you know that the seller you're looking at would be good to search through we'll cover that after this um so I use keepo product finder for some of like very specific Niche circumstances um but like say we want to look at something for like a2a

(2:26:17) opportunities because I think a lot of people don't don't see how much potential there is for a2a flips in general and when we're looking through stuff on Amazon um quite often almost always when we see Amazon discounted a product like say they discount a product like a video game from like 60 bucks down to like 30 bucks almost always they price matching another store so even if we have the limitations on Amazon of only like buying like three or five units we can quite often find it somewhere else like on Walmart Best Buy places like that and

(2:26:52) buy even more and a lot of them they are super super viable yes they're not that repeatable like they're not quote unquote replans but a lot of them are extremely profitable and they're very good opportunity buys and you can typically find them relatively quickly so when we're using keep product finder for like a toway flips for example um we have to kind of Niche it down by category and look through individual categories so it's good to set these guys up and then save your filters uh which I'll discuss in a

(2:27:26) second here uh so that you can easily come back into these filters like every single day or every couple days so for me like say if we're looking through something like let's try video games for example I want to look at my average sales rank criteria just as an initial filter to cut out a lot of the [ __ ] a lot of the junk that may be in the video game category so let's look at like say our 90-day average I'm going to go a little high but say like 30,000 so we're probably still going to get some junk in those results but we're

(2:27:59) going to filter a lot of it out um I want to see that Amazon has had themselves say I want to focus Amazon not just FBA sellers Amazon has had a price drop of say anywhere from like 30 plus percent um usually you're not going to find too too much viability on the 30 percent end but as you get into like 30 uh 35 40% is where we find a lot more viability however for some small and light items we might so let's look at their 30-day drop percent from about 30% so that just means that on average their price that they're selling right now has

(2:28:38) dropped at least 30% over their average 30-day price price history okay so we're looking at Amazon themselves obviously if you want to look at uh FB Sellers as well you could do a separate search specifically for FBA sellers uh I want to look in the category of say video games I want to see sometimes we would use the new FBA feature or total uh total offer count feature in this case because we're sourcing Amazon and we're sourcing specifically video games we're probably not going to really have any private label products come through so I don't

(2:29:20) really see the need to use that uh if we were searching for products from FBA sellers I would probably want to have my new offer count on average or current from probably two plus or so I want the current buy box seller to be Amazon and that might be about it we can do a bot in the past month uh filter to only look for products that have had really good sales volume but I like to keep keep my my filters relatively loose just so I can see the results and make my own distinctions if they're worth it or not this way like

(2:29:59) we're going to have some junk come through but we might find some gems that we might otherwise filter out and we can see here we don't have that many products we have 26 but let's see if there's anything that's viable in here and so now when we click find what I mentioned previously about saving your filters you can copy this URL right here and now this URL will actually save these filters for you so if you copy this and put it in a spreadsheet uh anytime you revisit this link it'll give you these exact same

(2:30:31) filters so you don't need to manually put them in so you can start a spreadsheet and you can say like a2a video game whatever criteria you have and then all you have to do is click on that link and easily come back to this guy because this may be something you want to revisit every day or every couple days it'll make it a whole lot quicker than having to manually apply these filter if this is if this is a filter that you apply on a regular basis I would also highly encourage that you configure your columns uh right now

(2:31:00) this is not a good configuration but I would highly encourage that you configure your columns so that you know what your current prices your 90 your 90-day prices uh how many sales rank drops you've had all your relevant information right here and then save that filter you have to come into configure and then click load save and then save it under a name and then every time you come into keep a product finder uh you come into here and you load those filters so that they're configured correctly that will help a

(2:31:35) lot it makes your process a lot more efficient I'm not going to do that today but I highly recommend that you do do that and so what I do is I hover over the products to see the keeper graph and to see if it looks like it's going to be something viable for me okay uh with our new upcoming keepa product finder bot that bra is working on that's pretty much done it's going to make this process a whole lot simpler you're basically we do this almost on autopilot but for today uh we're doing it manually so I want to see relatively large price

(2:32:13) fluctuations uh let me bring at least one filter over here where's our average our average buy box price 90day average cool so now I see what the current price is and what your average 90day buy box price is um these are small items so usually we're looking for items that are about about 2x of what the current retail is uh for them to be viable uh sometimes we can go like one and a half or so because these are these guys are smaller but we can see relatively quickly if they're going to be worth exploring in this case this is

(2:32:57) $4 to 55 probably not going to be that profitable uh this guy it has more of a discrepancy between it so I'm just going to take a quick look at the keepa graph uh we have seen some consistent price drops as of late however it might be worth exploring so I'm going to take a look at that guy this guy same kind of deal going to take a look this guy we don't really have too much of a price discrepancy so this guy probably would not have really any good profit attached to it and then this is how I would go through it and I'd pull up anything that

(2:33:30) looks potentially interesting and then buy the stuff that obviously is interesting right um obviously with this you're still going to have a mixed bag of results on whether or not you're going to find stuff but if you do this more consistently you're going to find more consistent results and once we're able to load this into are keep a product finder bought then you can just basically be notified uh whenever New Leads populate that meet your criteria so it makes it a whole lot easier so let's take a look at this guy

(2:34:03) so we're expecting to pay 39.96 and it has been coming down quite consistently but if things were perfect and we could sell it for $90 this does have potential with this one one though I might be a little bit more cautious because we've seen it dip quite often and this one this is a video game that would have been releasing near the end half of 2024 so in the next this is already going to be running through its cycle pretty soon right everybody that has this game is going to be already basically having it we can

(2:34:43) see it's already been on sale for a very long time since mid last year 2026 is going to be coming out mid this year okay so we're going to see games like this be discounted consistently so we might be able to sneak some sales in every now and again when the price increases back up to 80 bucks but with something like this I'm going to predict that it's going to be consistently around that $40 price range so it's going to be a little tough for people to be able to sell this for a profit but if we saw something that was

