Detailed Summary:
In today’s session, the speaker focused on discussing several important topics related to recent changes and features in their community server, particularly for e-commerce and reselling members.
Overview of Topics The speaker introduced about 12 topics they aimed to cover, focusing on features that community members may not fully understand or utilize. They also mentioned that questions were welcome at any time during the session.
Personal Restock Monitors One key feature discussed was the Personal Restock Monitors introduced a few weeks prior. These monitors allow users to individually track items for restocks via direct messages (DMs) from the server's bot. This is especially useful for members who want to keep certain items private. The speaker explained the setup process, limitations (10 unique monitors per person), and functionality of these monitors and suggested checking the command list for details on using the bot.
External Restock Monitors The session also reviewed how the external restock monitors operate, constantly monitoring multiple storefronts for product availability and sending immediate notifications upon restocks. The speaker mentioned the benefits of these monitors compared to other paid services.
Upcoming Focus Groups The introduction of "Focus Groups" was another exciting topic. These groups invite members to share feedback on products and services in exchange for compensation, like gift cards. The speaker highlighted this as an opportunity for members to earn some money without a significant time commitment.
Ticket Reselling Information The speaker brought up a ticket reseller, Spice, who has been active in the industry. To broaden the information shared within the server, the speaker mentioned that they are working on adding a secondary ticket provider to ensure comprehensive coverage of ticket deals and reselling opportunities.
New Features in Sports Betting In addition, new features were outlined for the sports betting section of the community. The upcoming bots and insights would provide valuable information to enhance members' betting strategies and decision-making.
Overview of Utility Server The utility server was highlighted as a place for getting additional deals and products like DoorDash promotions and free product reviews, emphasizing saving money.
Amazon Product Data Integration The integration of Amazon product data with restock monitors was recognized. It allows members to evaluate the profitability of products more efficiently when monitoring for restocks.
Mentorship Program A mentorship program was introduced, aiming to connect experienced professionals in various fields with members seeking advice and guidance on specific topics in business, finance, and more.
Demos and Tips The speaker concluded by offering demos on key functionalities like automated restock notifications using bots, effective keyword monitoring, and efficient sourcing strategies.
Questions and Answers The session shifted to Q&A, where members engaged by asking about specifics regarding utilizing restock monitors, leveraging credit cards for business, and the process of starting with wholesale strategies.
Conclusion The speaker closed the session by encouraging members to utilize the discussed tools, reminding them of the resources available within the server, and emphasizing support for any questions. Overall, the session was informative, directing members toward maximizing their potential in e-commerce and reselling through effective use of community resources and tools.
(00:01) so yeah um in the session today I just wanted to focus around um discussing a handful of topics uh right now I have about 12 topics total that I want to go through uh specifically topics regarding the recent changes or additions that we've had in the server just in case anybody had any questions about how things work um I'm going to kind of give a demo on anything that require that may require a demo and then also I'm just going to discuss a few additional topics as well that I think a lot of people may benefit from that I don't notice a lot
(00:34) of people in the server utilizing and it may just be because they're not uh familiar with how to utilize it properly or what it's able to do for them okay so I'm going to get my screen sharing here so just give me a quick second and then of course uh along the way if anybody has any questions about anything or needs any clarification always feel free to let me know and what screen am I looking at here looking at this guy so let me know if everybody's able to see my screen here Melanie Ron Vinnie no I can see it y you can see it yep
(01:27) okay uh Vinnie if if you can't see it you'll just have to click on my uh my live where it indicates that I'm live and then VI view my stream it's called yeah I can see them perfect okay so the first thing I wanted to go over is the personal restock monitors that we introduced uh just a couple weeks ago so I think everybody in the server is relatively familiar with the restock monitors that we have what those are they are near the bottom of the channel list uh we do have a large list of storefronts that we can monitor
(02:00) for restock and these are uh external restock monitors that continuously monitor these websites uh like every couple seconds and then whenever it detects uh the item comes back into stock it notifies us immediately and these are very nice compared to some programs that you may pay to use because these are constantly monitoring the websites basically at their maximum capacity that they can without being detected as a bot and so most these websites we are catching restocks within a few seconds of them getting restocked
(02:34) um if you use a external service like a popular one recently has been something called visual ping that's one that you can kind of set up yourself to monitor on websites for any changes that are happening if you use something like that it only scrapes websites every like 15 minutes to I think maybe once every hour and you're also limited with how many total you can do whereas with us it's within seconds and we're not limited to the amount that we can do we can do as many as we want and we have a ton of different websites that we support so
(03:03) they're all in the restock monitor section it's split into um two alphabetical uh so from a to n and then from P to Z just because we have so many and they don't all fit into one category and so with that as well as I mentioned we introduced the personal restock monitors so what this does is this allows you to monitor items for restock personally with our bot in your DMs so that if you have items that you don't want to tell everybody else that you're looking for or maybe it's like say a Amazon OA item um you're not going
(03:40) to expose it to the rest of the community you can utilize our new personal restock monitors uh communicate with our bot directly in DMS and then uh you set it up yourself and then it's just for you and then whenever that item restocks you get notified via your DMs so it's a very I think is actually a very nice feature to have um right now it is a little limited just because we want to ensure that it's not going to overutilize resources so the it's limited to 10 total unique restock monitors per person and you can change
(04:14) them out however you see fit and that number may change um if we don't see a heavy usage on it then we might Grant more spots to every individual person that does want to utilize it so if you ever want to see exactly how the personal restock monitors work you can come into the command list Channel which is under the general category that we have in the server where all the general chats and everything are and then under the restock monitors private section this just gives you a rundown of what the uh what the tool is and how to utilize it
(04:49) so it tells you to get started you just open a DM with the smt member bot and it's tagged right here so if you want to get started with that guy all you have to do is just click on him I'll click on that one or right click and click message and that will open up a DM with our member bot and then this is where you'll do the interactions with that bot okay uh and then there are a couple commands that you can run for this bot so you can run the command uh exclamation mark M help so when you run an exclamation mark M that's just a base
(05:22) command and that's just telling the bot that you want to interact with it so you just run an exclamation mark M help if you do that with the bot that will tell you all the functionality that you have available for it so we can run M help and then it tells you all the different kind of stuff you can do in the bot okay um it is relatively straightforward if you ever have any issues you can always open up a support ticket we're always here to help you guys out um but if you want to see the stores that are um that are supported
(05:52) with the personal restock monitors all you have to do is Click uh M and then store names exactly like it says in the text here or sorry M monitors rather yes that'll be all the ones that we have this shows you all the ones that are available that you can utilize for restock purposes so you'll see a lot on here that are not in our public restock lists because some of those sites are us only sites and we don't typically add uh most us only sites in our public list because we don't monitor a whole lot for us sites but if you do want to monitor
(06:25) them privately you certainly can so there's a wide variety of stores in here like there's a couple hundred um all the Heavy Hitters are included like Amazon Walmart Toys R Us Best Buy Home Depot and then also um Shopify is included as well and there are Shopify is like one of the most popular e-commerce platforms that there are today and so a good chunk of uh smaller retailers even some very large retailers like Staples they utilize uh the Shopify platform so if it's a Shopify website uh no matter what website it is you can monitor those
(07:00) guys I think I have to change mine cuz a lot of them are not um they look some American like Barnes and Noble and I don't know I might have to reorganize mine okay go on sorry oh that's okay so what what do you mean about reorganizing yours for for which well you you said you can add ones that you want to stock right you said that there's like 10 or whatever yeah so like for your personal restock monitor that you have each individual person can currently at this very moment um access 10 total unique restocks per
(07:36) person am I looking in the right spot where it says um restock Monitor and then it says Aldo Amazon Amazon us apple right yeah so you can use any of the ones that are listed in here so and so any of those products like if they're out of stock right now you can set up a notification with this bot and then it will actively monitor that for you and as soon as it comes back in stock within seconds it'll send you a DM and tell you that it's been uh restocked okay no because just some of these are I guess they're American like
(08:09) um that are on the not the list that you're looking at the where I'm looking under um restock monitor yeah so I mentioned that we don't have a whole lot of us um a whole lot of us ones in here but we do have some um so I don't I don't need new us anyway but I'm just saying s like all Barn Barnes and and blah blah blah yeah so we do have some of those just because we were looking for restocks on specific drops so like Barnes & Noble released or was releasing some like limited edition signed books and we we were able to get
(08:43) them over the border and it wouldn't make sense it would make sense so that's why we add added them at that time okay cool so most of the restock monitors that we have are Canadian like so if you see a Canadian website and it doesn't say ca or us it's Canadian so like Costco that's Costco Canada um okay when you see Amazon that's Amazon Canada Amazon us we'll say Amazon us okay yeah so let me get back to the member bot here probably be easier for me to find it this way I'm just going to join on my computer now I don't know if it's gonna
(09:19) click me out of this but not a problem so then yeah like uh like I mentioned we have a wide variety of storage that you can monitor and again I think this is really killer for if you have any private leads that you want to um monitor for restocks for yourself especially when it comes to like Amazon OA um I think that's kind of where it's really going to shine and like I said right now it's limited to 10 um per person um but if we don't see a whole lot of usage with members for it then we might increase that per member we just
(09:50) want to ensure that we're not over over utilizing our resources so then if you ever want to add a product all you have to do is just run the command M add and then the store name and then the skew so the store name is what the store looks like on the first section here so like say if you want to add something for Amazon CA or Amazon Canada you would type it as Amazon CA with no spaces so for example if we wanted to add M add Amazon CA then we put in the corresponding skew so with Amazon we put in the as I'm just going
(10:25) to grab a quick as here just one second I'm not even sure what product this is but say if we wanted to add this product we would just type in that Asin hit enter the bot will think for a second and then assuming that you did it correctly it'll then give you a confirmation that you added it correctly if there was an issue with the the link it would tell you that there was an issue and that you need to adjust something so it is relatively intuitive and then uh from right on here on out it's going to be actively monitoring for
(10:59) restock for uh for me for that product and then if you want to remove it all you simply have to do is just type the command M remove and then same format Amazon CA and then your skew so in this case for Amazon be the As and then that will remove it from the monitor for us and then there are also commands that you can use that you can um see what what restocks you currently have running you just do like the same format just m running and then the store name and that will tell you what active restocks you personally have it'll give you a nice
(11:33) little list so it is it is relatively intuitive and it's once you get the hang of it it's kind of strange at first but once you get the hang of it it becomes pretty easy to use so did anybody have any questions about any of that at all okay Ron do you have a question no kind slightly but um I don't think it's relevant now so I'll just wait until the right moment okay for sure if you if you think that you're going to lose your question at all if it's something that you want to ask certainly feel free all sure all righty so then the next thing
(12:22) that I want to discuss is something that we're actually going to be I'm about 95% sure that we're probably going to be in producing probably by the end of this week it hasn't been announced anywhere yet so you guys are kind of like the first to hear about it but it's something called focus groups and so the focus groups they will be found under the settlements and webinars category and what focus groups are is they are essentially going to be um what are focus groups they are companies that are looking for opinions usually on products
(12:53) or topics and they're just doing like market research uh so there are focus groups that exist throughout UK go to in person but these uh these ones are going to be ones that are focused for online focus groups and so what these are is like you can just will be they'll have like five to 10 different links added in here per day of new focus group studies that you can sign up for and it'll tell you how much you you get for uh attending those focus groups and how much time you have to commit to it and then if it's something that interest you
