(00:03) hello hello sorry for being late no problem how are the how things are good it is uh it's about the same temperature in Chicago today that it is in Antarctica uh and I know that because I looked it up so yeah it's not a great day I haven't gone outside today but um yeah grateful for uh grateful for a garage today uh um anyway how's everyone doing are we good fantastic awesome doing good very good very good um all right I want to jump right into it because I'm running late and I want we got a lot to cover um so thank you all for being here
(00:45) really appreciate it um just for those of you who have not done this with us before uh I like to keep things very casual it is an AMA style format I am going to ramble and talk about a bunch of topics I don't have any PowerPoint presentation um I really don't even have anything uh prepared except for Loosely uh we will go off the cuff um which means that if you have a question whether it's pertaining to something I'm currently talking about or not uh just interrupt me um chime in and ask that question the more questions that you
(01:17) guys ask tonight the more beneficial this will be I will fill in the gaps um but uh it is we've always found that these are more helpful for everyone and educational uh when people have questions and those questions can be pertaining to Something in the past something that's going on this week or something that might be going on um next week uh and speaking of next week at the end of the session I will drop some exclusive info on a major major major tour that is getting announced next Tuesday including the dates um uh the
(01:52) cities and uh when we can expect an on sale so you can look forward to that as well um so first and foremost for those of you who do not know who I am have not done this with us before um and are wondering why the hell you should listen to anything that I have to say um I am chokey I am your ticket provider um this is my 23rd year in the ticket industry uh I worked for Ticket Master for eight years I also did all of the ticketing for WWE for 5 years um the rest of the time I spent as a ticket broker which is
(02:26) what I currently am now um so I have been around the block I have been on the primary and the secondary side of things um and I have seen some [ __ ] so any questions that you have uh I am happy to take on the one topic that I do not enjoy discussing uh is botting um I don't talk about botting a whole lot because it is Mega illegal I don't bot I don't talk about um how to bot where to bot or anything like that but I'm happy to talk about the legalities of botting where the line in this sand is as far as I'm concerned uh and those kind of
(03:03) things other than that I am a pretty open book about discussing things um and we will cover a variety of topics tonight um so the first thing that I want to just jump right into it because we've had a lot of announcements over uh in the kind of week or so that we've been back from holiday break um and just for future reference that that 30-day period between December 15th and January 15th are going to be basically the only 30 days of the calendar year where you will see little to no on sales of any kind um other any other time of
(03:40) the year there's basically no time no great time to go on a vacation because there will always be some kind of ticket on sale and that's okay but uh December 15th January 15th is normally a pretty good month span to recharge your batteries so we've come out of the gate we've had a lot of [ __ ] going on the last week or so let's rewind the clock back to last week let's talk about Kenny chzn a little bit last week I posted about joining the Kenny chzn fan club and that he was playing 12 shows at the sphere 12 I believe don't quote me on
(04:16) that but somewhere 10 or 12 um and he will add more shows as everyone who has played the spear has done so far and some people um were not super keen on paying the $20 for the fan club and I get it I understand um however now that we've seen this thing play out a little bit let's analyze what's gone on with Kenny chesne um the pre-sale was last Friday for those paid fan club members so $20 got you up to eight tickets which is pretty hefty most fan clubs are two or four tickets so at eight tickets limit you're literally paying like
(04:57) $2.50 extra on your $20 membership spread out across eight tickets to have the first crack at those um at those Spar shows uh and I don't know if anybody bought that fan club and participated but here's kind of what happened um he ended up dropping about 90% of the venue for the paid fan club last week um almost the entire venue which meant that when the um free pre-sale happened today and some people opted to wait for that free pre-sale that happened today they only dropped about 3 or 400 tickets in a 20,000 capacity venue so if you did
(05:42) not participate in the paid fan club on sale last week you probably missed your number one shot at actually obtaining inventory um not only the amount of stock they dropped but also they raised the face value price between last Friday and today meaning that a ticket that was $200 on Friday could be$ 250 or 275 when you went to buy it today and that kind of goes hand inand with one of the things that should be on your priority list this year for 2025 the first pre-sale that you have access to is almost always going to be
(06:24) your best chance at not only the most amount of inventory but also the cheapest inventory one of the things that artists and Ticket Master like to do when they have three four five pre-sales for these major tours is they will use the data and the buyer behavior and purchasing behavior of those previous pre-sales and use that data to raise and adjust the pricing for uh later pre-sales and then the public sale meaning they will dynamically price those tickets up based on how the original pre-sale or pre-sales moved uh
(07:03) which is another reason why your first pre-sale should always be your biggest priority um early bird gets the worm in tickets for the most part once there is a proven concept of something and it has become apparent that X artists can sell out X venue and have uh big demand on the secondary Market once that has been established and there's proof of concept there any sub subsequent pre-sales it becomes a lot easier to decide whether you want to buy or not right which means more people are going to buy because