(2:35:17) not an NBA 2K game or we bought it earlier in the life cycle it could have a lot more viability for it so it probably be something very similar like this game here this one might have more viability if you send it cross border because it might just sell more units and we might see uh higher prices for a longer period of time but right now there might not be enough time frame at that higher price point to be able to sell it to make it worthwhile but when we do find other games in this category like this this obviously those guys could be

(2:35:51) potentially viable and then we can apply filters like this for basically any category right so we can come back into the advance filter we have all our categories set the same now instead of looking at video games we can look at say toys we have a bit more products to look through so let's see what we can find here so I'm just looking for a relatively decent price discrepancy before I even look at it uh this guy potentially let's take a look at that guy and even though we don't get results all the time this is probably one of my

(2:36:39) favorite ways to use keepa prod finder because we can actually find full on leads directly through keepa instead of having to find something looks like it has potential and then try to reverse Source it somewhere else just has those additional steps attached to it potentially murza looks like you unmuted your mic what's up maybe maybe not that guy potentially let's take a look here so this guy it looks like this one probably sells the most

(2:37:44) around 30 bucks it looks like it does sell some units at the higher price uh it probably won't be too viable at that price like 44 yeah that guy is not too interesting so we'll skip on that guy uh this one it might sell higher I don't think we have too much of a discrepancy there to really make it worthwhile maybe 27 to 57 we might have some potential here if it comes back up to $57 but it didn't look like it really sold a whole lot outside of season so this one isn't that interesting to me this one let's see here right now we're

(2:38:24) at 35 and it looks like previously it sold relatively consistently at like 50 bucks I don't think it'll be viable at that price this one not so much so in this case we didn't really find a whole lot doing these a2a monitors however like I mentioned we can pump these kind of results into our upcoming kpf bot and then get notified every single time a new product populates under these guys and I'm hopeful hopeful that we'll have that guy live in the server this week hopefully when it comes to other kpf sourcing as I mentioned for myself I use

(2:39:04) this a lot to find like price error discrepancies like similar to like those uh Starbucks price errors that you may have seen previously I like using it for that for General sourcing I don't tend to use kpf a whole lot um I just never found it personally like my favorite way to Source but I know a lot of people that do so when it gets into like really deep Advanced kpf sourcing I probably can't give you super super great tips um but however you want to apply your filters you can obviously utilize that way one place that I found that was

(2:39:46) a good resource for kpf sourcing is a guy Instagram called OA deals his name is Dave Dave lroy I believe he does a lot of videos uh about kpf sourcing I don't think he puts them on YouTube he just puts like random snippets on Instagram um he has a lot of really good information for kpf sourcing you just need to adjust your parameters from the US that he's showing for different um avenues that you could do to the Canadian Market yeah he find flip shared his Instagram that's the exact same guy and then uh mza ask are you aware of

(2:40:28) any possible method to find potentially Auto unated products I don't believe so I want to say that um Chris Grant with like either like Revell rev Roi or a different tool I want to say they release something that attaches to your account that when you search them it tells you on the actual line of keepa if it's ungated for your account I want to say I seen something like that I don't I don't think I dreamt that up uh but I don't 100% recall they might have an extension that's available that does do that for you

(2:41:06) though and then would basically look at the acce on keepa I think it would probably Jack into your Amazon account and I think it would tell you from there if it's ungated or not I believe that exists but I don't know if it cost any money but with utilizing keepa itself I don't believe there's a way that you can do that you remember like looking into this um within Amazon's API cuz I know that they do have that information so definitely it is coming from Amazon like have to like sign into maybe something your account or something but I don't

(2:41:54) know if it was a viable like way of using my time for something like that so that's the reason why I didn't get into it yeah like if you're familiar with Chrome extensions and coding I don't imagine it would be that difficult to put something like that together um but it would have to connect via AWS to your account for sure that might be a little bit more complicated and then it should be able to like basically look at the as wherever the as section is on here look up in the background on your account and then give you a little symbol on keepa

(2:42:25) to tell if you're ungated or not like again I want to say Chris Grant has something like that but I don't 100% recall what it would be I could have also dreamt it up that's a very real possibility as well uh Heine flip says this is the link related to labeling from competition Bureau of Canada it's a [ __ ] ton of info one thing to note is exemption labor requirements when product requires knowledge of a language for its proper use greeting cards so the product is for English speakers and it does not have to be

(2:43:02) bilingual for example English talking toy interesting haven't went through the entire thing in detail also since I added one source from government Canada here's one for npn towards the end is the link for database MPN Brocks thanks for sharing that so we need to encourage all brand to just say on their packaging that this is for English speakers even if it's something like a food product yeah that would be nice make Canada racist against French people yeah or we'll just have to wait until Quebec becomes independent yeah

(2:43:40) they've been talking about that for decades that's not goingon to happen and will they'll have an Amazon Quebec account bro I'm just waiting for the 51st state announcement if anything it's more likely that the West is going to try and separate from the rest of Canada but that's probably still not gonna happen Trump Trump's been uh pretty adamant about the first state that'd be very interesting make selling Amazon a lot easier would it would make Amazon a whole lot easier no more cross border prior notice [ __ ]

(2:44:21) all of a sudden all of our accounts with like 10x overnight Beauty Anthony says I wish you could limit the market to all provinces except cubec on certain products I've seen that on some Jameson supplements products in the past I don't know if it was for bilingual requirement though that'd be super nice uh for my understanding with Revenue cubc the only reason why I registered with them is because I asked them specifically if I'm selling on Amazon this was years ago probably back in like 2018 2019 um do I need to register with uh

(2:44:55) Revenue Quebec they said that if you are selling your products to anybody that is a resident of Quebec you have to be registered with Revenue Quebec I want to say that some things have come out and like my I've discussed with my accountant that said that you don't have to do that but they told me at that time we did so I did and they've been a pain in the ass to deal with they send me all my documentation in French all the time they argue with me when I try to get in English and they're just they're just a pain in the ass to deal with I don't