(13:23) you sign up you attend the session typically via Zoom um and then the person that we're going to be have providing the focus groups is kale active guy in the sports betting section of our server because he has done focus groups quite heavily and he's also going to provide some advice about how to answer certain questions that um some of the companies may have how to increase your chances about getting accepted for the the the groups things of that nature and then yeah you just attend the it's essentially like a webinar you answer
(13:55) some questions that they have and then they give you the course responding amount that they agreed to pay you and kale mentioned to myself that he's been doing this since August of 2023 and in that time he's earned almost $5,000 total and most of the time they give you uh payment in the form of like gift cards so like a prepaid Visa card something like that and that's what he's gotten and you don't have to invest a ton of time into it either most of them from what I've seen it seems like um depending on what kind of commit
(14:25) commitment that they need it's like an hour either a one one hour session or like a one or like a 15 minute session a couple times over like the course of a couple weeks it seems like the general pay that you get is typically between about 30 all the way up to about $100 per hour so some of them are very worth it um especially if you don't have anything else going on that you're not utilizing your time for and it's also very helpful if you just you know want some downtime not really have to think about a whole lot and still earn some
(14:54) money while you're doing it we will be posting more information about this once we have everything set up so it'll be a whole rundown about um what it all is what it all entails but I think um for those that are interested in things like that basically free money I think it'll be a a really nice addition anybody have any questions about any of the focus groups at all okay cool so then the the next thing I just wanted to uh briefly discuss is right now uh we do have a a ticket uh information provider in the server so
(15:38) that is spice so he is actually a a full-time ticket reseller himself he has been doing it for I believe seven eight years all he does is he buys and sells tickets and he also dabbles in Amazon as well I've known him for a while and so he knows what he's talking about when he's buying tickets but I'm also looking at introducing a secondary provider um just to ensure that we don't miss any shows like say if spice is not available or with himself he's pretty much only calling out shows that he would personally buy uh there may be shows
(16:11) that exist that maybe he may not want to buy but somebody else may want to explore so that's why I just want to add on a secondary provider just to ensure that we don't miss anything and we have as much information as we possibly can so um I'm not going to give too many details about it now but the provider that I'm talking to he's been in the industry selling tickets full-time as ticket broker for over 20 years he used to work at Ticket Master very experienced so I think he can be a very good addition to the team um and a very
(16:38) good source of information for anybody that wants to look at flipping tickets so anybody have any questions about any of that at all okay cool all righty and then the next thing I wanted to briefly discuss here is the new additions that we have coming for the sports betting section so I've kind of posted a few little pictures in the chat here as teasers and what these are is these are going to be uh essentially Bots that are pulling through a lot of pertinent information when it comes to sports betting so if you are a sports
(17:19) better you can utilize this information to up your sports betting game get some additional knowledge um and maybe just have some more information really accessible to yourself to make better informed decisions on your bets right so there's going to be quite a lot that's been introduced it is almost ready almost it's we're probably going to be introducing it probably in the next week or two but there's going to be all kinds of channels that are being introduced so anything from like insights for the main sports to prop picks uh to uh trending
(17:52) bets on certain platforms so bets that are very popular so in case you want to see what other people are doing uh positive expected expected value or positive EV bets uh Arbitrage bets so that's basically where uh one sports book has the odds at one amount uh usually plus and then the other SP another sports book has the the same bet but at a a minus uh a minus odds and when you add them together you can bet on both of them and no matter what the outcome is you're going to add um positive expected value so you're always
(18:27) going to profit on those guys no matter what so there's actually services that exist that do this kind of uh stuff for you there was one uh I was looking into it I don't remember exactly what it's called but it's like multiple hundreds of dollars per month and so this is just going to be included in our server for free um it's probably not going to catch everything like a a massively like multi hundred paid service would but it's going to catch a lot and like from what I've seen there are going to be occasionally positive EV bets that are
(18:56) decently profitable like fairly decent but most of the time it's it is relatively low um expected Roi on those guys usually you're looking at like between about 1 to 3% Roi so it's not a very big um a big expected profit but it is guaranteed and then of course the more money you have to play with then the more you can earn on that but of course you always want to ensure that you're you know what you're doing Ure that the bets are exactly what they are going to be posted and always play within your own means of course we don't
(19:28) want anybody body developing any problems and we want to ensure people are profiting and not losing any money but yeah I posted some examples in the chat that shows kind of some examples about what these are going to look like some of the formatting is going to change um it's still getting developed and updated but there's a lot of good information that's going to be in here if you are into sports betting or if you want to start dabbling in it so anybody have any questions about any of that at all um what are the sports betting um apps
(20:04) that can um be used cuz I think I tried one um in December and it said it wasn't um for Canada yeah so if you take a peek under the support and resources category and you look at the guides and resources uh just click into any one that says that links to our gitbook doesn't matter which one any one click on our gitbook and then I'm not sure yeah it looks like it's going to change the screen and then all of our guides resources all of our previous call recordings and stuff they're all saved in here and they're all decently
(20:38) categorized relatively nice and neat so if you look under the guide section there is a sporting uh sports betting guide section you open that guy up and then there's a section that's for recommended Canadian sports books because yes there are some that do not operate in Canada and there's some that only operate in certain provinces so this one will tell you the ones that you can use in Canada or the ones that you can use in specific provinces so like bet MGM is only available in Ontario uh bet 365 you can use in any province in
(21:08) Canada uh FanDuel you can only use in Ontario Etc so there's a couple very popular options that are in here for you good and then before you get into sports betting if you're not familiar with it at all I would highly recommend that you read the basic guides that we have in here on how to do proper bankroll management and then learn the basic terminology as well um bankroll management I would just suggest starting with a a relatively small bank roll something that you can afford to lose because it's always possible that you
(21:46) can lose it it's never guaranteed uh we do have a sports betting calls provider in the server he has a very good hit rate but even he goes on streaks where um he goes multiple days where he's only losing money right overall he's profitable um but if you go too heavy too quickly you could lose your entire shirt right so you want to ensure you do proper bankroll management and that you understand what that means so like it it talks about units betting like a unit size and then you'll notice that with his calls that he provides in the sports
(22:18) betting section uh he gives a recommendation on how many units you should be betting so like he says here like Pirates uh no that's not that one that's a different one so on some of these bets he'll say like one unit each right so he's recommending that you spend one unit or basically 1% of your bank roll on each of these bets and generally speaking if you follow his advice over the long term you should be profitable based on his track record and then yeah like eventually in the future um so we do have those those
(23:02) new uh pieces of information coming in for the sports betting and the future we will also likely introduce some additional sports betting providers as well uh we just have to gauge interest if people have the interest in it and there's demand for that in the server then those will be things that are kind of pulled ahead so those are things that I obviously have in the back of my mind and we probably will introduce later on um just not at the very moment okay so the next thing I wanted to discuss just briefly uh just in case
(23:34) anybody was not aware um I put it in the food announcements and also the daily schedule um it was this morning a new door Dash Loop was added to the utility server if you're not in the utility server make sure that you join it you can join it through the uh utility server Channel under getting started so you click on getting started utility server join this guy you won't have access to anything right away uh but once you once you get in there I will provide you access and then you'll have access to the channels that we have and
(24:08) this server is just kind of kind of for secondary stuff that we don't want to um inflate the main Channel with so like things like free food loops and free deals that we can get and then like um free review products that we can get as well we have providers in here that have connections with factories in China um it's not Kosher according to Amazon um but these providers are actually providing their private label products to you uh so you buy them you give them a review and then they offer you a refund after you review that product so
(24:45) they're they're basically skirting around Amazon's buy program same kind of concept but outside of Amazon's grips right so that's not always exactly kosher when it comes to um Amazon's requirements from the seller's perspective but in this case you're not a seller so there's very limited risk for yourself if you want to participate in it if that is something that you do want to do um there's information here about how it works I would just recommend that you don't do a ton every single month only do a couple every
(25:19) month um but yes so the door Dash Loop is one that I posted so this is a new discount code that I came across and um I've tested it on a couple accounts and it looks like it is completely reusable and it offers a 50% off discount on uh new door Dash accounts so you obviously have to Loop it you have to go through the steps to open up a new account hey Abdul could you mute your mic there please thank you uh so you do have to go through the steps of um generating a new account that's disconnected to yourself but we have the information there on how
(25:56) to do that and then you can obviously take advantage of the 50% discount and the no delivery fee so if you're going to be ordering food you might as well be saving money while you're doing it right and then that gives you a discount for your first two orders on a new account and then you can just repeat the steps and open up a new account it also works for pickup orders and you would actually save more money with pickup because you wouldn't incur uh the additional service fees that they have and so this is pretty solid just like the food deals
(26:24) that we have if you're going to be ordering food again you might as well be U maximizing your dollar as much as possible so anybody have any questions about any of that at all okay um you will also see that if you are in the utility server there are some channels and some categories that are blank so these are things that um as soon as I have time these are going to get start getting populated so like so like credit card referrals really good credit card referrals um the information that we have on how you can get your
(27:03) Amazon seller fee completely refunded to you so you can actually operate on Amazon for free without paying that seller fee every single month we have a a an actual known working way that we've discussed in the server before so we're going to post that information in there and that can save you um if you signed up in Canada 30 bucks a month if you signed up in the US I think it's like 30 or 40 bucks us so it'll save you between 30 and 50 bucks a month and that's pretty solid that basically pays for your subscription right there and then
(27:31) we're also going to be introducing um all the different bank offers that are available um because we can also use those to our advantage if you want to spend the time doing it and you can really you can really get good um amount of value back for the time you have to invest so like with like RBC when they offer things like the new Apple watch or places offer new iPads or they offer you cash bonus incentives for switching to their Bank we're going to post information in there on how we can kind of manipulate those systems and use them
(27:59) to our advantage without having to really um inconvenience ourselves cuz you also have to go through the steps about like having a direct deposit withdrawn Etc but there's some easy ways around it and we're going to be posting that information in there so again it's just going to be a way to basically make free money you do have to invest a little bit of time but the value you can get back per hour is pretty good all righty so the next thing I want to discuss is the one thing that I mentioned that we are just working on
(28:36) introducing and that is the Amazon product data on attached to the uh restock monitors if we have Amazon product uh data available so I'm going to pull up the one that I had to show you for an example so we have the ability to attach Amazon selling data to our restock monitors and so basically what will happen is when it detects an item is restocked uh it will actually give you the information for the Asin that we saw previously could have been profitable so you can see it right away you obviously see the keepo chart and then you'll have
(29:12) the profit calculations there as well so again this is something that's being worked on so this is wonky right now so don't pay attention to this you're not going to minus $29 profit this is going to be fixed very soon uh but essentially what this will do is it'll tell you that this is going to cost you $21.