(07:37) it's less of a risk in their eyes so um one of the things that I want everybody to try to learn uh in this year is to have conviction and learn how to properly research these you know you can take my calls and I I try to make it as easily digestible as I can but there is still so much other that I can only fit you know I could write a novel about some of these major tours if I really wanted to get detailed um and go through seat by seat so I would encourage you guys to have conviction learn how to research and learn how to start taking
(08:19) my calls and not taking them as Bible but using them as a foundation to create your own opinions and own and and carve out your own decision for some of these major tours um and so on that note one of the things that I think is probably the most useful tool and if you've been on this before with me you've heard me talk about this at nause and I apologize but one of the most useful tools that is 100% free that will help you in almost every ticket situation is an app called song stats s o n g s a TS song song stats um that is
(09:01) a free app you can download you can type in any artist on the planet and then go down to audience at the bottom and it will break down uh the audience and social media listening metrics for any city in the country or in the world on for that artist so if you have an artist that's playing 15 different shows um and you and there are 10 shows on sale a first hour and you have no idea a what uh which shows to go for um song stats is a great tool where you can very quickly search an artist and then you can see what the listening metric
(09:40) numbers are for Chicago versus New York versus Houston or Dallas or what have you um that is a great way to research some of these bigger tours more expensive um sorry expansive tours uh that have a lot of tour dates and you just don't know which one are worth going for that is not going to be a gospel number just because an artist has more listeners in Chicago versus Houston does not automatically mean they will resell better in Houston or you know in the city that has the more the bigger numbers but it's a good place to start
(10:18) there are lots of other factors that go into that uh how many shows they're playing in a certain city how big that venue is um is Chicago on a Saturday and Houston is on a two Tuesday all of those little things matter but obviously a great place when there is a tour that is so expansive you don't know where to start on trying to figure out what you want to buy and get your game plan together song stats is a great way to whittle that down remove some of the unnecessary noise um and get you put things in focus for what you would like
(10:55) to do so for those that bought KY the fan club was your best opportunity to get um good inventory at the cheapest price uh and then we saw the free pre-sale today and I believe the public sale is Friday do not quote me I don't have it in front of me uh but so we have a public sale on Friday which will almost certainly have little to no tickets available and when you have little to no tickets available in the public sale that means that prices normally Skyrocket out of the gate so if you bought Kenny chzn last Friday um
(11:32) prices look decent right this second I think they will get better uh after all of the opportunities for normal fans to obtain tickets have closed and the only option they have is to go to resale um and that's kind of how you should look at most of these major tours the goal is to acquire the inventory as early as possible in the pre-sale public sale process um and then kind of monitor it throughout the rest and and see how things are moving and paying attention to ticket counts and paying attention to whether they're dynamically pricing
(12:07) things and it's a lot of stuff to pay attention to and it's certainly I would encourage you to jot stuff down um so you can remember it because a lot of the stuff looks the same and it's very easy to get things mixed up or forget certain things because there's just so much going on every single day um so then today we had the NFC Championship uh which will take place on Sunday uh which pits the Philadelphia Eagles against my Washington commanders uh if you are an Eagles fan uh kindly uh [ __ ] off this week um but it is a mega
(12:45) hot game and if you search that this morning and we're lucky enough to score tickets you are probably sitting very pretty now I talked about this a little bit in the call but one of the things for sports obviously Sports is is heavily performance-based and so when you have a playoff game like this or a championship game like this when we start talking about sports playoffs the market is almost always going to be established by season ticket holders that already have guaranteed seats because they paid for them months
(13:18) and months ago um and those season ticket holders some of which are resellers um uh they will establish the market so you that kind of thing I normally will not recommend uh a price ceiling for something because your price ceiling will be on StubHub and you should have that up side by side and whatever you are able to cart uh you can then use StubHub to see if it's something that has any profit potential obviously those numbers will fluctuate after a public sale because you've got more tickets coming on the market but uh it was a there was there
(13:58) was stock this morning there were $250 SRO that are selling for $550 right now I mean that is an easy $600 flip if you were able to obtain uh a pair of sro's SRO being standing room only for those of you who might not do a lot of sports tickets standing room only is essenti is exactly what it sounds like it is a standing area normally at the top of the stadium uh where you are in the building but essentially you do not have a seat and you just stand and watch the game um so uh we have that going on uh we also have Jay hope uh pre-sale is
(14:38) tomorrow uh I will have a call up most likely tomorrow morning because that is an afternoon on sale it will go on sale I believe at 2 o'clock local time uh so 2 o'clock Eastern 2 o'clock Central 2 o'clock Pacific um and for those of you that do not know um J hope is one of the members of BTS uh BTS is a ban that def that defies all laws of or rules for flipping K-pop tickets they are the biggest K-pop band on the planet it is not close they are the Taylor Swift of K-pop um now obviously one single member is not all