(2:45:23) care about sending prods to Quebec but dealing with re Quebec is a pain in the ass and they're so rude re Quebec is so rude every person I talk to oh he's so rude just when I went to Paris same deal stubborn as h t oh my God it reminds me if you if you ever went through like uh Tim Horton's drive-thru in Quebec same thing they speak in French and then the moment you speak in English they're like oh okay they like look at you so differently like I don't understand like I'm a business from outside of cubec you're bilingual I'm not I like I

(2:46:11) understand like you might have like a shitty job I'm not being an [ __ ] to you in any way what's the point of being shitty like come on just be happy happy if you if you're not bilingual then like everybody I've talked to you can speak both languages but you're not pass me to somebody that can but yeah people um so bra had asked about one going through a seller uh how would you how would you know that the seller that you're looking at would be good to search through when you're looking through a storefront you kind of have to try to

(2:46:57) determine that as you're looking through them initially so let's see what we can find here let me pull back up some of these products uh control shift T some of the old ones I got rid of where are they so when I'm looking through a storefront and I say this to all my vas as well I do some extensive training like this when we're looking through somewhere like here and we're searching through their storefront we're trying to determine probably within about five 10 minutes max if they're worthwhile spending any more time

(2:47:40) on and so we're looking through the first couple pages of their storefront stocking results on uh seller amp like when we go when we click load more that's a page and if we don't find anything that has potential viability then we're not considering them viable like I'm not going to spend 20 30 minutes looking through a storefront haven't found anything and still looking through no we're going to come through here because these are automatically sorted by Best Sellers almost like not perfectly but most of the best the bsrs the better bsrs are

(2:48:12) almost always near the top so as we get lower and lower technically the sales dip right right as as an overall average but I'm coming through here I'm looking for products and if I don't find anything that's viable within 5 10 minutes the first two three refreshes of load more then we're considering it a bad source and we're continue on to the next one try not to over complicate it but that's how we're doing it if we're not finding anything or any potential viability from that storefront in that time we're we're carrying on to the next

(2:48:47) one there's so many potential products and sellers out there that you don't really need to waste your time and there might be some sellers that yeah they might have a few things hidden like deep down in their catalog that's always a possibility but is it worth your time spending an hour to look through that storefront for a potential to find maybe one or two good products not usually how about ratings what do you look for most of the time when we're looking at things like this I typically want to see like a feedback of at least

(2:49:26) 10 um that tells me that somebody's been established usually I'll look at their storefront like this uh if I can actually open their storefront here and I'll look at what their feedback has been in the last three months and one month and I'll typically want to see multiple feedback per month so like say like four to five plus per month usually if I don't see something like other than that they're typically not worth the time four to five per month is relatively low but that tells me that they are getting established

(2:50:00) they are making consistent sales they probably have some knowledge about OA sourcing so that can help weed out a lot of people as well if you see only like one two feedback in the last month or no feedback more often than not they're probably not worth your time occasionally there's always there's always these exceptions to that rule occasionally they could be but usually they're not it's kind of like just kind of a bulk filter that helps you we through a lot of junk a lot quicker no problem [Music] so Anthony says I use kpf by filtering

(2:51:02) by brand instead of sellers if one product from a brand is profitable in a way good chance they're more from the same brand so I agree that's a very good way um I am still pretty old school when it comes to sourcing it took me a long time to get used to that sold stat by Amazon uh when I reverse search products for Amazon I literally come directly into Amazon and search them instead uh using keep a product finder is probably more efficient and you can obviously apply filters but I almost always prefer to do it this way it's because it's what I'm

(2:51:34) used to so like if I found a product from like stash b or stash T for example I will come into here directly uh I have DS Amazon quick view and I pull up products individually like that it is probably less efficient than using keep product finder but I still prefer to do it this way for some reason usually I'm looking for things that are more efficient but I I've always just prefer to do it this way I'll pull them up like this see the sellers see the sales rank open those guys up individually and then see if

(2:52:07) it's worth it that's how I've always done it and then Anthony says I look for High reviews with no Sellers and look for the keep a graph in the past sometimes you find gems that nobody is selling so with that I would also ask though because as far as I'm aware with keepa product finder with the reviews uh the reviews that you're putting into keepa product finder are reviews that are attached to both Canada and the US assuming that it has a us asent right so sometimes those reviews don't always correlate with volume

(2:52:44) that's happening in Canada correct or are you trying to like revive listings that have good potential in the US and you're trying to see if they have potential in Canada true normal us review is a good sign for potential in Canada definitely for sure I just find that they're very um not always exactly correlated because often we'll see like a product that sells for like say 10 bucks in the US has a ton of reviews somebody's asking 30 bucks for it in Canada has never sold once no reviews in Canada so although it may have potential

(2:53:26) in Canada it may not have potential till you drop to like 15 20 bucks yeah Anthony says but that's my way is more so for wholesale sourcing I would say than OA 100% and everybody has different ways that source and that work for them as well for sure that's why it's always good to have these conversations because it's always interesting to find what other people do and where they've had success some people do things that you would think would never be viable and it works absolutely fantastic for them cool so does anybody else have any

(2:54:08) questions about any of the sourcing Amazon anything like that in particular if not I'm going to be answering uh Belle's question about going into some brief eBay sourcing and then from there we will probably wrap it up so if you do have any questions speak speak your piece now cool so Belle you mentioned about um sourcing products for eBay and you mentioned specifically like discontinued products so what exactly are you trying to look for just like discontin product period or a variety of products or what in particular are you trying to look for

(2:54:53) or figure out how to source for thison products period I mean I don't know much about whole EB Ebay things so yeah just uh I know it seems pretty vague but that's all I have okay so have you sold anything on eBay yet I listed an item but it's not selling guessing I'm not posting deleting it and posting it regularly I'm not doing the proper things in order to sell it I think I'm I'm I'm being lazy on that but yeah I've listed like one uh well three items three items okay so if you're looking specifically for discontinued items uh