(29:31) 99 and it's going to tell you that on average you're probably going to be able to sell it for uh $41 and then it will tell you that your profit is like whatever $ S8 so you can see at a glance if we've already vetted that info and you can very easily click on that uh make sure it meets your criteria and then buy it and know that you're making a profitable buy so something that's like kind of like something like this is relatively lowkey I don't think a lot of people would think about this but if you do use our restock Mone monitors heavily for um
(30:00) OA this can be a really nice feature it saves a ton of product research it's a lot better than you having to click on everything and then um search it yourself right it saves a a whole lot of time so any questions about any of that at all okay perfect okay so the next thing I wanted to mention is a new feature that we are working on that's going to be introduced very soon that I mentioned to Ron at the top of the conversation it hasn't been announced in the server yet um but it's going to be a mentorship program so this
(30:43) is a channel that is not currently available to you guys uh but if you look in the support Channel you'll see that there's a drop down that's available where you can do the one-on-one mentorship and so like I mentioned to Ron what this is going to be focused on around is all the professionals that we have in the server people who are actually vetted and that I've ensured that they know what they're doing and what they're talking about and all walks of life um it'll give you the opportunity to have a very reasonably
(31:13) priced one-on-one session with them if you so choose so of course it's something that's not required but it's just if you want some deeper one-on-one time with somebody um it'll give you that option to do so and then you would just pay that person directly for their time so I have set it up so I I wanted to make it reasonable but I also want to ensure that we um compensate the people for their time um a lot of people that were going to be including their skills greatly outweigh the the value that we're going to charge but I believe that
(31:47) they should be compensated something for their time so I just decided on a set amount of $50 per hour so whether that's if you want to have access to myself for one-onone time even though like you can pretty much talk to me anyway for probably just free um Carmela if you need um certain tax advice um our sports betting provider our ticket provider um I'm going to talk to people other additional Amazon sellers that may have better information in certain categories like private label um we'll have a list of the people that are available and
(32:22) then you can just open up a ticket uh you'll input your questions in the ticket It'll ask you who you want to have a call with um what your availability is what the kind of things you want to discuss and any questions you want answered then you'll go back and forth with the person that you want to um have the session with schedule a time you will pay them directly and then you'll have a call and then you can go in there and ask any questions that you want ideally you'll have things laid out beforehand of the topics that you want
(32:53) to discuss so that the person that um you are asking to give you some advice will have those things prepared for yourself so whether they need to prepare any materials or walkthroughs things like that and so again this is going to be relatively broad it can range anywhere from the Carmella the accountant that we have in the server if you want like really in-depth tax advice of course you can always ask her questions in the channel absolutely for free but this is like say if you want help with like her looking over your
(33:22) books oneon-one or really in-depth tax advice on your personal situation that's that would um be beneficial for or like if you wanted per se if you wanted advice on like how to do certain sourcing or if you wanted um advice on where your business is if you hit a plateau and you believe that hearing something from somebody that may be more experienced than yourself on how to break those plateaus that might be if you want to have a session like with myself or another um experienced Amazon Seller that we're going to be putting in
(33:54) the server as well so yeah I think it'll be pretty cool and of course like I said it's not required in any aspect I'm not going to be profiting from it in any way unless you want to talk to me directly um it's just going to go to the people directly that you do want to speak with so any questions about that at all um ium would let start what's that Vinnie I'm asking how soon will that start oh sorry I thought it was Vinnie that was talking um so the I plan on having this introduced most likely by the by either we're already the middle
(34:34) of this week so probably the end of this week okay thank you yeah definitely and so off the Hop when we first introduce it we'll probably have three or four different professionals that you can choose from if you want certain advice and then as um as the demand is there um as I conet additional people we will add on additional people in there accordingly and like ideally what I kind of want the server to eventually evolve into is like an overall hub for everything business profit reselling all for Canadians right
(35:14) so I even have visions about like having a a financial professional in here A Insurance professional a real estate like like a real estate broker or a a mortgage broker um that can provide advice for those types of different things and then if you even want to have chats with them then you can also even have chats with them if you want like um information about um investment properties oneon-one if you want information about if you have like an insurance claim and you want their advice somebody that actually knows what
(35:45) they're talking about um I think that can be really beneficial for a lot of people okay so the next couple new things that I want to discuss there's two more things and then I'm just going to go over some demos for a couple things that I mentioned at the top of the conversation that I believe are really good features I don't believe a whole lot of people are utilizing to their fullest um capability so the first one that I wanted to just quickly mention is the Best Buy deal monitors so I mentioned in our I believe the server announcements
(36:24) that we have revamped the Best Buy deal scrapers that we have in the server and from what I can see these are now actively picking up every single discount product on Best Buy uh from Best Buy themselves and also from third party sellers so when we first introduced these deal scrapers they were not doing uh as well they were missing a lot of stuff so we had to adjust things right we had to improve it over time and now it looks like they're pulling through everything so if you are wanting to monitor either for deals for yourself
(36:58) or for OA uh these can be a very viable place to find those things and uh I've compared this quite a bit with the popular website stock track uh I believe probably quite a few people use that site I know I do um me and my team have quite heavily to do OA sourcing uh this pulls through deals a lot quicker than stock track does this is pulling through deals basically within a few seconds of them being posted on Best Buy website whereas with stock track I've noticed I noticed one yesterday um ours our deal was posted on the 19th their deal was
(37:35) posted on the 23rd so it was literally a few days difference it's not always that extreme but in some cases it is so if if you are sourcing like especially like OA products that's a massive Advantage because if somebody's not utilizing like actively scraping it with like TA or manually sourcing the entire website and they're just using stock trck they're going to miss out on those things where if you're paying attention to these channels you can catch them and you can buy them before they go out of stock and then um when it comes to deal
(38:07) scrapers um the ones that we have kind of up top here uh up to the solid line these are all the ones that are like really polished and established these are all ones that are really good so we have our Amazon Deal scrapers they are very solid scrapers for both Canada and the US just recently introduced Amazon warehouse scrapers so for Amazon warehouse deals seen some good stuff come through there already um and then in the near future we have plans on adding additional scrapers for specifically Walmart uh Home Depot
(38:43) Canada and then probably expand it out a little bit from there we already have some of those scrapers for the US websites so like we have Home Depot us and Walmart us we may not utilize those a whole lot um but we can probably catch some price errors with those guys but once we have them for the Canadian side I think they can be um a really nice addition and so those guys will be coming in the future there's no ETA on when we'll get those guys in the server yet um so I can't say for sure but those are kind of the ones that are kind of on
(39:17) the Forefront of the developer for this section so any questions about any of that at all okay so then the last thing I wanted to discuss before we get into some demos just because the people are here in case there's anybody that hasn't seen it yet and that may be interested um I made a post the other day about the Amazon sourcing challenge that I want to conduct in the server I know quite a few that are in here right now have already uh responded to this and have shown interest so I just want to ensure that
(40:00) you're aware that I posted this and if you are interested let me know so that we can gauge proper interest to ensure that we have enough people to participate and my whole idea with it is is it's going to be like a rabbit hole sourcing challenge so going to give people x amount of time uh most likely going to be independently and you'll just be required to film yourself probably between 30 minutes to 1 hour I will start you off with the As and it's going to be up to you to start with that as and then go down the rabbit
(40:29) toll and extract as much value from that as as you possibly can so whether that's um looking at the additional sellers that you have starting with that Asin whether it's reverse looking up that brand whether it's um doing some manual searching for that brand see what website that's from and maybe going down those rabbit holes because the main reason for that is because with Rabbit Hole sourcing that has been the number one thing that has brought my VA team from okay sort sers to extraordinary sourcers um I can give them all the
(41:04) fundamental knowledge all the all the standard stuff that somebody would train with somebody um and they they can get to be pretty okay but as soon as we start really focusing on Rabbit Hole sourcing that's when I see like their lead production their qualified lead production increased from like say like eight to nine leads per day to quite often all we start seeing like 19 20 leads per day and those are unique unique uh unique leads that meet our criteria that we approve that doesn't include disqualified leads and
(41:36) once somebody gets very in tune with rabit hole sourcing um it doesn't work with every single product but when it does it can lead to so much more additional potential so that's why I think it's a very important method to learn and I think that a lot of people probably don't utilize it to its full potential when we first introduce it to a lot of of vas when they first start with us uh I see this almost time and time again with almost everybody we introduce it to them uh they're like okay yeah I'll try that and then they
(42:07) give it a go and then like within like the first hour or so they don't get any results then they just stop doing it because they think it's a waste of time see that all the time time and time again and then I'll follow up with them I like so how's that rabbit hole sourcing going in and they'll like oh like just to like let you know like I haven't really been doing it I'm like yeah I figured so then sit down and I talk to them and I say you know the reason why we're introducing this to you is I'm not introducing a method to you
(42:34) to for your sourcing to get worse it makes no sense for me to do that I want to give you every everything I can to get better because I'm paying you right and I want you to be productive while I'm paying you uh I have a decent amount of experience doing this I would like to think and so I'm training you in the methods that we know that we've perfected and we've seen in the past when we introduce these methods to people their production increases greatly so I know you may have the thought in your mind that I'm
(43:05) introducing this to you I I might just be like your dumbass boss I don't know what I'm talking about I completely get that if you think that's like what we are but that's not what we're doing and I want you to understand why I'm introducing this to you and then once we make them understand it and then they try it again and again and again and all a sudden they pick out one lead and then they reverse search that brand and that one lead turns into like 10 leads all within like 30 minutes minutes they're like okay yeah I see why it's effective
(43:29) now so that's why I think it's just the the thing that you should be working on with if you're doing any type of OA sourcing or wholesale sourcing so yeah if anybody here um has not expressed interest yet if you would like to um if you would be interested in participating please let me know whether just by mentioning in the call or responding to the the message just so we know the interest and again what we'll do is we'll probably run a training session before uh before this just to kind of give tips tricks strategies on how I'd
(44:09) recommend to do rabbit hole sourcing then we can do some brainstorming on like what people think may work best and then like either a few days later or the next week then we'll implement the competition and then the winners will win decent prizes so like we can do like free membership we can do like $100 gift cards depending on how many people we have interest uh interested in if we have the entire server we maybe even consider like lifetime membership but it's all going to be dependent on the interest if we only have a couple people