(15:17) of BTS so temper your expectations a little bit but for those of you that listened and signed up for that obnoxious uh tedious fan club that you had to sign up for by Sunday night um that pre-sale is tomorrow and your pre-sale code will not be emailed to you will not be texted to you that pre-sale code will actually be your me your army membership number so if you signed up for that you want to uh log into your me your army membership and grab that membership number I believe it's like a 12 digit uh numerical and letter
(15:57) combination and that will be your pre-sale code that pre-sale will happen on tomorrow and there will be a public sale to follow on Thursday now for those of you that did not get your fan clubs done that's okay there um the public sale is certainly worth uh searching we just don't know how much inventory will remain my guess is they will drop most of the venue again probably 70 to 80% of the venue tomorrow for the pre-sale and then the public sale will have scraps for everybody else to fight over now uh something else to remember this will be
(16:34) a two ticket limit situation which should tell you everything you need to know about how popular this these shows are going to be they are a big deal and fan K-pop fans are legitimately insane and will pay Crazy Prices to see this guy live um this is probably going to be a take any ticket you can get your Hands-On situation including single tickets I do not recommend buying single tickets for most concerts because who the hell wants to go to a concert by themselves but there are situations that are big enough to Warrant single tickets
(17:09) and I think this is one of them ticket pricing will be from $60 to $80 and again I think this is a take anything full send if you will uh for J hope um some of the shows I expect LA to be the most popular of all the date Los Angeles is the biggest K-pop Market in the country uh followed by new you know New York and Chicago are pretty tied in my opinion um but Los Angeles is definitely one of is definitely the biggest K-pop Market the other thing to keep in mind is uh that was a very obnoxious fan club sign up and you have the New York two
(17:53) New York shows and then uh then you have two Chicago shows and two San Antonio shows going on sale at the same time and at the very end of the day you have those La shows it is very possible that a lot of folks uh will blow their load early and use up all of their memberships before those La shows so if you only have one fan club membership obviously join the queue and see what happens but you can totally walk away and not use your code and save it for Los Angeles I think some people will forget about that you can't buy more
(18:31) memberships once they're gone they're gone and so I think we will definitely see a shortage of people that actually have codes still remaining for those Los Angeles shows which should create I think the strongest Market on those two shows we will again we'll have a pre-sale up uh sorry a write up for that for the pre-sale tomorrow I'll follow up on the public sale for Thursday uh but that is going to be very very big tour um and congratulations to anyone that was able to sign up for that obnoxious fan club uh that takes like 25 minutes
(19:08) to sign up um so with all of that in mind I want to open things up to you guys a little bit anyone have any questions about anything I just covered or anything else they want to talk about where we could pivot to um I have other topics we can discuss but I want to open the floor up I'd love to hear from some of you guys about what your thinking what you have questions [Music] about hey jokey um I was wondering do you use rutin at all or any cashback Services when you're purchasing tickets like this does jansy or Insomniac allow that that
(19:47) is a great question I do not use that um I I don't use it just because I never have um again I am a little on the Boom side so I I I don't keep up with with all of these things that that are coming out like like Rox Tuan um I I I want to say I don't see it discussed very often so I want to say that um it's not available to use with Ticket Master don't quote me on that but that would be my my guess I do not personally use it nor do I know anyone that does um but I do know people that use it for other things obviously you know your GameStops
(20:27) and your targets and stuff like that but for tickets I don't know if they cooperate with each other okay yeah I've seen it pop up a few times where it says like 2% cashback or whatever for Ticket Master but I just wondering if you knew if it like I don't know if they creat some connection if you have a rackon account or something like that where it links to two Ticket Master accounts together that's a great question I am not the person to ask unfortunately I don't use it however I would encourage you I would be very interested to know
(20:55) um what you find with that send me a d if you do end up using that and if it does work I will start including it in my call so people can get that 2% back that's a big deal yeah sounds good I'll definitely try on a couple accounts and just see what happens that's awesome I had a couple not uh industry questions but show questions sure so I just wanted to know if you heard anything about I heard a couple things about a potential 2025 Taylor Swift tour and then and then also if you have any opinions on the upcoming shows for Zack
(21:31) Brown Band and Jason Al um a Taylor Swift tour I have not heard anything about I will say this uh the head sound engineer uh is a very close friend of mine on the tour I went to his wedding um I was texting with him earlier today and he is normally the first one to tell me that there are show holes and stuff like that I have not heard anything from him that would indicate anything like that my guess would I mean my gu and again Taylor has defied every single law in this industry consistently over the last decade um my guess would
(22:07) be that she would take a damn year off she just finished literally you know 18 straight months of touring around the world um but again she's also a Workhorse and defies all human logic but I will say my my my uh one degree away from the tour has not indicated there are any any show holds for this year so far um I'm not familiar with the Aline Zack Brown are they playing together they are separate shows but they're coming up I think tomorrow okay I haven't looked at um let me just take a quick glance uh you know
(22:47) while I'm looking this up one of the things to keep in mind about some of these country artists especially Zack Brown especially uh Jason Aline is that there was a time where these guys were touring every single summer there was a like a 15-year period or something where Zack Brown band did a summer tour every single year uh and when you do that at nauseum people start realizing that it's not it's no longer a musty show if people know that you are coming back the next year you know what I mean and so it ruins some of the exclusivity it ruins