(2:55:43) we do have a couple of good resources in the server specifically for that so Evan who's in this voice chat right now he regularly posts discontinued items in here so under the flips under discontinued flips so he's posting U multiple items in here every single week so here eventually we're going to put together like a spreadsheet like a basically like a bolo spreadsheet that you can have access to that you can reference if you're like say out looking at um certain pharmacies hardware stores wherever where you're going to more

(2:56:13) likely find a lot of this stuff uh but this gives you a good base on where to look you'll notice that a lot of discontinued products specifically we're looking at a lot of beauty products and then like a lot of like consumable hoods right those tend to sell the most because people buy these sometimes they've been buying them for years they have an affinity for certain products they work well for whatever they're doing and then they get discontinued and so somebody still wants to be able to purchase them so they're buying those

(2:56:45) from eBay from people that are finding them somewhere else right so that's um this is a good a really good place to start and then from here you can obviously like basically do something similar of like what we would do with Amazon whereas you can look up a product like this so let me just pull up eBay here I'm gon pull up on a different screen to make sure I don't dox myself one second log out yeah hey shout out to Evan by the way yeah it's been super solid providing these and if you want to spend the time looking through the stuff some of these

(2:57:24) things sell for a good a really good return like some of these are hard to find but if you pick this up you can probably pick it up for a couple bucks like a like a Hometown Pharmacy and you can sell it for 120 which is insane yeah so just as an example um about a couple months ago I sourced some uh discontinued uh body washes and uh Listerine uh go tabs uh at a a pharmacy with in a small town that's about a 20-minute drive from me uh I spent on the go tabs probably about $9 for a 16 pack and I just sold it for

(2:58:03) one for $45 that's a solid return very solid return so when we're looking at stuff like this we can like obviously grab basically exactly what we have here find the product and more or less storefront stock that seller or those sellers on those listings very similarly to like what we would do with Amazon so like we can find here we can see that this seller sold this product so we can open this guy up chances are they probably have either high value or discontinu products not always but chances are high and then we can start

(2:58:42) looking through their products here uh we can immediately start to try to Source these on Google but a lot of these products you're going to find because they're discontinued we're probably not going to find them online so these are products that you have to like almost always add to like a bolo list and then hunt for them in person so that's a different type of sourcing sometimes you'll find them online sometimes you'll find them even from like Distributors that have like a discontinued section in their cataloges um there's lots of

(2:59:09) Distributors that have that I would encourage if you have Distributors that have a discontinu section to um regularly look through that and compared against eBay just to see how it looks because you may actually surprise yourself uh Anthony said I just found the Minwax product at wholesale price which product was that Minwax but yeah like sometimes wholesalers and stuff will have leftover products oh right there leftover products that they haven't sold yet they haven't sold yet and so if Anthony's able to buy buy that wholesale that's

(2:59:44) probably a super good price yes so that uh uh would finish Flor wax for example sometimes you can find uh a product like that even at uh Home Hardware um Ked entire and other places too um sometimes they'll be in the clearance section um so even though I I typically will say when I post the leads uh look for the bulk of them at local hardware stores moment and pop shops Etc you can still find discontinued products in chain stores you're just less likely to excellent but yeah you can definitely occasionally especially if they haven't

(3:00:24) been discontinued for that long still find these at some Distributors and wholesalers even like beauty products I work with a couple Distributors that have a discontinued list that are items that are being discontinued and they're not carrying again so definitely viable to look through there as well um also we have under our scraper monitors we have eBay discontinued so these are sellers that have been loaded up in here and it's basically doing storefront stocking for you for sellers that have been determined to

(3:00:56) carry a lot of discontinued products and it'll populate new products that they list in here so they're not always guaranteed to be discontinue products however a good chunk of them are and like you can tell by like a box of clarol hair dye selling for $25 us that's going to be a discontinued product nobody else would regularly buy some something that cost like six seven bucks for that price right so there's lots of good potential leads that come through here every day as well and you can always see the stores that we're monitoring in the

(3:01:28) description of the channel if I can click on it these are the sellers that are currently loaded in here if you ever come across a seller that has a lot of good potential that has a lot of discontinued products you can let me know and we can load it in here as well and then it'll it'll just constantly monitor that seller and populate new products in here um Bell says is there an app like SAS where you can scan barcodes of products or does eBay have a function of the sort so yeah like on Ebay app itself you can

(3:01:59) scan products directly and you can scan UPC codes um so yeah like if you're looking at like blind sourcing or Pharmacy that is one potential that you can do that you can open up the eBay app they have a little camera you can hit that camera and then you can Source either the you can either take pictures of of the item or the barcode Anthony says it was wrong wood finish damn close ask them if they can get any of that uh discontinu stuff in and see if they have any of their network still could be very profitable but yeah you can scan another

(3:02:35) thing oh go ahead yeah I was just going to say another thing you can do if you're not sure um where to start with discontinu products is to also do keyword searches on eBay so if you turn on your filters uh specifically completed and for completed and sold listings and you search something like discontinued shampoo or discontinued hand lotion um the solds for those items will appear and then you can start reverse search searching those excellent and as weird as it sounds um quite often you can also find discontin products at thrift stores even

(3:03:13) ones that are partially used some of those if they have enough to mat and they will still sell even if they're partially used so sometimes if you see like random perfumes or shampoos at thrift stores if you do go thrifting they could be worth taking the time just to look up quickly just to see if they're worthwhile at all just make sure they're not funky or have any weird stuff in them so yeah those are excellent places to start um if you want to do like General sourcing for like other products outside discontinued products for eBay

(3:03:48) it really just comes down to doing a lot of different research identifying certain types of products and then constantly looking for those products so if you're searching for stuff like locally like used items I have been putting stuff in the thrift finds and bolos uh consistently my goal is for this year just to post at least one bolo to look for uh per weekday of 2025 so by by the end of the year we'll have a couple hundred in here and these are just items that you can find uh Facebook locally thrift stores Etc