(44:38) are interested probably not going to give massive rewards but we'll still we'll still give something decent that's uh still worthwhile so anybody have any questions about that at all yeah um when did you say um the the at the demonstration and I going over it and how to do it so when will that we be done we don't have a set time yet so I just posted this in here on the 22nd and I just want to gauge everybody's interest once I know probably but within the next week or two how many people are interested then we'll start getting everything
(45:24) scheduled but yeah and like again like this is just for the community's benefit when it comes to Amazon sourcing so like I mentioned I'm not getting anything out of this whatsoever um I would require obviously everybody to submit the results and then we would go through and we we would ensure we would qualify or disqualify everything and the person with the most qualified leads would be the winner but I'm not going to be taking any of those leads myself I'm not going to be utilizing them in my leads lists chances are tons of them are going
(45:53) to be duplicates from person to person and chances are very high that me my team probably already found them no matter what you're finding so uh I have no incentive to do it I don't do I do very little OA myself now we're almost primarily wholesale so again I have no incentive to take that it's just to provide value to everybody else in the community and to teach everybody something that hopefully is a good skill to help improve your personal sourcing so any other questions about that at all Okay cool so now I wanted to get into
(46:37) just a couple brief demos of some kind of some really key features of the server um just in case people are not aware about them or not aware of how to utilize them properly uh because these are things that I think are really beneficial in the server so I'm going to start with some things that are kind of lower tier on the list so these are just things that are like kind of nice and I would recommend that you pay attention to and then we're going to get into some things that are a lot more pertinent especially if you want to utilize a
(47:05) server and get the most value out of it so the first couple things is just I want to mention the cash out Raffles that we have in the server we have these almost every single week um and what these are you will regularly see Cash Out Raffles for keyboard key caps custom uh handmade ones keyboards and then also so um every single week Scotty Cameron golf clubs so the Scotty C Scotty Cameron golf clubs are always under cash outs and miscellaneous cash outs and then sometimes we'll also see cash outs for verified uh verified fan ticket
(47:41) codes so like say when Taylor Swift has a show you have to sign up to her show in advance and then you are randomly selected if you get a code for a chance to purchase her tickets uh the ticket providers that we have in the server um a lot of time if they are going to be profitable shows they're interested in buying those codes off of you and so that's absolutely no risk you get the code you sell it to them they pay you you don't have to do anything it's it's super easy and then with all the other cash outs they kind of operate on the
(48:12) same concept they're just with different types of items so like with the Scotty Cameron cash outs um this is a person that I have personally vetted very heavily this is a person that is in the US he almost exclusively deals with selling Cameron golf clubs and he deals with a lot of people overseas like in a lot of um Asian and European countries and he has a lot of contacts that have a lot of interest in buying these clubs off of him so he provides Cash Out services to servers like ours so that he can um get access to a lot more people
(48:45) entering the Raffles so that he has more potential of getting the clubs for himself so then he can resell them for additional profit right so for the Scotty Cameron it's pretty simplistic every single Wednesday at uh 11:30 EST he posts a picture of the four golf clubs that are available at scottty Cameron and then he will tell you what he's willing to pay you if you win that raffle so what what this is is he will pay you the retail price of that club plus an additional $1,000 us the retail price plus an additional $2,000 us so
(49:23) all you have to do is enter in the raffle you just have to uh make a Scotty Cameron account account and then when you go into the account you literally just go on here click enter to buy on each one takes like 30 seconds not even and then if you are selected you get sent an email and then you're able to check out and purchase the club um the chances are winning are low because they only release I think it's like 25 30 clubs per each um each individual variant so it is low but it's not impossible and um I've seen him him
(49:56) himself uh get clubs and I've uh seen he sent me pictures of many people that they cash out on a weekly basis so it's not never it's not impossible um and for the very little time investment it takes of like 30 seconds the potential upside is very high sometimes we see clubs that cash out for like five six 7,000 on top of retail right so if you ever do win one of those it'll be nice a very nice Payday for yourself so if that happens what would what would have to happen is you would purchase the club s you would
(50:27) get a ship to you or a us reshipper that probably make the most sense and then you would ship it to him and the day that he receives it he will send you the Buy price plus his cash out uh his cash out the same day and it's sent via Paypal via a no a no fee transaction so it's it's a very easy way to make money of course if you want to keep the clubs if you win and sell them yourself you certainly can um chance are you'll probably profit more in almost every case this is just a way that you can get a um a lot quicker money right
(51:04) and if there are ever people that um say you enter these in or you enter these Raffles and just say by chance um if you ever win one and you do not have the capital to buy it still enter them let me know and we'll work something out that one of us will probably pay for it and we'll still we'll still get it right so just let me know don't don't not enter it just because you feel like you can't afford it do it anyway and we'll figure something out because the potential upside is very high so then yeah with the other cashs
(51:38) that we have they work same similar concept so like the current key cap one that we have right now that is closing in 9 minutes that everybody should enter this is from one of our lead providers Scythe um they provide us a lot of um lead and flip information and they also like to cash out uh key caps um handmade key caps they are collectors and resellers themselves and so depending on the key cap um the cash out will range this one's very high so if you do win this raffle the buy cost is $180 us you send it to them they will pay you $1,000
(52:15) us and all you have to do is get the key cap and then as soon as you get it they will send you a shipping label you send it to them they pay you simple as that so that's why these things say that they are no risk they no risk at all and um again chances are not always super high you're going to win but if and when you ever do it's a nice little payday and then just to show you for example as well um the ticket code cash outs we don't get too many of these it's just based on the ticket season and if um shows have unique codes not all of
(52:52) them do but like for example the last time Taylor Swift um had some shows uh this was in November if you got one of her codes uh spice was offering $2,500 us just for the code so all you had to do was just give him the code he would pay you $2,500 us of course you can use that and buy tickets yourself and probably make a lot more money that's exactly what he's doing but if you don't want to do that and don't want to take any risk you can just sell him the code and get 2500 bucks us that's like three grand almost
(53:27) of course not all ticket code cash outs are that high Taylor Swift is quite unique some of them are like anywhere from like 10 bucks like 100 bucks a couple months prior to this like we had like Bad Bunny and some other ones um I cashed out some Bad Bunny ones for I think it was like a 100 bucks us each and you know they take a few seconds to sign up for and it's just easy money if you win them so any questions about any of that at all okay so the next thing I just wanted to mention that um just to bring attention
(54:07) to because I don't believe a lot of people utilize it or see the value that can be provided is uh webinars so I know it doesn't sound very exciting but these webinars um they are kind of some of the most easy money you could actually make because all you have to do is you have to sign up with a a business or custom domain email so you can do that with our guides that we have our resources so you can use name cheep or I prefer Google domain or like Google G Suite we have guides for both um it has to be a company email they will not do it if you
(54:45) have a regular email because these are companies that are pitching their services to other companies right and that's why they're paying you for your time so all you have to do is just sign up for the webinar and then if you get accepted just join the webinar when it starts most of them are done via Zoom there's no video uh there's no talking on your end it's just them doing a presentation so you can literally turn it on and then walk away or just put it off to the side while you're working and not even pay attention and then you get
(55:11) sent the corresponding prizes right so some of them are not super great like some of them are like only like a $5 card right some of them are $25 GrubHub cards or door Dash uh we sometimes occasionally see like1 $150 Amazon gift cards so so you want to make sure that you watch these and like if you're going to be sitting around like in the office and you can turn on a zoom call if you have a job or if you're at home throughout the day and you just want to turn one of these on and just get a free gift card it's 100% worth it and in my
(55:40) opinion some of the freest money you can make so if these are things that you're not currently utilizing I would certainly recommend that you do and if you look in the how it works section of settlements and webinars it does explain here exactly how they work so any questions about any of that at [Music] all okay so now we're getting to the couple features that I mentioned that are kind of more pertinent especially to maximize your usage in the server so the first one is utilizing the bot restock uh DM messages that are available with
(56:28) our restock monitor bots so we mentioned kind of more so at the top of the conversation about the personal restock monitors that you can use um but if you don't want to utilize personal restock monitors or if you just want to be notified of products that we are we are already monitoring ourselves you can do that very easily so if you want to be notified about a product for when it comes back in stock again all you have to do is find that product it has to be a product that has uh shown up in the restock monitors to begin with with of
(56:56) course and then you just click on the speaker or the Bell depending on what restock monitor we're using so you have to do is click on that then you'll get a DM from our bot and it'll tell you that you've been added to the list and you'll be DMD the next time that that product restocks so the next time that product restocks it'll hit this channel just like it normally does but it'll also send you a private message and it'll tell you that that U product has restocked so like if I show you for example this is one right here
(57:30) that I got this morning that I actually picked up because of this restock I got dm'd that this item restocked I was able to click on the link immediately or the add to cart link and check out and make some money and you can do that with any product so you do that with either the uh the microphone or the Bell you just want to make sure that you get a direct message from the bot indicating that it's been successful if you ever click on it and you do not get a message typically it's the green one that does that they have some errors that they
(58:01) need to sort out if you ever click on it and you do not get a message from a bot that means that it's not detecting that you're clicking on it and you should try again in a couple minutes it could be that the bot is currently getting rebooted for maintenance or something like that if you do not get that confirmation message that means it's not going to inform you so you always want to make sure you get that confirmation the red one will basically always like immediately tell you just the green one sometimes doesn't for some
(58:28) reason and it's something that um it's a known bug and it needs to be fixed any questions about that at all okay so then the last thing I want to discuss and then we can open up to a bit of Q&A if everybody wants or if anybody has any questions is utilizing keywords in the server so this is something I actually talked to Melanie about a little bit earlier today uh this is something that you see me mention in a lot of the posts in the server about setting keywords and not everybody May understand what that means so if you
(59:13) come into our command list again in the general category at the bottom we have command list this is a list of all the commands that you can personally utilize with our bots in the server so we have a bunch of different Bots and commands that you can use different tools that you can utilize right uh but the one that we're looking for is keyword Pinger so what this does is this allows you to set a keyword for any specific channel that you want and then whenever the bot detects that keyword in that channel it'll DM you that message similar to the