(23:23) some of the urgency of seeing that artist um so that is definitely something to keep keep in mind I know that Al has done some shows post pandemic uh Zack Brown has as well let me just see what these dates look like bear with me just for a second um the only Alan show that I see for tomorrow is at Rogers am Rogers Arkansas at the Walmart amphitheater and I want to bold and underline this do not buy that [ __ ] show I do not care what seats you pull I do not care I I put it on your do not buy not the artist but the
(24:00) venue the venue is notoriously anti- resale and they love to make out of state orders will call only uh there have been several big shows over the years where Brokers have had to actually travel to Arkansas to pick up will call tickets because the venue is so anti uh it's on my do not buy list I do not buy it for any reason I would advise uh the same for everybody else uh just because save yourself a headache um I don't see let's see uh oh here are the Zack Browns for let's see yep tomorrow oh okay so these are
(24:44) interesting these Zack Brown shows are um at venues that are much smaller than they would normally play just to give you an example one of the venues they are playing is the theater at MGM that is right across the river from DC there is a casino right there I'm from the the Virginia area so I know that venue very very well um it only holds 3,000 people so when I was talking about those summer tours that Zack Brown did for like 15 straight years they were doing summer tours and amphitheaters that would host that would hold anywhere from 18 to
(25:19) 30,000 people and we're talking about the Pinnacle in Nashville that holds like 4,000 um hard rock live in in Atlantic City that holds 7,000 um uh and then that N I love that National Harbor show uh it is on a Friday night April the 4th um it's a little pricier than a normal Zack Brown Show it's at $99 to 300 um but at a venue that small I I really like it um and I will get a I will get a call up for those uh tomorrow or tonight actually but I do like a lot of those Act Brown shows especially Nashville especially um the National
(26:04) Harbor in Maryland um and also at uh mohan's sun which also is a great venue and does very well regularly so I will have a call up for that I really like it um I don't know if it's a buy all at every venue that National Harbor show might be a buy all I would probably say I'd buy anything under $200 there um for 300 that top price at $300 I'd probably need really really really great seats just out of curiosity I wonder what kind of uh what kind of seating setup they're doing here oh browser paused I had not on Insomniac um if anyone could pull up
(26:43) one of if someone could pull up that Zack Brown Show and just tell me whether they're doing like a big GA pit or not that'd be helpful but I will have a write up for that tonight um I think some of those shows will do very well and it looks like they have a couple of pre-sales one of them might be for like longstanding fan club members but there's an American Express pre-sale as well um there are several pre-sales tomorrow and then a bunch on they look like General pre-sales on Thursday as well so I will have a full write up for
(27:14) that uh that will be a pretty good one and I'll have more details but my origin my initial thoughts I love the National Harbor show I love the the Pinnacle at Nashville if you look up that venue it is a gorgeous brand new venue that was just open late last year in Nashville um it is state-ofthe-art and I believe it holds around 4,000 people um I have not been there personally yet but I'm looking to go there this year um great market for Zack Brown obviously and a brand new venue that's exciting um I love those two shows the other ones I'd
(27:47) probably be a little pickier about but those two I really love okay Beauty and I did DM you a picture of the seing shirt for that venue oh let's take a look um oh wow it's fully reserved wow wow okay I like that even more um my guess is that you know that the front sections uh you know the first 25 rows to Stage will probably all carry that $300 price tag that will probably be some Hefty VIP packages in a venue this small but if you can get anything under like 200 bucks there I think that's a slam dunk um so I will have a write up
(28:28) for that um and uh I'll talk a little bit more about it and have some visuals for you guys and stuff like that but uh yeah those are those are those are great shows tomorrow and uh we'll take a look at what the access looks like what kind of pre-sale code you'll need and I'll do all that work for you and have something up in a couple hours Beauty what of questions do we have guys um just before we I want to talk a little bit about Ticket Master accounts want to talk a little bit about phone numbers um that kind of stuff I know
(29:02) some of you I don't know where everybody is on their ticket journey and kind of where they are with scaling but um you know I know that I get a lot of questions about that kind of stuff all the time and so I want to address that um but before I dive into that kind of you know 10 15 minute promo I want to just uh see if there are any other just general questions uh about anything that anybody has before we jump into that um if you have an account that's just been consistently getting bad C positions like I have an account that
(29:37) I've bought quite a few tickets on and it's just been kind of a slower account for a while is there a problem with creating a new account using the same phone number and just like acknowledging that those accounts are linked my advice for you would let me ask you this does that account have any does that account Share info with any other account that's that has already been linked no it doesn't Okay my advice would be instead of doing that um because that's not really going to help your problem right it's going to be a
(30:12) lateral move where you're essentially just going to create another account that's probably going to have the same issue I would just let that account rest just put it on the sideline let it rest for a month pick it back up try it every couple weeks but you know uh we're in a situation right now where you know these accounts once you use them for so long and you drive them into the ground they they kind of cool off a little bit and and they go to the back of the line and then every so often Ticket Master will