(3:04:26) that's a great place for products to a general products to source that can have really high returns like this product I seen earlier today on Facebook it's a Brother printer for $10 and one has recently sold used on eBay for 140 do these products sell super high volume not always some of them do pretty well uh but they have really really high returns really really high margins so they're kind of hard to ignore if you want to try to get more Capital so I've been posting a lot of stuff like that and then we have a lot of other

(3:05:03) channels in the server um that are made specifically they're here to help source for other products for place for places like eBay so we have like a lot of news and feed channels stuff like this that are feeding information from all different kinds of places they're made and designed to be here we use them a lot personally in house but they're here if other people want to Source them as well for potential products that you can sell on eBay so if you look through something like hypebeast hypebeast is a place that

(3:05:40) discusses basically all new hype products that are upcoming when we found the KFC G-Shock watch it was from here that's a super limited item uh only 11 were made but they sell for multiple thousands of dollars so if you're able to find something very very lowkey that not a lot of people know about you could potentially make a good amount of money but you have to do the research right uh vinyls we have channels in here that are constantly feeding information about new vinyl releases vinyls are really can be very viable to flip on

(3:06:14) eBay you just have to be able to find the right ones so like you'll see my name getting pinged in here all the time it's looking for things like keywords like signed or limited so when we see those things we'll look them up as solds on eBay we'll see if they're worth any money and then if they are then we'll buy them but just about doing it like a lot of sourcing that's all it is we'll look here we'll look sold we'll see if there's any solds on this guy we don't see any souls for this guy so this guy is not really worthwhile so

(3:06:47) we'll continue on to the next one and that's exactly the process when we looked up something like um that vinyl that was posted I think yesterday this guy Young Thug Young Thug slime season the vinyl this was just something popped up we looked it up we seen comps there we we go so it's not showing up in Canada right now so I'm just going to look on quickly and we see these have sold on do in USD from 200 to$ 315 to $400 cool we can we can uh compare the price we see if it sells consistently we see if there's way more listed than

(3:07:39) there is sold and then we determine if it's worthwhile for us to buy it but it's just like another skill set like sourcing for Amazon as you do it more and more and more it becomes a lot easier over time and as you know more information more things to look out for it becomes a lot easier to identify potential viable products and that's kind of the point of like the discontinu flip section the thrift findes and bolos stuff like that exactly the reason once you look through stuff like this you get familiar with it

(3:08:16) becomes a lot easier to identify similar products Anthony you can uh use multi Channel fulfillment uh via eBay uh even tools like seller board have that built in for you automatically you can do multi- Channel fulfillment through seller board and it'll automatically fill your eBay orders for you from Amazon Seller board has that built in I believe I don't think they've ever gotten rid of it I'm pretty sure it's still active it was when I used to use it and other tools exist like that as well so you definitely

(3:08:57) can and eBay has no no terms of service About Drop Shipping and stuff like that either as long as you ship your products out in your designated time that's all it matters so does Bell does that answer the questions that you had kind of sort of yeah I just have a a quick uh another quick new question for sure so uh with with eBay uh when you you pick the option of uh F paying the shipping label do they provide the shipping label to you like the Canada Post label yeah so when you make your listing uh you'll input whatever shipping

(3:09:46) Services you want to offer in your listing so at the time of listing creation uh you'll have a section for domestic shipping and also international shipping and then you'll have the option to either charge a flat rate shipping offer free shipping or do calculated shipping so most of the time I would recommend that you do calculated shipping that means it's going to calculate the shipping for the customer automatically based on the dimensions you input and based on where the customer is located so in that way the

(3:10:15) customer pays the entire shipping cost so usually you'll input like um three or four or five different options for domestic shipping and you'll choose like Canada Post UPS whatever are the cheapest options and then for domestic or sorry International you'll also add the same thing so you'll add in like UPS FedEx International us whatever uh you should be able to add in I believe like four or five different shipping options for international and then yeah when the person buys the product uh eBay automatically charges the shipping and

(3:10:49) then you can buy the label directly through eBay you go into your orders you go into fulfill your orders you enter in your actual dimensions and it'll produce shipping label options from eBay from UPS from FedEx um I think those are the only ones that they offer and they're usually quite competitive so you can buy it directly through eBay and print it off immediately or you can go get your own label from another company if you want so you can still like quote through places like Freight common whatever if you if you prefer you just have to make

(3:11:20) sure that it's shipping in the same amount of time um that your customer has paid for so like if UPS standard if that's what they paid for and they're expecting to get it in 14 days you can use any shipping option that you want from any other career as long as it's expect as long as it's expected to arrive to them within 14 days or less no problem Jordan have you sold um any uh fragrances like clones or perfumes on on eBay by chance I have okay so the the dilemma I'm facing is I mean the majority of my my customers on eBay are Americans UNS

(3:12:11) surpris unsurprisingly I mean because most more Americans shop on eBay than Canadians um but uh of course I'm hesitant to to send any fragrances across the border because they're considered dangerous goods for transport however I wonder if I would be able to get around that if uh the only shipping option I had on the listing for both Canada and the US assuming those are the only two countries um I would sell that product to would be uh ground shipping options say through UPS or fedc so yeah it will have to be ground

(3:12:45) shipping almost almost guaranteed well I guess it depends on the concentration as well but it probably have to be ground shipping uh but chances are with the amount of active ingredient that's in most colognes and perfumes it's going to be exempt from most shipping regulation requirements uh but you should double check with like say UPS uh just a double check if it's going to be under that exemption um so full disclosure I I have shipped clones and perfumes and stuff through eBay and have just disregarded the dangerous goods hasm shipping I know

(3:13:26) what the potential risks are if you go if you don't do it properly but I didn't figure it was a big issue so I just disregarded it I was fine I'm not saying that you should but just confirm with your shipping company that you're within that exemption status and then you should be fine I believe most perfumes and clones if you're shipping them individually not with many together should be exempt and you can ship them regular ground shipping without issue yeah that's the issue I was having is that even though all the uh clones