(59:50) bot restock one that we just looked at so for example if we look at my list here I'm just going to show you my list it's already up here this is the list of my personal keywords you're not limited to how many you can use you can use as many as you want you just have to just obviously realize you're going to be getting a lot of DMS depending on what kind of keywords you're using and then whenever it detects these keywords you're going to get a direct message okay so it's going to tell you what channel it's in and what the keyword is
(1:00:18) so I'll show you an example of a keyword ping that we would have had here uh item restocked restocked maybe this guy wrong item okay so these are some of the keyword examples that I've been getting so I have a keyword set up for our collectible feed channel so if we click on here it takes us to the Collectibles feed so this is just information about all kinds of Collectibles if I can find our channels here news and feeds um if you take a peek at the pin messages it shows all the information that's in here whether
(1:00:56) it's Twitter accounts Reddit accounts Etc and so I have a keyword set up in here for exclusive so whenever it detects the keyword exclusive it'll tag me and it'll send me a DM okay so because I have that keyword set for that channel there's a lot of exclusive stuff that's dropped so I'm going to get a lot a lot of false positives so I personally have to sift through a lot of information you may not want to do that you may want to be more specific with your keywords right or you might want to have that additional information where
(1:01:25) you set through through and find those potential Little Gems that um vinyl that dropped this morning from that um the the the Paramore uh the Paramore one that dropped this morning from the Netherland retailer uh I found that because I had a keyword set up for the the Collectibles category for signed and RSD and vinyl and I got notified about that looked at it seeing it was solid and then was able to post it and make some good money on it so yeah I would highly enourage that you utilize these and so some standard
(1:01:58) ones that you may want are like certain asens for certain restock monitors um maybe you want certain brand names for the deal monitors so like say maybe you regularly Source Acer Computers to resell maybe you want to add in the keyword Acer for the Best Buy monitors and maybe for the the Amazon Deal monitors right then that way anytime a new deal is detected with the word Acer in it you will be notified and when you start utilizing that stuff you'll be surprised on what kind of stuff you can pick up and what kind of
(1:02:31) profit you can make from that stuff um if we take a look at my list again here so you can see like I have keywords like I set one uh this morning for goody year for those tires that were um price errored on amazon.com and those those tires shipped they're $500 tires I got for $45 us so I set those key words because I wanted to be notified when those ones restock and we haven't seen a restock yet so so I couldn't click that little that little button so I wanted to ensure I didn't miss it I have things like for like Lego set up in the a2a
(1:03:02) Bots cuz quite often it's discounted Lego quite often you'll find retired Lego sets that Amazon is just uh restocking for very very few limited units and you can take advantage of that very quickly or occasionally it's a thirdparty seller FBA that made a price error and they listed their inventory they they were trying to list it for 200 they listed it for 20 so if you're if you're comfortable taking advantage of that you certainly can but you have to ensure that you're able to get that information and review it quickly before
(1:03:34) somebody else does or before it gets corrected so if you do want to utilize the keywords the commands are right here so we have three basic commands so we have the forward slash user keyword that will get you uh set up for get you started for setting up a keyword we have user keyword uh- delete that will allow you to remove a keyword and then user keyword d-list that will give you a list of your keywords so if you come into bot commands what you can do is you can type in the forward slash user then you'll see all the different uh commands that
(1:04:14) are available to you your list will look different than mine but you'll see the ones that you can personally use so if you click on the user keyword one it'll then have a little box and it'll ask you what keyword do you want want so say I want to set the keyword for Lego and then you click on the channel section It'll ask you what channel you want to set it for so you can either look through the list here or you can type it out so I want it for say the ca- a2a dbot so I'll start typing that out ca- a2a it pops up I can click that then
(1:04:50) I hit enter you can also utilize negative keywords if you want um you hit enter and then it'll add it to your list I I already have it added on my list so I don't uh it doesn't get added again for myself and then again whenever it detects that keyword Lego it'll send you a DM with that message so like this like this is probably one of the most powerful tools as as minor as it seems it's probably one of the most powerful tools we have in our server it's a very minor thing it's something that is still relatively
(1:05:27) new to us we've had it for a good couple months um but it's so powerful there's so much potential for it we can catch so much stuff with utilizing This and like you personally can catch so much stuff too or stuff that you're just personally interested in or catch stuff that nobody else has caught or you can catch it buy profit with it and then share it with the rest of the with the rest of the group let everybody else profit to and then earn some points and stuff in the meantime it's a very very powerful tool
(1:05:58) so any questions about the keyword at all this is one thing that um I'm in a group of other uh owners that own groups similar to ours uh they're all based in the US but I like to connect with people and talk and we talk about different providers and services and stuff like this um there's very very few groups that utilize a tool like this there are some that utilize it for themselves like for like the admin team to be notified about drops but very very few give that access to the entire group where you can monitor your own keywords and that's
(1:06:41) exactly what I want to do is like I don't want to just hand things to everybody and say Here's this buy this make money with this I want to also be able to show you how you can make your own money and build sustainable skills and that's why we have channels that here like the news and uh the news and feeds channels so that you can extract information from there if you want and of course if you ever want anything added in here you just let us know and we'll get it added for you um but yeah that's exactly why we have that kind of
(1:07:09) stuff in here for you guys so that you can take advantage of looking to that info and profit from it okay so before we wrap up the main session and then we can have a bit of a Q&A any questions com comments concerns about anything all Jordan um I have a question you know when you were talking yeah earlier about um enter entering the Raffles or whatever they were do you have to have a Us address for most of those or no most of them no uh the Scotty camera ones you do they only ship to the US I no no no no I'm wrong with
(1:07:58) that no they they Shi to Canada they shipped to Canada um I just I last year I got the Scott camera membership and they ship directly Canada so no you don't need a Us address for that um occasionally there are going to be things that you do need to utilize a Us address for um if you do need one okay you can very easily sign up for like a service like crossb pickups and we have guides for that too I have one with um with who sorry Alan Express okay cool yeah so you you any Us address will work um and all those services like you can have the
(1:08:32) address for free you just have to pay for it when you actually utilize it Vinnie what were you going to ask there um I was I was looking at a catch all email service right how that service work like is it they'll provide us uh private email ID or something yeah so if most people like if you look up um a catchall email on Google most people are going to point you towards a service called name cheap and the webinar provider that we have Alec he also talks about name cheap so if we look at here this tells you where you can find guides
(1:09:13) about it the first one that we have here is from Alec talking about a catchall email with name cheep I don't like name cheep um I looked at it and it seemed actually kind of complicated to set up for no good reason I don't know why and I'm it's not like I'm not techsavvy it Just when I looked at it it just didn't look straightforward so I put together a guide for um Google specifically so if you look in the link here guides and resources it'll take you to catchall emails so you open up this guy and this will tell you how you can set up a
(1:09:46) catchall email with Google so you utilizing G Suite so these These are something that do cost money you do have to pay a monthly fee uh but it is very afford able it's not very expensive whatsoever it's a couple bucks per month I think for G Suite I think for one user uh by itself is $10 a month and then you have to pay for your own domain name which most domains you can get for like a dollar to $10 per year unless you have like a really fancy domain but essentially what they're doing is when you set up a catch all
(1:10:16) email um what you're doing is routing any email that is sent to that domain to One Singular email address so say for example if your main email is Vinnie vine.com so when you set up a catchall email any email that I sent to anything at vine.com will always come to your main email so if you have info@ vine.
(1:10:41) com if you have vinny1 if you have Jordan vine.com anything that anybody types it will always just come to that one email address and so the reason why people say to uh use a catchall email is because it's easier to l Loop services or jig your address right you don't need to sign up for a new gmail address all you have to do is just type in a different variation of your email and you're good to go you can utilize like new Gils every single time if you want or you can utilize like temporary or burner emails which we have um guides in here about
(1:11:15) that as well but like the temporary and burner emails um are not typically very viable if you are buying something because you probably still want that receipt and that record that's why catch all emails so nice right you can always just make new Gils too and that's that's an option but you just have to keep track of so many different accounts if you do that so does that cover that question there Vinnie I was trying uh couple of web webinar registration right they have like $25 Amazon card and stuff so most of those are like uh business uh
(1:11:58) webinars right so they are asking for domain names correct so I have my own domain uh but uh that will get lot of junks so I think this is a better option I guess right right so you can set you can set up a catchall email like so if you're going to be utilizing it for like a lot of random signups you I would suggest setting it up to not your main email inbox to kind of like a secondary junk box because yeah you're probably going to get a lot of spam so like instead of up for vinnie.
(1:12:26) comom maybe you want to set it up for vinnie. CA um and then yeah then you can utilize that for everything that you want to sign up for okay interesting yeah okay so I think the webinar stuff is really good actually so I was noticing that so everyone can utilize that so at least I think weekly he's posting at least three or four of them right so just have he pretty much he pretty much posts one like every single weekday and sometimes on weekends so it's like typically about at least five per week most most of the time and then also um I only I think I
(1:13:03) only briefly brought it up once um but if we search for webinar calendar we do have access to the webinar calendar now uh right here so if you do want access to that calendar to all you have to do is subscribe to the the Google Calendar and that will add in all the the webinars that he has provided provided so far in the calendar for you so just a nice little way to automatically schedule them for you so you don't really have to worry about anything else cool so any other questions comments concerns about either the
(1:13:47) server or anything in general everybody's a little bit shy today uh Jordan do you want to talk about the couple of retired Lego set we are getting lot of alerts so I don't see anyone engaging with it uh recently I saw a couple of sets are getting like popping up 100% 100% we can so are you talking about excuse me I have a bit of a cough I think other one which one the other the brick yeah if you go a little further so most of these are like uh those are all new sets you can go forther last week we had lot of yeah if
(1:14:48) you can see this one right just like this guy here yeah so if if if you can go a little bit further up so there are couple of like uh sets which were already the first one right so 780 that is like 23 that is one yes cool 78 z z where's that V oh sorry uh this one this one 7 it's very small 7690 or 7690 okay yeah that is actually retired one if you can look at it take a peek at this guy so it's sold out right now let's look at this guy on Amazon oops looks like it's probably this guy so this one we have a retail of
(1:15:53) $29.99 we haven't seen any discounts on this guy yet have we not no that's actually a retired set if you look at because uh text uh can you go back to there is the third yeah fourth row right retiring retiring 2023 1231 right yeah got you identified as if you if you go go up so most of them are like 2023 right so those are all retired and these get good value probably in Q4 100% I I can probably tell you right now like the Spice Girls tribute like that is probably profitable right now because like that's a Lego exclusive that's a
(1:16:37) brick heads right so if we take a look at that guy I'm pretty sure that's going to be guaranteed profit this one we have just keep these retired uh sites till Q4 you will be able because right 100% And yeah they're probably only to increase with value over time especially in Q4 so this when we have a buy cost of $38.