(30:45) do a reshuffle quote unquote excuse me and that algorithm will change a little bit and it it will change the que position so my best advice is instead of um just be patient with it let it sit on the sideline don't reuse any of the info I understand that phone numbers are at a premium right now and they're hard to obtain and expensive to obtain and I get that but I don't think you're going to solve your problem by putting that phone number on a different account I think you're better off letting that rest and rotating out
(31:15) some other accounts um in the meantime okay I'll give that a try thank [Music] you I know a lot of you guys that are in here are probably brand new to tickets so maybe you've never had one of these call before even tried selling tickets at all so if you guys like had any general starter questions as well certain me feel free to ask oh my gosh yeah please this is not like we cover everything from brand new to Advanced here um and if I use any lingo that doesn't make sense to people I do talk in ticket lingo it's kind of been
(31:51) ingrained in me at this point so if I say something you don't understand please don't be embarrassed um ticket lingo is weird just speak up and I'll be happy to explain it um but yeah if anybody has any brand new questions that like how do I get started this is all daunting this is crazy what's the best process um please feel free to speak up and I do just want to add my DMs are always open um I try to check ticket chat like a couple times a day but if you have questions that you're too embarrassed to ask you're not in a
(32:21) position to talk right now feel free to send me a DM um I get a lot of DMS but I try to be a day DM responder or at least 24 hours unless I am traveling um so yeah I I if you have beginner questions please give those to me as well I'll be happy to help you point in the right direction on stuff and for anybody that maybe are you're just getting started maybe you don't even know what to ask uh as most of the stuff in our server we do have a lot of resources for getting started with ticket selling in our GitHub just
(32:56) like with almost everything else so if you do if you guys do want to start exploring ticket selling I do recommend you take a peek in there because there's a lot of good getting started resources in there as well and all of our prior calls too and yeah something I will say is um you know you guys are really blessed to have a great owner that not only joins us for all of these things but he asks questions and it really helps um creates the guides for you guys I really wants you guys to succeed my best advice and I
(33:25) want to bold and underline this utilize the re sources that you guys have here I know it's not fun to read [ __ ] I know it's not fun to study things I know it's not fun uh to have to do research and like the sexy part is buying the tickets and making the sale and I get that but it doesn't come overnight and there is a lot of leg work this is not a money printer um and so there's a lot of leg work to learn this stuff but look I have been doing this a full-time career for 23 years the last time that I had a non
(33:57) ticket job I sold CDs at Circuit City in 2002 some of you probably don't even weren't even born don't even know what a Circuit City is uh this is this can be a side hustle it can be a casual thing if you want it to be it can be a career there is so much money on the table in ticketing uh just because Taylor Swift is over does not mean that tickets are dead uh tickets were alive and thriving long before Taylor and they will be thriving long after tailor uh so this is a rare category in this group where this can be a side hustle if you want it to
(34:35) be it can be a full damn career if you want it to be as well but you got to put work in to make it to to to do that and and kind of expand and scale so you know I don't want to get sappy but uh there is a ton of money to be made here and um and and yeah asking the questions and doing the work is is part of it uh so with that said and before I kind of launch into accounts and phone numbers what do we have any other questions pertaining to anything before I get into that uh cool so you know one of the big questions thing I get asked every single
(35:19) day where do you get your accounts where do you get your phone numbers what's the deal I have to OTP into every single uh situation and here is the answer the reason for that you know is as blessed of a tour as Taylor Swift was and it made everybody a lot of money um it also there was some downsides there one of the downsides is kind of the OTP requirement to do anything on Ticket Master join a queue transfer tickets uh create an account any aspect of Ticket Master requires that OTP and the reason for that is
(35:54) because we reached a boiling point last summer where Taylor was such a hot ticket that people were hacking into accounts and stealing uh they were stealing Taylor Swift tickets and that is where the phone number requirement it was an extra layer of security so that is kind of where it is and now that Taylor has been over for about a month and we are back on track in 2025 I you know the fact that the OTP is still here tells me that it is probably the new normal and it's not going away so for those of you that might be new um Ticket
(36:29) Master is your smartest opponent it is your most difficult opponent it is not Target it's not Best Buy it's not Walmart Target I mean Ticket Master is way smarter uh than all of those things technologically and so there are no real shortcuts in tickets unfortunately as you will figure out as you get deeper into this um and so um for the phone number situation obviously the first question that everybody has is well can I just use a Google Voice number can I just use any free phone number service there are a million of them the answer is no Ticket
(37:06) Master has made it so that Voiceover IP phone numbers do not work with their system they do that on purpose because they want to make things really [ __ ] difficult for us uh and so what you need is a phone number that is an actual phone number that has an actual SIM card attached to the number uh and so there are several services that provide these numbers they are uh what I use these Services everybody that's in tickets uh big or small uses these Services the services that you want to look into if you need phone numbers um number one is