(3:13:57) and perfumes have been copying through the listing errors and then uh reselling on eBay have sold to Canadian customers they just tend to sell more slowly by comparison if I had the option for to sell to American customer for sure yeah he find flips I always live in The Gray Man I'm never going to tell somebody else to do something that I do uh but live in the gray make things more excited don't know if I'm G to get a $10,000 fine from dot tomorrow it makes things interesting keeps on your toes I sometimes wonder about those meal

(3:14:39) kits when I order them but uh me kits are fine they can't do [ __ ] about that we're manipulating an exploit that they have in their own system they they can't do nothing about that isn't it technically um is technically fraud though uh I don't think there's any legal requirement that you have to put in your own information into a service that's like not like a government service I wouldn't think so yeah I was just reading for example the terms of service for I think it was factor and I mean it may as well be

(3:15:16) Chef's L and hellofresh too because they run by the same parent company um and as far as I can tell at least for Factor there was nothing in the terms of service that specified um that you as a single customer were only permitted to open One account and that uh you had to use the same address right even if there were like their terms of service don't Trump the law right like they could tell you that you're only allowed for one account um just like there's um retailers that tell you that they do do not sell to

(3:15:47) people that use Bots nothing nothing illegal about it though like people can use Bots they can ccel your order but that's as far as they can go right if you look at a company like Ticket Master they actually Lobby to make it illegal to use bots on their platform so it's actually law you cannot use bots on the platform or you can go to jail any other retailer they might frown upon it but they can't do anything about it even if it isn't their terms because their terms don't Trump the law yeah so it just violates their terms

(3:16:15) of service and it's of breaching the law yeah right so they can 100% refuse to do business with you definitely is it illegal I highly doubt it are there potential issues with listing errors on Amazon yes I've been fully open and transparent about that is it likely something's going to happen probably not uh Cole chillan like showed an example that his account just they told him that he can't return anything anymore is there a potential for issue yes there is for Amazon specifically yes yeah at the same time though if you

(3:16:50) if you follow the general advice which is that you do maybe one or two per month listing errors in general not just for those for specifically for clones and perfumes and you have multiple orders in between and it shouldn't be an issue most likely not for sure but yeah that's why like stuff like that like that that is like the only like real gray thing we have in the server uh everything else like even like the instacart stuff that like Drew is doing today about like the free promos with instacart basically getting free

(3:17:23) groceries it's very like you would consider it gray but I wouldn't consider that anything against the law whatsoever because you're taking advantage of a system that they put in place and they don't want people to take advantage of that specific thing then they should close the loophole I know I can't wait to use the uh the insta Kurt hack I've already signed up for several accounts already I just have to to wait the month or however long it is before the promo codes come in if Drew is still awake like he has like a couple dozen accounts

(3:17:57) he's been putting in the utility server you can use his accounts if he's still he's in BC so if you still have some accounts available you can probably start using them effective today and just like start getting orders delivered tomorrow that's what many people have been doing awesome I'll look into that yeah we made a channel for him specifically for ICC accounts I'm pretty sure he has more than what he's listed here just ping them and he has a bunch these all have promos on them I'm pretty sure they expire today so start using them because

(3:18:24) he's produced thousands and thousands of accounts now when you register for um the insta instacart account uh and the method and the way that you described in the utility server you don't have to input an address right as I noticed when I had opened Brave uh specifically private window uh in registering for one of those accounts that it was able to despite being in a private window uh that instacart was able despite my being in a private window to detect approximately what my postal code was yeah that's okay that's completely fine

(3:19:03) so but you're going to have mixed bag results on when when and if and how many promos come through so not all accounts will get promos some of them will get them sooner some of them will get them months later some of them will get them right away so it's always a mixed bag it just seems like it's random so like previously it was nice because like when Drew was doing it he had a bot that could generate accounts for you it would monitor those emails and tell you once the promos are active and so he could do thousands and thousands and thousands a

(3:19:32) day and he did he did but that doesn't work anymore at the moment uh so doing it manually is obviously a little bit more labor intensive um and we don't know when those promos will come through specifically uh but yeah like it's fine you don't need to you don't need to put in a specific address and if they see you at a certain location uh I haven't seen any issues with that as of yet oh I also wanted to mention um with uh regarding Factor meals too um I've noticed that factor started um in their the boxes uh housing the the food that

(3:20:07) they send they're starting to include um uh food free food vouchers again um but it's something that you can abuse so it's a series of usually three codes that uh accompany the per your purchase um but it's the the discount is across three boxes however um if you use it the right way namely just for the first box you can get $90 off your first box so if you put it in order um under a new account use that promo code or one of the promo codes that a company's in order that you have uh received and you just order your first box with a $90

(3:20:43) discount I think it brings it to like $10 total with the shipping then you can just cancel before the second box comes in 100% that's beautiful so if you have those and we have a couple people are utilizing those I highly ask that you keep one share two and keep it going and I will 100% give you points for those because Factor codes are the hardest to get yeah yeah for sure I got some today actually I'll take a picture and upload them tonight keep one for your next box and then share two and then hopefully we'll have a couple other people doing

(3:21:15) that um yeah definitely get points for those like uber are hellofresh and chest plate codes those are diamond dozen we can get those no problem Factor are pay in the ass again just post them in the uh The Factor Channel then or the any the members member deals channel uh you can do either or whatever works I'll probably see it and be more inclined to give you points if you put it in like the member deals and then I'll just forward them over okay sounds good yeah so Anthony like with the hellofresh factor chest plate utilizing virtual

(3:21:53) credit cards all they have to do is put a system in place that excludes virtual credit cards like uh good food and then that that Loop is completely closed but they don't do it and uh he finds flips Uber Eats still seems like mixed bag like still seems like it kind of works every now and again if you change location it still seems like like it works so like it's not fully shut down and we probably will find an exploit eventually but it worked good for a long time you abused the [ __ ] out of it yes I did 100% did but it