(1:17:01) 99 when she restocks uh absolutely no no other FBA sers right now so you can basically set your price but you're probably looking at like a minimum of like 65 70 bucks so at that price it's okay profit but you can probably even demand more considering there's no other FBA sellers you can probably even bump it up to like close to like probably like 75 80 even yeah and yeah like for everybody that's in here that is an Amazon Seller that does um do any form of Lego selling we do have some good resources in here for that as well I was mentioning to
(1:17:37) Melanie earlier today that I am actively on the lookout for an actual full-time Lego professional specifically for Canada to pull into the server and the idea would be to have them provide us information on a daily weekly basis of sets that are going to be retiring ones that they think are good for investment and the reasons why um you know they like they they see like this one is going to be retiring in six months so they're going to be buying you know 24 of this set because based on this past set this other Star Wars set it has
(1:18:12) increased this much value um and they think that the set's going to do the same I think having that information in server would be very helpful um there are people that do that in the states uh there are some people in Canada that kind of do stuff like that I contacted a really I think he's like the most popular um Lego YouTuber in Canada called I'm pretty sure his YouTube name is called brixie I've tried contacting him but he hasn't responded to me yet so I try to contact a lot of people and then once we can get somebody that has
(1:18:44) good information in here I think that would be pretty GameChanger um if you can look at this one right so these all are retired 2023 and these are very demanding uh sets 100% especially like Harry Potter 100% and you can see the the fourth row right retiring uh dates so that is what gives the exact date of retiring so that is enough so right and yeah like if anybody's not aware um this bot pulls through information about when the Lego sets are retiring so if the are sets that have already retired chances are the stock is very limited and chances
(1:19:24) are Rel atively high that the price is already increased on Amazon if it's not already it probably will be in the very near future um if you start doing some research into like Lego investing uh Lego investing blindly uh returns better return rates than investing in the stock market and I've seen some studies that people have done they've pumped in about $100,000 into um doing it um their own tests where they just blindly invest in Lego sets that are retiring in like the next six months and uh there was one guy I
(1:19:56) believe he invested 100 Grand and he was able to get a average Roi for the entire year of 30% so he just blindly bought um Lego stats that are going to be retiring in the next six months held them until they retired sold them on Amazon and he made $30,000 off of that he did the same experiment with uh same amount of money but doing a little bit more research on sets and so being a little bit more selective so like for reading like Star Wars and like Harry Potter sets and not just blindly buying everything and his
(1:20:31) average Roi got up to like I think like 40 45% that's pretty crazy like obviously you can turn over your inventory way more than that with like regular consumable Goods um but like how hands off Lego can be if you want it to be and how like basically how much of almost a sure investment it is is pretty crazy like it's very rare that you'll ever have a Lego set permanently tank if you buy it at a bad time it can certainly come back down to retail but if you hold it long enough it's almost always going to increase and be
(1:21:05) profitable that's like one of those things that like it's just always been a good investment so this guy was a buy cost of$ [Music] 64.99 so we can see that there's are there's a couple listings right now and yeah we can see it for up to up to 120 bucks and it looks like the 103 actually sells pretty decent this one is $64.
(1:21:33) 99 76406 76406 64.99 looks like we may have got it on sale before but that's okay yeah so it's still profitable it's not like it's not like 30 50% Roi but the near future it probably will be Harry Potter sets are actually very hot right now just because of like the the new speculated um I think it's like a Netflix a Netflix series that's coming out for Harry Potter that's going to um light a fire for a lot of Harry Potter fans especially when it comes to Lego and like Lego Star Wars has always been very popular and pretty much has
(1:22:10) always been very profitable so this guy's a mini Disney for 3299 discount so this guy's probably not popular right now because everyone body has seen the discount and has went in on it but if this is one that you're willing to hold for like three four months or into Q4 it'll probably become profitable but that's one that's not profitable right now but yeah there's we there's a lot that we can utilize in these channels if you just spend a little bit time utilizing it I was also showing uh Melanie earlier today uh let me pull
(1:22:47) this guy up here this is a s project that I have for the server that I want to put together it's a full spreadsheet of every single Lego set that has retired or has not yet retired that exists for for the last two to three years right so every Lego set is already in here and then the idea is is we're going to connect this to a website like um brick economy or brick set pull in their Lego API information automatically so like the release date shelf life Etc and then connect to an Amazon API probably through keepa and
(1:23:26) it's going to automatically pull that information in here so it can tell us in live live time what the current re what the current selling price is on Amazon what we can expect to profit from that uh from that set today if we were to buy it for retail and then it'll also display for us the current keepa graph we already have those implemented in here and these will update live every time you open the spreadsheet so it'll give you a brand new live viable keep keeper graph right so once we have have this fold with that data this is going
(1:23:56) to be a a sourcing machine for Lego there's going to be like no other tool that really exists where it's going to be like that detailed and that easy to Source because you be able to look at a set you'll be able to see oh the sets are already retired so then you'll be able to find exactly where it is here's the Lego link already we're going to have links to um we're probably going to have Walmart URLs Toys R Us Etc and then we'll have information whether or not we have restock monitors set for those Lego sets
(1:24:26) so it's going to be pretty in-depth and it's it's quite a big project um so it's probably going to take a while but when we do have it introduced that it's going to be available to everybody in the server and it's gonna be really killer this looks really good J this just like some kind of tool yeah like and again like it's it's basic like when it comes like so far as like it's it's a spreadsheet but we can get a ton of data from a spreadsheet and like like I said every sets in here right now so right now we have over,
(1:24:57) 1500 sets in here already in here with the Lego links already good to go so it's already start but how much how much volume you can pull from keepa API so do they allow lot it's all based on the tokens that you're willing to pay for so the more the more tokens you pay for the more data you can pull but like say if we uh if we depending on how much data we need um it's going to cost for each product poll I think for individual product polls it's one token per product I want to say for all the information that we
(1:25:36) would need from Amazon um and like a standard keeper subscription is 300 tokens right so if within a within five hours it would update this entire spreadsheet with just a standard keepa subscription we could buy a a more expensive keepa subscription that's still not that expensive and do it all once every single hour if we wanted [Music] to so yeah like there's there's lots of stuff that has to be done on the back end and a lot of stuff that a lot of people probably don't want to know or don't understand that's fine but once it
(1:26:12) is built it'll be a very very viable tool and another thing um Jordan so some of these retired sets right so or exclusive sets right so those will be like so many listing you can see there right so probably you can filter out based on the number of comment probably that would be the easiest we're going to have it listed here if it's a Lego exclusive okay so it'll say yes because you will be having lot of exclusive you will have like at least 10 to 12 listings right yeah so it'll it'll pull through like the main Amazon listing so
(1:26:54) so yeah you're right like there may be additional Amazon listings for sure so for stuff like that it probably still be beneficial to do some manual sourcing this isn't going to be uh 100% perfect like do absolutely everything for you but it's going to do a lot of the L work but you'll be able to identify if it's a Lego exclusive so it'll say Lego exclusive and then these rows will probably just be a different color to easily identify it'll probably like a like a green or a blue or yellow like all these are Lego exclusives
(1:27:24) yeah makes sense yeah once you identify then you can do manual verification right and then yeah like people can make cop people can make copies of this information and then manipulate it however they want so like if you just want to sort it by like just Lego exclusives you can sort the spreadsheet where you go like this sort it all uh sort it by column W and that will pull all the exclusives up to the top right they all very easy to sort and see yeah we already have some Lego exclusive info info in here for like all the brick heads and stuff so
(1:28:07) it's already already started but yeah I think this will be a very a very powerful tool once we have it all put together looks really good yeah so anybody else any questions comments concerns about anything server wise or business-wise or anything wise Q Montreal I believe uh your name is Vin is that correct if you're here with us maybe maybe not maybe that's it um my only question is just to understand the full process um of everything especially reselling business wise like the overall set up because to be honest most of my
(1:29:11) sourcing I just get most of my things from in the US okay so so I I really want to be I really want to have most my sourcing and everything come from within Canada before I try to um Branch over into the us or have most of my stuff come from the US into Canada right but I really don't understand the full process okay so that might be I can probably touch on some Basics but like to get really deep into it we probably either have to do like an individual session or like a completely separate session with everybody where we can do like some some
(1:29:54) some Basics discussion and some like in-depth sourcing um but so I do have a video on YouTube a couple videos were like there source with me sessions have you watched those at all I think I watched a few like um the one like you have a couple years back yeah so like there's a couple where like I'm just like I'm live with the community and we're doing some sourcing so like there's ones where where I do like tactical Arbitrage or keep a product finder uh have you watched the guys yeah I yeah I watch them I kind of
(1:30:29) have FL understanding about the keeper keeper product rer and with tactical Orit Charing even though I have it and I have a subscription for a year I really don't know how much to use it to be honest I just use it mainly to do like Amazon to Amazon for sure but I really don't understand everything um like the business setup I I have my own catch all email um but how to the flips and everything I really don't I don't know like the like the turnover rate for instance say if I have let's say I'm I'm working with uh $10 right and I want to flip it
(1:31:16) um for the year how much how much turnover um rate is possible for that for the $10 over the year I really don't know I'm just as I said I'm two months in and I'm pretty much blind to be honest well you're doing pretty good you're doing pretty good for being blind you said you already hit a 10K month so but no like those are all good questions and like a lot of the stuff you are going to learn over time like um I could sit and talk to people for hours and explain all kinds of stuff but like that's probably only going to benefit
(1:31:52) you so much cuz you're only going to be retain so much information right um it's stuff that you kind of there are going to be tips and stuff that you can pick up in like these sessions but like you can't learn everything all at once and like my biggest tip to you would be if you want to improve your sourcing pick one type of sourcing method so whether that's keep a product finder whether that's manually sourcing the websites whether that's storefront stocking whether that's tactical Arbitrage or whatever whatever method
(1:32:24) you want to do uh choose that method and actively utilize that method only for a good like say week or so depending how many hours you're doing I would say spend like between 10 to 40 hours on any individual method to kind of get like some base knowledge for it right tactical tactical Arbitrage probably take a little bit more because tactical Arbitrage has quite a high learning curve but like with everything else spend some good time with it get some base knowledge and then slowly Branch out to other methods if you try to do