(37:41) text chest txt c h s text like you're texting uh chest like a treasure text chest and then seat Heroes s e a t like you sit in Heroes like a superhero those those are the two main phone number providers they are both made by ticket brokers for Ticket folks um and they are a little pricey something like $10 a line per month but if you were doing this consistently and buying tickets every week that will pay for itself uh like nobody's business it is just another expense that you need to add and unfortunately one of the common themes
(38:23) here is tickets is an industry where you do have to pay the play there are um you know you need proxy just like anything else you you know for sneakers you needed the bot and you need the proxy and you needed XYZ same situation same idea here um you need the proxies you probably need um a ticket specific web browser like jansy or Insomniac that we will get to in a little bit uh and then the phone number and the account situation is also um part of the equation so those two things um both sell cell phone numbers I personally use
(38:59) text chest I have for years one of the things that I do want to add if you're just looking into these two services tonight for the first time is they are both based in Los Angeles and because they are physical phone numbers with physical SIM cards um they are affected by the LA fires that are happening so if you're looking into them and their customer service is a little slow to get back to you or fulfilling your order a little slow just keep in mind they're currently going through like a crazy tragedy um and and so uh
(39:30) they might be a little backed up a little um not business as usual but uh that phone number equation is going to be probably the most difficult aspect uh if you do not have the cash flow to buy the phone numbers if you do not want to buy the phone numbers your other option here is to ask friends and family to use their phone number to retrieve that OTP for for you um that is going to be different for everybody but you will need them for every single uh waiting room that you want to enter every single ticket you want to transfer you can
(40:08) obviously see that getting your own phone numbers is definitely the better option there um and so once you have some phone numbers and again my I do want to stress when you are doing this you do not want to go out and buy 25 [ __ ] phone numbers you will have no idea what to do with 2 phone numbers start with five or 10 numbers make five or 10 accounts and learn how to use them learn how to buy them buy with them learn how learn the process and scale gradually do not just dive into this and dump thousands of dollars into phone
(40:46) numbers and accounts and then not know what to do next um do this slowly and at a healthy pace and it will work out a lot better for you um the other thing that want to stress if if it hasn't become clear already you might be asking why can't we just use the same phone number uh over and over and over again um with Ticket Master again they are your smartest opponent and you want to keep all of that information completely separate you do not want to cross any of your streams if you cross your streams Ticket Master will link your account and
(41:18) put everything associated with you at the back of the que line and make your life Mega difficult so that means you want to have a unique proxy unique IP unique credit card unique Ticket Master account unique phone number unique credit card did I say credit card um and for the credit card solution that one's a lot easier than you might think uh you either get a credit card like a Capital One card that has the ability to generate vccs that is v like Victor C like Charlie C like Charlie if you don't know what that is virtual credit card um
(41:54) I would definitely look into that but all of you should by now um so you want a card that can generate dcc's you could also use a company like slash uh I personally use slash um and they will provide credit card numbers and they're based on a debit card so you put in money from a debit card and then they give you a bunch of uh credit they give you a bunch of credit card numbers that they can use any billing address to buy with that is probably your best option but I also know that not everybody can run UND debit I get that so slash credit
(42:30) card with the VCC uh is going to be your credit card solution now let's talk about Ticket Master a counts first of all I want to just dispel a rumor that goes around Discord and people love to talk out of their ass about about aged accounts it's [ __ ] I worked at Ticket Master for eight years I worked at Ticket Master in the Chicago office where the waiting room algorithm was developed and I can tell you with certainty that how long an account has been in circulation has nothing to do with the algorithm of what
(43:09) kind of Cu position it gets and anyone that tells you differently is full of [ __ ] um aged counts is a myth and here is some actual sauce about what goes into your Ticket Master uh Cube position and that algorithm is your Gmail score number one if you are familiar with sneakers you should be familiar with Gmail score um the best thing that you can do right this second instead of spending a bunch of money on people who are advertising and promising [ __ ] with aged accounts and tested this and tested that get a
(43:46) get some phone numbers get some Gmail with high Gmail scores that have been farmed thoroughly and properly and make your own Ticket Master accounts one of the biggest factors in The Ticket Master algorithm right now for the waiting room Q is your Gmail score that was used to create the Gmail or create the ticket master account on the Gmail so that is going to be a big thing and then number two is going to be your actual activity that you use before you join the queue what do I mean by that I mean the best thing that you can do is instead of
(44:25) going and taking the link Direct from my call and putting it in your browser and going that way um my suggestion would be go to Google search something click click on a couple a search result then manually type in Ticket Master then manually type in the artist and go find the show that you want that is fan behavior and Ticket Master values fan behavior before during and after you are entering the that q and that plays a major part in your Q algorithm Ticket Master can tell how much you move your mouse they can tell everything about