(3:22:32) [ __ ] me up because it made me used to not cooking for so long and I was like I don't want to cook anymore yeah I'm pretty sure they're it was it was because of you they shut down they shut it down oh yeah I used it a couple times a day every every day that was a good one that was a really good one yeah but you look at Drew like was something like instacart he said like he used three or 400 instacart promos last year that's Dam $50 off every single order and like he's basically paying like three to5 dollar for your order that should have cost $50

(3:23:08) plus your fees damn do the door Dash the door dash one for 50% off I believe still works yes but door Dash they crack down on your devices and address very quick after a couple orders and with the 50% off like it really just ends up being like more or less like free delivery and fees it's supposed like it sounds like a good deal but like it just basically covers like your delivering fees so it's like you're just paying regular price essentially which is still good but yeah is if you just went in store yeah but you get to instead be lazy and

(3:23:50) have it tell when get used to it's different what's that I find that with Uber e yeah I just find that with with Uber eat what tends to work if you have um of course if you have your valid promo code is that you just uh choose a random address close by you and then um I think and I think you have this option on the PC to to change the the delivery address as the ORD in progress and that seems to work that did work for me for a while I think I used too many addresses in neighborhoods close to me and uh it doesn't

(3:24:27) anymore yeah did neighborhood wide band for you yeah it's not like just like my block either like it's like multiple blocks surround me like any like any within like where you can actually move like the pin radius it seems like everybody screwed I did the exact same thing and I started just moving the PIN like everywhere well yeah and I was having problems with it like a while like a while ago and Drew like actually like uh he he was attempting to like do it for me and like he moved it like three blocks like south of me into like a

(3:25:02) random like uh condo complex and then it worked but then I tried doing that again and stopped working uh Anthony yeah like it still works like it's mixed results um it technically still works um but it just depends on how fast they shut down and ban your location so you have to get like creative with what location you're using um and if you like say if you're going to a friend's house and your location is banned you can it will probably work at a friend's house it seems like it's location based and not device based I tested it it did work at a

(3:25:44) friend's house yeah so yeah it says uh they banned your account so like try like an address like across the street or a block over and then literally go into Uber Eats and like move the pin like you get to move the pin and drop it on your address it's only within a certain radius but put that address in and then once your driver gets a signed just tell them hey I put in the wrong address it's actually this address and you'll be fine but yeah things like that they the opportunity to certainly shut those down but like they we're helping them bug

(3:26:21) test their system right that's how we're looking at where they pentesters yeah we're doing it for very like they don't have to pay us for it it's a beautiful beautiful tradeoff yeah this is the I love the ethical ambigu but yeah I would highly recommend that anybody like if you want more or less free groceries with instacart come into this IC accounts that we just made uh with Drew AK ping him message him and ask him to use these accounts so you'll log into the instacart account with this uh with this email if it hasn't been used yet do it

(3:27:05) on a private browser uh you will get asked for a code ping ping uh Drew ask him for the code for this account he'll send it to you and then you'll have a promo on that account for uh $50 off 1225 or $30 off of 60 or 80 so what you have to do is the amount that you have like say if you get $50 off you add $50 of stuff you want to your cart you add in uh additional filler items so if your threshold is $125 just add in like additional 20 jugs of milk or whatever makes it 125 and then once Your Shopper is shopping just tell them you don't want

(3:27:47) those filler items anymore so say remove those 20 jugs of milk and then your price is brought down to your threshold to 50 bucks you get that you still get the Fe the free $50 threshold the discount and then you're getting $50 worth of groceries for depending on the fees of what it cost you an instaart for anywhere from like3 to $10 so you you look at shark in here he was placing orders yesterday and his orders so Vinnie Vinnie's order uh for $50 cost him $759 and that's delivered and that includes a tip uh sharks was like $3 but I don't

(3:28:24) think he was including any tips and I hope he tipped his driver uh but yeah that's exactly how you do it that cost you a couple bucks kind of crazy so this was his order 5045 minus 50 bucks ended up costing $386 or yeah 86 that's a margin you can't be mad with basically free groceries and groceries are expensive I'm G to get some premium dog food for my there you go and like if you find stores in instacart that have items that are not groceries like I don't know air tags Electronics stuff like that it can work with that too and you can

(3:29:18) resell those things is this supposed to work no doesn't work 100% but yeah this is something that uh instacart themselves they shut down offering promos for a long period of time uh because they seen that people were abusing these because people literally made Bots to abuse the system people literally checked out hundreds of thousands of dollars in a month doing this uh they shut down the promos but obviously it helped them get enough customers that it's worth them to bring back and they haven't patched it so

(3:30:06) they're still doing it we just can't generate accounts automatically anymore I was trying to get the bot made to operate directly in Discord so we could use it directly in Discord but it was shut down before we could yeah Vinnie this is the first time he ever used it and yeah I don't know why he just got three lers of oil but you got three lers of uh olive oil for eight bucks and or normally cost 50 going to have a slippery time I didn't think Kirkland ol was that expensive Jordan I seem to remember and maybe misremembering um that you had

(3:31:07) mentioned a previous call that um you and staff were working on um a food bot for the server does that have to do with the the meal kits at all so no it'll be separate uh it'll just be where you can run a command for like technically we have a fot in the server right now but it's not what I want so like if we come into the commands and we type in food we have a bunch of different food places you can run a food command for so like say uh let's look at food to Tim timmies Tim Horton it tell it sends you a DM so let

(3:31:46) me find the DM and it tells you some type of thing that's supposed to get your free food so like this is a method to get free coffee or donuts and stuff with Tim Hortons which I'm pretty sure still works it tells you about making an account setting your birthday for the next day Etc pretty sure it still works um this is formatted more so for the American market so most of these work for America I'm wanting to make it for Canadian stores for things that you can basically abuse free food for in Canada for things just like that for like Tim