(1:32:58) everything all at once like say if you're trying to learn ta and you're trying to learn to keep a product finder and all that stuff Al together a lot of people myself included um get analysis paralysis or you get too much information and then it's just not effective in any sense right so like you get all this information you're learning all this stuff but then you start forgetting it or it's just too much at once and you just kind of get burnt out and it's just not effective so in my opinion it's always best to focus on one
(1:33:27) learn it try to become like a semi master and then move on to another type of sourcing that's the best way in my opinion um when it comes to the turn rate question that you have that's a really good question um in our gitbook in our Amazon resources we do have something called an inventory turn rate calculator so I'll explain what this is so Amazon used to have this stat directly in Seller Central they no longer provide the stat to you I don't know why they took it out it's a good stat to have I have no idea why they why
(1:34:03) they took it out um but in my opinion it's a really key stat to track and to work on improving up to a certain point to ensure your inventory is being efficient so um with this I mentioned that a healthy OA or wholesale Amazon business should strive towards an inventory turn rate of between 8 to 12 that means that you would sell through your entire inventory between 8 to 12 times per year so that means that your your your question about having that $10 how many times can you flip that $10 in a year period um depending on you like
(1:34:43) some can definitely do a lot more than this but a good healthy balance uh for volume and profit is between 8 to 12 times so about once per month and so if you look if you if you open up the spreadsheet this actually helps you calculate your inventory turn rate so it ju it gives you some basic instructions of how to use it so it tells you where to go so you follow this link and you get your FBA sell through number so everybody has that on their uh performance dashboard uh and then you just have to enter that number in here and then it'll
(1:35:20) calculate your turn rate for you so say you have a FBA sell uh sell through rate of 1.3 that would mean that your inventory turn rate is 5.2 so you would turn over your inventory 5.2 times per year and your inventory is in stock on average for 70 days so that means that for every unit you send to the warehouse it takes approximately 70 days on average for it to sell so the these are not exactly stats you have to know when you're brand new um I wouldn't really spend a whole lot of time focusing on this I would just
(1:35:56) more so focus on learning the processes on Amazon learning Amazon itself and just sourcing and just trying to grow and then once you start hitting plateaus and you get more experience then start looking at stuff like this this in my opinion is not important to look at until you are a little bit more established it's good to know it's good to know if you want to know it but I don't think it's necessary and I think it can overwhelm people but I'm going to tell you it anyway because you want it to know yeah I I really want to know
(1:36:28) because I said I'm fully in I'm fully invested in this uh so I just trying to get as much knowledge as possible for sure to help me to help me mitigate some mistakes I made already so that's it definitely but yeah like like that's that's like I was kind of surprised like that's a solid question that's somebody that's two months in you don't typically see those see people asking those questions um so kind of surprised by that but if you chances are depending on what it is um this isn't built out for like a whole Amazon guide yet eventually
(1:37:09) I want to like build this out for basically like stepbystep process on like how to get started on Amazon and what to do in this scenario this scenario Etc it I do want to build this out to have that included it's just that that takes so much time and I'm so limited on time but eventually we will get there um but in the meantime for other things we may already have the information in here if not you can always ask and either myself I'll always be willing to answer or somebody else in the group as well uh I did not see how did you access
(1:37:47) that page um can you show me yeah so you just come into the server you come into the support and resources so this category here uh look under the guides and resources Channel and then whenever we post a new guide or anything it's always posted in here but you can click on any link that says our gitbook so it says s.g.
(1:38:15) so just click on that guy and then you'll have access to everything we have in here so then you can look up Amazon guides Amazon resources Etc okay cuz I I just mean to read like go go back through your blogs that you you did on the on your site right yeah I don't have too much on here but I do have some information on here for sure that's that's what I I did not know how to access um the guides yeah yeah so yeah like this is internal so like this is all stuff only for this group so obviously I ask that you don't share it anywhere else outside
(1:38:54) the group but yeah it's it's only in here yeah it's only me so yeah there's quite a bit of stuff in here when it comes to like even comic books eBay there is like basically a entire eBay step-by-step guide I already made a video for um and then how to refine your search um so here's a full tutorial I made a whole video on how to get started on eBay properly so and again I want to eventually do that with Amazon just Amazon is so complex it takes a lot of time there's lots of good information here about buying and
(1:39:28) selling tickets all kinds of stuff um there's we do have some information here right now for virtual assistant that isn't something I would say that you should look at right now because you're probably not anywhere near needing or should you have a virtual assistant yet but for when you do and I mentioned a couple times in the chat that I am almost done the the virtual assistant guy I'm working on I'll show you I have I have it here so it's pretty in-depth um I said it's about 30 pages long I'm almost done uh but the goal is to cover
(1:40:06) like everything so from training to Sops to payroll to time tracking to how to hire a virtual assistant to how to uh manage them properly how to put them through termination all kinds of stuff that I've learned from my experience running a VA team I'm putting in here so basically everything short of actually providing them training directly is going to be in here so uh this should be done I should have it done soon I know I say that a lot it's just I get caught up with things uh but this is almost done uh I only have a few few things left and
(1:40:40) yeah then we're almost done but yeah like as far as I know I don't think anything like this exists and if you're willing to spend the time to actually read the stuff when it is time for you to hire a VA I think this can be a very valuable resource I certainly never had something like this and I definitely wish I did it took a lot of years to uh get the information that I have in here um how long have you been um doing doing this I've been selling on Amazon since uh November 2018 I've been full time since uh I believe it's early
(1:41:27) 2020 well that's good yeah and then yeah like I hired I hired my first VA uh when was that let me pull up my database um I think she's been with me for three three years now let me double check so I hired my first VA October 19th 2020 so she's been with me for almost four years uh she is my VA manager now and I do have a VA team right now we have seven full-time vas I've had up to 10 at the most full-time vas that's big yeah and like I definitely don't know everything when it comes to virtual assistant or sourcing or Amazon I just I
(1:42:16) know like I have some experience with it so I think some of my experience can be decently valuable so what's what's your um take on the OA versus wholesale or when would you think it's good to um for an OA person to Branch over to wholesale I don't think there is a a one-size fits-all I think it's all dependent on each individual person your personal interests your capital um and like your realistically like how much time you have available but I know people well I don't for for ra I don't personally know them but I mentioned in the public chat that
(1:43:06) I've heard of uh ra sellers in the US that are selling eight figures a year so that's over $10 million just doing ra right so and that's very labor intensive um OA is very is much so less labor intensive so and I do know many people that have hit multiple eight figures per year do an OA only I know many people that have done that with wholesale so any model can be very viable the way that I look at it is that um OA is very scal scalable but at a certain point you can spend the same amount of time and buy more when you are doing
(1:43:49) wholesale so what I mean by that is typically if you're sourcing OA you have to always be sourcing uh if you stop sourcing OA your catalog is going to lack um you you can always replenish inventory but you're only ever going to be able to replenish a certain percentage of it uh there's always going to be inventory that dies that tanks that you can't repurchase because it was an opportunity buy because it was on sale or clearance or whatever so you're only ever going to be able to replenish a a certain percentage of your inventory
(1:44:20) and that's probably going to decrease as you scale so that means you have to be spending time sourcing or you have to be paying somebody else to do that or you have to be reviewing those leads or purchasing them Etc and you're typically not buying larger volumes of individual asens right you're typically buying smaller volume of many different asent whereas with wholesale it's typically not always but typically kind of the opposite whereas with wholesale um a lot more items tend to stay more price stable for longer not
(1:44:53) always they still have the same issues as OA but there's additional barri of Entry so they tend to have more stability to them and you have access to way more volume but you typically do a tradeoff that you're able to purchase more units more quickly on listings that sell more volume in general but generally you are um sacrificing a little bit of margin usually speaking when you are wholesale only your overall profit margins are going to be lower than OA of course there's always exceptions but typically like if you're comparing Apples to
(1:45:32) Apples like multi-millions of dollars per year OA compared to wholesale almost always Wholesale in general are going to have Slimmer margins but higher volume but you have more access to products uh you're able to place POS uh for thousands of units of one individual asent if you want a lot of the time you can't do that with OA yeah that's true but yeah like you can you can build out like a really a really decent profitable store with like say even like a 100 different Asin if you find the right stuff uh but that's just more
(1:46:12) possible to do with like that few of Asin with wholesale with AA it's trickier to be at a certain scale when you have fewer a fewer asens it's still possible it's just trick here because of the massive fluctuations that we see in OA you can build out a uh for like comparison wise I say like wholesale I can have like a standard catalog of like 100 as and I can probably reasonably sell and profit as much as you could with like say maybe like three to 500 different Asin right and obviously my workload is a lot less having to review
(1:46:49) 100 asens and replenish 100 asens and only have to only have to place like maybe two three four orders with suppliers whereas with you if you have three or 500 different as you're probably placing maybe like 100 plus orders or or maybe slightly less or maybe more right so that workload is obviously very different yeah that's true but yeah like every every model has its pros and cons like OA is very easy to get started with with very low barrier of Entry uh Wholesale in general it takes a lot more upfront work you have to open the accounts you
(1:47:34) have to go through the cataloges you could spend hours dozens and dozens of hours contacting people sorting through a catalog and get nothing from it right so that's something that you have to be willing to accept especially when you first start it's going to be very hard yeah I that I most people that I try to reach out to they're like okay you don't have a w house we can we can you can ship to your home address um or FL flat told me no we don't work with um online sellers or Amazon sellers I got a lot so I said as
(1:48:16) I I have the time so I'm just I'll source for like six seven eight hours a day a day and then I like okay let me rest a little bit go to the gym come back and let me try um work on the see if I can get an account with a wholesaler the distributor yeah and like a lot of that is going to be definitely a numbers game the more people you contact the more likely you're going to get a yes and like when you first start you're open rate because you're probably not experienced with uh that language those people how they talk and negotiating
(1:48:53) with them Etc and like um kind of Sid stepping any um any uh objections that they have about selling on Amazon you're going to be less experienced with that so you're going to face a lot more rejection and your open rate for catalogs may be between like 1 to 10% so like if you contact 100 people you might only get access to one maybe up to 10 catalogs and then when you get those cataloges only about 1 to 10% of those cataloges are going to be profitable so out of like a 100 different people you contact you might find one profle