(45:08) your internet and computer activity before and when you join that queue so the most important thing that you can do is don't just copy and paste that link but actually go do some stuff on the internet in that same window first and then manually jump over to Ticket Master manually jump uh search that artist and then manually go down and find it in the list and I realize that's not as easy but it literally takes 60 or 90 more seconds um and might improve your queue you have no idea how much it might improve your queue so that is a major
(45:43) tip that I will give you guys tonight um the two biggest things that factor in the algorithm are going to be your Gmail score so if you need new Ticket Master accounts get yourself some phone numbers get yourself some well Farm Gils and make those accounts manually I have had I have experienced several accounts recently that get under 2,000 and Q and I made them myself with farmed Gils and brand new phone numbers and if so if you are looking for sauce There is your sauce um so with that in mind I'm going to take a breath I'm going to get a
(46:24) drink um what kind of questions do we have what kind of uh excuse me what kind of uh what kind of questions or commentary do we have on all that does anyone have anything they want to talk about on that topic uh yeah specifically what's the Gmail score um so a Gmail score uh I'm I am I'm gonna get my I'm gonna be very honest here and just say I was not a sneaker person I not a technological person um it is something that if you do not know about I would research it uh but essentially Gmail has a scoring system for how authentic they believe
(47:11) the account is and how authentic the person using the account and creating the account is there are several things that go into that um a lot of it is um you can use something like aycd to farm Gmail and that just means uh they will essentially go and they will automatically kind of tend to these accounts and make them seem more lifelike more humanlike and they will have more humanik Behavior attached to them that is essentially what a Gmail score is how much authentic human behavior is associated with these Gmail
(47:50) uh if you do not know if you do not come from sneakers that that is not your thing I would certainly uh research the the Gmail scoring system farming Gils and and read up on that because that will be a great educational tool for you thanks yeah and Adam I put uh the like we have a pretty in-depth sneaker guide so I put the section for Gmail score in the chat there for you there as well thanks yeah I just sort of Random jumped on this uh I have um absolutely no experience at all with uh tickets or sneakers oh brother welcome um it's it's
(48:37) a daunting task but there's a ton of money to be made here in tickets um the one big kind of difference between tickets and everything else is that tickets have a literal expiration date that is obviously the event date and so they can't be kind of put away or thrown in the closet or anything like that so mistakes are costly they can't be returned like some other uh retail Goods so they're a little different than some of the other stuff that you might flip whatever that is but there's a lot to learn here and there's a lot of money to
(49:09) be made and there's a lot of resources to help you if you are willing to put in the work and learn about it um I think you will be really surprised at the reward of how much money you can make and again um Jordan and myself are both always willing to help in DMS or in chat or whatever um but there is a lot of reading and learning that is involved but uh don't be overwhelmed there there's so many resources that you have access to that you may not even know about right now oh I'm definitely intrigued by the idea of flipping
(49:39) something that's ephemeral basically that you don't have to touch that's like digital um yeah it is tickets are you know I I I live in a I live in Chicago and so I live in a um modest size condo and so um you know during the pandemic when tickets were not happening I was trying to flip resale retail stuff as well got all the storage units and all that stuff and let me tell you what flipping a digital good that you don't have to store or ship or get shipped to you um there is a ton of value there and that alone is lot is
(50:27) intriguing for a lot of people and so yeah for the most part 99.9% of tickets are completely digital um but again like we've been talking about uh it's just a different playing field as far as your opponent is Ticket Master who is uh you know kind of a [ __ ] all the time they're constantly tweaking the rules and the algorithm and what you can do and what you can't do um which causes some frustration but it is a really fun industry to learn obviously everybody has a ticket they want to go see to something a band an artist a sporting
(51:03) event whatever um so it's a really great thing to kind of learn as either a side hustle or like a you know uh parlaying it into kind of a full-time gig thanks I'll uh definitely do a lot more research into this sure man and again my DMs are always open Jordan's happy to help there are lots of guides and uh you know don't ever be embarrassed there's no question too stupid except for the one you don't ask for sure thanks and also just keep mind there Adam like if you are wanting to dabble in tickets you don't need to like get a
(51:39) bunch of accounts and whatnot you can literally just start by just trying to cart a event based on the calls that you see with your current account just cart it just see how that process works so you can get the hang of it without the intention of buying anything get it go through a queue get the seat map try to put some tickets in your cart see if you learn the process yep yeah see if you can compare that to something like StubHub or listed and then just get a feel for how that process works do that a couple times and then start
(52:10) potentially trying to actually cart some tickets and Dabble in it a little bit further oh for sure yeah just sort of you know do it like you know with almost like play money absolutely it doesn't cost anything to cart tickets it only you know you got to get all the way to the final screen and click purchase tickets before it actually costs money so yeah you can take the calls that I put out and you can you you know set up your own Ticket Master account you can have one account and you can kind of play around with Monopoly money practice