(3:32:17) Hortons and stuff because there's a lot of places where you can get free food where you can like you can go to the store you can buy like a a 20 cent ranch packet and then get a free Burger stuff like that so if anybody knows of any hacks like that for any restaurants or any fast food places in Canada please tell me because we've been compiling on a list for a while but yeah like similar to food boxes but just ways to get additional things and freebies and stuff for cheap and again completely legal but you're manipulating the systems that

(3:33:01) these places put in place a lot of places have the I know Starbucks has like a um birthday one like free drink I don't know if I have Starbucks in our list yeah let me see Starbuck I think you have to make one purchase in the year though to at least at least one to kind of make sure you get that free drink and it also all depends it also all depends if they verify your birthday or not that chat time few other things so yeah like we we have places like marble slab for example so Marble Slab you can sign up on their mailing

(3:33:45) list 48 hours before your quote unquote birthday and then you get a coupon for a free a free scoop of ice cream yeah yeah even Sephora used to have the birthday thing for uh free gifts but then I remember a lot of people abused that yeah and all these places have to do just put a thing like they just have to confirm your actual birthday via ID but some places just don't a lot of places to yeah so when we see things like this they're just things that can be taken advantage yeah like today I used this skip the dishes cuz I have my CBC card

(3:34:25) so I had like $15 off there uh then I ordered a chef plates order for this Saturday and then I use the instacart promo as well today so I basically got lunch and dinner for the next two days plus groceries for the entire week which will take me to Saturday and then on Saturday I have Chef plates coming in so I'm pretty much sorry for two weeks for food for like $40 there you go and a lot of people like so I don't know why but so many people don't realize like how much money you can save doing stupid little things

(3:34:57) like this like just getting like food boxes every week because most people spend like for a single person a hundred plus dollars per week per person for groceries and I mean I went up for brunch yesterday it was $100 for all you can eat yeah and like especially like if somebody's struggling like you're just starting like trying to start a business need some Capital it's like [ __ ] eat for free for a couple months like you can it's not hard and you can put all that money back into your business I was I was trying to do Factor

(3:35:29) today actually and for some reason with even Brave and VPN it didn't accept any of my the referral codes I was like H interesting are are they the codes that are in the utility server are they like your own codes yeah yeah saw once it's possible those codes might have been used and somebody didn't check them off that happens all the time no there was one even which he posted today afterno or evening I was like okay this had to work Evan has a couple that he's probably gonna post sometime so those might work yeah I was like I mean factor is

(3:36:09) the easiest cuz you don't even have to cook it yeah it's interesting like um in the US if you have us there are a bunch of like I was looking into like loyalty Point stuff um there's a bunch of like like how you have Aeroplan portal or whatever they give you like 5,000 bonus points or miles or whatever to just if you just shop at these random like subscription based places like the Factor USA for example gives you like 5,000 points at American Airlines or whatever or they have these systems where it's just to your master card or

(3:36:47) whatever card you pay with and you automatically get points as well on top of your card rebates yeah well and stacking things like that can certainly add up over time what were you gonna say there Evan still here Evan sorry I just had to step away for a minute did somebody say something I was just asking what were you going to say it sounded like you were going to say something at the same time Jaden was talking no just that the factory meals are delicious I had um a couple new dishes and they keep introducing new

(3:37:33) ones all the time and uh was a roasted red pepper salmon dish that was last week was absolutely delicious and it was only 10 minutes to to make it cuz I just put it in the oven right uh my brother-in-law I got him on the hellofresh boxes I was out there they live in a small town I was there for I want to say it was for it was a lot before Christmas I don't remember what it was for couple good couple months ago uh have a good night he finds flips but um I was out there and I told him about this and he never does

(3:38:11) anything like that and then he's like well yeah I'll try it and yeah he's been getting free boxes every single week and then he messaged me it's probably been like three four months at this point he messaged me a couple days ago and said that uh he's pretty sure that his whole town is shut down because they all they all have the same poster code it's all just one town he's like I've been trying all kinds of uh variant for my address and all kinds of stuff that's not working I'm like okay time to switch over to Chef's plate and still work

(3:38:36) working again Anthony do you get uh hellofresh boxes basically every week now we'll ship out an LTL shipment of Hell fresh boxes there you go get free food and saving on shipping supplies every week beautiful yeah and it's surprisingly good food and you get quite a bit and yeah you can save a lot of money it's always surprising that it's been working for so long it's been almost a year now that we've been abusing thato fresh in chest plate I'm

(3:39:41) pretty sure I posted it in April of last year originally I don't even know if this is the original post that was in the server yeah April it's been almost a year so works and see it's also funny because a lot of people don't ever find or think about things like this right everybody probably have seen some type of things that you can like Loop or take advantage of in the past but it's just like putting simple things together it's like oh this can be an absolute Game [Music] Changer I'm sure there are ones you can

(3:40:25) Loop to for like H&M or like random retail stores which offer you like $20 off your spas or something 100% like most retail most retailers you can do that um most of them have like a a minimum purchase amount so it's like a certain percent off or $20 off 100 whatever but like for OA specifically yeah 100% if you're willing to put in the time to make accounts definitely have a good night Anthony do you know Jordan of any um like similar to coo or wise or Loop what we have year like the American based ones which provide

(3:41:04) you either Visa or Mastercard and had any I was reading someone in the chat talk about on the other server but I've not seen if any Canadian was successful signing up for any of it yeah like there's ones like popular ones like priv privacy privacy.com those ones apparently work very very good but I'm pretty sure you have to be a us resident in order to get them so if you have a way around to get like a Us credit card with like uh an ittin or whatever potentially it might that might work and if you could figure

(3:41:38) out how to make that work that would be that'd be very cool because privacy like I'm pretty sure you can generate as many cards as you want and you don't actually technically have to be incorporated to get an account with them yeah it looks like they allow 12 new cards a month yeah fair enough okay but I will think we will wrap it up there so I appreciate everybody coming out and I hope everybody will learn something tonight and yeah until the next one night have a good night everybody thank you take care