(52:38) getting through the queue selecting your seats you know one of the it sounds easy but one of the stressful things in a high-profile on sale is you get through that queue and then you've got a seating chart with 12,000 different dots on it that are different prices and you've got hundreds of other people who gotten the same time as you all competing and they everyone's trying to grab tickets and put them in their cart and it's definitely exhilarating um it is a dopamine hit like hell and but yeah you can definitely just start out you don't
(53:10) have to spend a bunch of money to start out and figure out if this thing might be something that you like take some of these calls uh jump in the public sale uh just kind of do it casually practice carding stuff you don't have to buy anything uh and and figure out if it's something that you might like that does not that cost $ z Oh that definitely sounds good I'll definitely take a look at that I got a lot going on right now but this is something I think is worth you know investing maybe just you know an hour or
(53:38) two a week into absolutely and the great thing about tickets is there is always another ticket there are certain days where literally thousands of events go on sale so I will cover a very small portion of them but there are so many events that I don't cover because I'm only one person and every single day of the week except Saturday and Sunday there is always something on sale so definitely you know Come Aboard this ship and if Jordan and I can help answer any questions please feel free to ask all right thanks so
(54:21) [Music] much guys any other specific questions has anyone bought anything in January they want to talk about we've had a couple of calls a couple of good on sales has anyone bought anything they haven't sold they want to talk about are they priced correctly are they priced too high um anything like that we're at about an hour right now I'd like to put a bow on this in the next 10 minutes or so I do want to give out that um that tour info that I promised um as an exclusive as a thank you for guys joining us tonight um but any other
(54:56) questions about anything else before we get to kind of our our our finale here all right cool so with that in mind um I just want to uh I do just want to kind of give some exclusive info here obviously it's always subject to change but I am very close with uh Morgan Wallin touring Camp so Morgan Wallen will be announcing a tour on Tuesday um it will be 20 dates in 10 cities uh two of those uh cities are uh Toronto and Edmonton so it'll be 16 US shows four shows in Canada and the public sale will be next Friday uh next Friday the
(55:49) 20 the 28th maybe don't quote me on that but um uh or no sorry let me look at the calendar um stupid uh yeah the 31st so the announcements on the 28th the public sale will be on the 31st the one thing I do not know is whether there will be any pre-sales or a sign up or anything I was not given that info um but this could very well just be a straight to public sale situation so it be an announcement on Tuesday and then uh public sale on Friday so that is a huge tour obviously Morgan Wallen has been one of the most
(56:28) profitable tours US Post pandemic with the exception of Taylor Swift and Adele um so we will get another Taylor another uh Morgan Wallen Tor and these will be cities for the most part that he has not hit before like a Madison Wisconsin uh if you want an example of how profitable Madison is go take a look at that cult play show at madis at M Madison Wisconsin where the University of Wisconsin plays football it is a $500 nose bed right now because that is a city that never gets any kind of show um it's middle of nowhere Collegetown
(57:08) Wisconsin they get a good concert every 10 years and they get two in the you know within 12 months so uh so one two of the shows will be in Madison that is my favorite show of the tour I think that show will absolutely kill um but that is an announcement that you can look forward to on Morgan Wallen socials next Tuesday a little peek behind the curtain a little inside info for y'all excuse me leading into next week um so with that in mind I'm gonna put a bow on this thing I want to thank you guys for joining I really appreciate you guys
(57:46) listening and engaging tonight I love doing calls for this group I love doing voice calls for this group because number one Jordan is probably my favorite owner that I work with he you guys do not understand what a great resource he is how helpful and nice and kind he is um utilize him and the guides that he puts out for y'all he does so much work behind the scenes to help y'all um so I love doing I love doing voice calls here my DMs are always open we do this once a month um in an AMA style format the next 30 to 45 days are
(58:19) going to be Cho full of on sales there will be tons of stuff to do so if you have never bought a ticket before this is the time to to do it um 2025 there is so much money to be made we will talk about a lot of it um I will have a j hope call up tomorrow morning for Wednesday and Thursday uh we might have one other call other than that this week uh and then we'll talk about Morgan Wallen next week thank you guys so much for being here I appreciate it looking forward to helping you guys make some money and we will talk very very soon
(58:50) thanks so much have a great night thanks JY thank you man um I also wanted to mention for anybody that's here um that is new with selling tickets uh like Adam because you asked about it we do have a relationship with another ticket broker uh he actually operates an operation where he has other people cart tickets and purchase them for him on his behalf so you basically cart tickets you use his money his virtual credit cards and then he pays you a commission if you do that that's also an excellent resource to learn how
(59:21) to card tickets as well and it's literally no risk to you and you can actually earn some commission doing it um okay I'll look what's the guy's name I can send the invite to the server in the ticket chat he used to be in our server um now he's just doing his own thing uh but his server name is Big Horn tickets Big Horn tickets yeah all right thanks I'll get the invite and I'll send it over though because it's it's literally you don't have to use any of your own money you cart them and then he gives you a virtual credit card you
(59:54) check out and then you transfer the tickets to him he's very trusting with his money I don't know how he hasn't got ripped off yet but it's a great way to learn how to cart tickets thanks definitely all right uh everybody have themselves a good evening and thanks for coming out okay thanks Jordan thank you byee thanks chy care