(1:49:27) catalog it's going to get easier the more that you do it the more people you contact it's because you're going to be able to talk better you're going to be able to identify if a place is um worth contacting to begin with um but that takes a lot of time and skill and development to reach that point yeah from my from my knowledge is that a component effect the longer you're in this you it's it's the better right sorry if you have better English it's better no I'm saying it's like a compounding effect where the longer
(1:50:03) you're in the in this space you understand more oh yeah and 100% assuming that you're doing focused working definitely um the more experience that you have with anything um in any industry that you're in if you have somebody that's more experienced and they're not just somebody that just comes to work punches the clock clocks out chances are no matter what you do they're going to be better at at the job than you are if they have that much more experience than you have and they're going to be more successful with it
(1:50:33) that's just how it is and those are things that you have to develop over time with experience thank you 100% so yeah um anybody else have any questions anything before we start getting wrapped up here for the for the session KB Melanie Q MTL you guys have been a little quiet today I don't have any questions just a thank you for all the info for sure definitely my plan and just to kind of piggyback on on what Ron was saying just the longer you're in it the easier gets 100% yeah you see that a lot with people when they first start sourcing like say
(1:51:29) OA um a lot of people have a lot of problems finding products like it because it is when you first start very difficult but the more the more that you do it the more muscle muscle memory you build the more experience you get the more easily you're able to cherry-pick information viable products the more of a breeze it becomes sure yeah like the the one message I think if it was easy at the beginning everyone would be doing it and it's not so oh 100% if that and if that was the case everyone would do it and nobody would be
(1:52:05) profitable right that's definitely how it works so it would influx way too much uh Supply versus the demand exactly but yeah um like stick with it Ron stick with it I told Ron he's doing solid like he's in his second month he's already at 10K sales that's amazing yeah that's super solid um there was the one message that I think it was Dan in this chat about vas talking about like VA lead production I don't remember when that was sometime and like I mentioned about um he asked about like my production versus their production and I measured
(1:52:51) that last year around the Easter holidays cuz they were on holidays and we needed to still produce leads for the service that we have and so like I said my minimum standard for them is 1.25 qualified unique leads per hour so that's 10 unique leads per day so that's per VA at that time I think I had 10 vas so in the same amount of time or it was in less time I I for two days straight it was like six to seven hours that I worked sourc in uh where they typically have eight hours um I was able to produce as many leads as all them
(1:53:32) were able to do to produce combined in less hours so I was doing I was doing the work of 10 people in slightly less time oh my god well you're a superstar no no not at all but like I've also I'm familiar with the brands of products that we have they're from the Philippines so it's a little bit harder for them to identify products that they're not familiar with um they can't cherry-pick things as well they haven't been doing it as long as I have they don't have experience in every single sourcing method that I maybe
(1:54:10) specifically do like it could work to their advantage as well because sometimes I'll be sourcing and I'll be like ah no no no cuz I know the product or I know the brand I think if I didn't know I'd probably click into more stuff so it could work in Reverse too for sure 100% but they don't know the brand but that's also something that like if you want to improve that yourself you need to tell yourself to stop doing that and look at it regardless because yeah like that's something that I definitely um try to instill in my vas is not to have any
(1:54:47) type of bias when it comes to a brand or like just because they look something up pre iously like maybe they looked up um stash T for example and maybe at that time they found no viable products so when they come across it again like say like a TA scan they're just going to completely disregard it like three months down the road I always say don't do that re-evaluate it because markets always changing on Amazon just because it wasn't viable then does not mean it's not viable now yeah that's very true no there's always new listings and all
(1:55:20) kinds of stuff so there's hundreds and hundreds of thousands of new listings I believe added to Amazon every single month cool so um what sorry break what would you classify like a a quality lead for example if I see something that might be like a high Roi let's say 60 70% and but I'll see that it only sell like on the keeper uh it only sell like 11 11 for per month um so and even if when I um so me for for the few for the months I've been in um I tried to do test buy little by little but um for instance there were several SE three times
(1:56:19) specific where um I do test buy and like okay this sells good and by the time I send in the products like everybody find it and that's kind of the game when it comes with OA so like if you're doing standard sourcing with OA especially storefront stalking because storefront stocking is like the lowest hanging fruit if that's all you're doing or you're only sourcing from The Big Box retailers like Walmart Home Depot Etc then yes chances are your products are going to be found very soon and if you want those to be profitable you have to
(1:56:56) be very quick you have to be finding them right when they go on sale or right when they're viable sending them in immediately selling them as fast as you can getting your profit getting out of that product and onto the next one that like at um at a certain scale that's kind of how OA exists um there's always again exceptions to that like there are definitely products that will be viable for longer but those tend to be products that are harder to obtain they have a higher barrier of Entry they're from obscure places that people have never
(1:57:27) heard of or that are very hard to Source or maybe you have to go pick up a little Boutique in store and everybody else is lazy they're not willing to go in store pick up a product but you are because you're a hustler you know like if if there's any different if there's any of the additional barriers of Entry it makes it harder to get chances are those products are going to be viable for longer I'm not going to tell you exactly what it is but I do have a couple of RA products okay um when I was more Arbitrage focused I was almost always
(1:57:59) more ra focused over OA um because I always found that the products I could treat more like wholesale because I focused on places that I could buy more units like Costco Wholesale Club Etc I could basically buy any amount of units I wanted from them so I treated it kind of like a wholesale model but also the those products because they are they have a quote unquote higher barrier of Entry a lot of them stayed stable for a longer period of time and there are some products that I have sold ra that I still sell today that I've been selling
(1:58:37) for years like two three years plus and I still sell them today it's not many but it's some oh that's that's agree yeah but those are products that are quote unquote harder to obtain people have to spend the effort to go out pick them up from the store deal with big bulky and they don't want to deal with it but we will yeah so whatever it Tak yeah but like so if you're doing sourcing um again I don't know if you've seen this but in our Amazon resources we do have the Arbitrage retailers database so if you take it if you take a
(1:59:21) look at this guy and under the retailer database there's a spreadsheet oops uh the retailer database click on the spreadsheet and this is a database that my team and I have compiled over the course of a couple years for our lead sorry to break you with the um the SES what's that that's that's the um with the with each um site that can I can I can visit right yeah like all these are VI viable websites to Source from so so what what I did was I I got that and and I break it break it down into like categories and I try to um set
(2:00:05) each side to to a different category so I know like okay if I'm looking at um this side mainly focus on um Pet Supply I click on Pet Supply and I'll I try to go to as many as possible yeah for sure but I was going to mention with this is every single retailer that we have in here me and my team have personally vetted so we are very certain that they are legit retailers I can't always be 100% positive because things can change but we're pretty certain um and all these sources are places that we have actually sourced products from so every single
(2:00:42) store in here we have found OA products from every single Source in here so with that knowledge you should know that to an extent you should be able to find profitable products from every single website that's in here because we have well that's great I need that's a very very very long list but I'm going to take it on so yeah like and again like don't overwhelm yourself with information um but this is again another tool that you can utilize if you so choose um and it makes things a lot easier because like a lot of the websit
(2:01:22) on here chances are a good chunk of them you've probably never heard of if you've probably never heard of them and I know like you're not specifically from Canada Ron but I think you've been here a while but say if you're not that familiar with Canada's culture as somebody who was born and raised here if you ask a Canadian uh like say a Canadian friend that you have have you ever heard of sweet pea and they tell you no okay cool that's probably an obscure place the stuff I the stuff I get from that source is
(2:01:53) probably going to be less saturated okay really a good tip thank you for sure uh q q Montreal I believe that's how you pronounce it um he asked me in a in a DM if Costco items are usually saturated it depends on the products um with Costco if you really look at stuff Costco products they really EB and flow with Costco sales Cycles so you'll see uh one item goes on sale you'll see the sellers will increase as soon as it goes on sale but like anywhere from like 5 days to about like s days after you'll see the sellers increase you'll see the
(2:02:33) price coming down it'll uh it'll probably level out after about like a month or so a price decreasing depending on how much competition they have uh and then it'll level out at a price that's either uh barely profitable or break even it'll stay like that for a month or two depending on sales volume uh depending on what everybody has in stock then it'll increase back in price and it'll stay back at that higher price until it goes on sale again almost every single Costco product works that way so um there are products as I mentioned
(2:03:06) that you can buy they're going to be viable for a very long time um they might be Regional so like Costco every single Costco store doesn't always have the same stuff quite often they do but there are some Regional specific products that some places have where other places don't and there definitely are Regional specific sales so your Costco might have a manager special of like say this Lego set that's marked down from like 50 bucks to $20 my Costco may never have that my Costco may not ever even have that Lego set it may
(2:03:39) never have that sale so those are good things to know um if you want some Costco Basics I have a a blog post on my website sppo a.ca blog um there's some information here for Costco and this just gives information about what Costco's price tags mean if you don't already know it like how it ends in uh 97 it's a clearance number if it has an ash risk it's being cleared out Etc this is good information to know so if you see that on the tag you know it's being cleared out it's never coming back or if it's on clearance Etc and
(2:04:15) then if you want to Source Costco I showed Melanie this earlier today depending on where you are in the country you can go to uh one of two websites coco w.ca or coco e.ca the West is for the west side of Canada so like I believe it covers Montreal Saskatchewan not Montreal Manitoba Saskatchewan Alberta BC and then Coco East is the rest of Canada um they go into Costco every single week they take pictures of every single product in Costco that's on sale and they post it in the blog post so you don't have to go in store and source for
(2:05:00) Costco you can literally sit at your computer say see this product cool look up on Amazon doesn't make sense next product look up on Amazon doesn't make sense then you can build yourself a shopping list and you know exactly what you want to get at Costco this is probably like one of the most effective ways to Source Costco in my opinion besides like um Regional specific stuff that may not pop up or Regional specific sales this is one of the most effective ways um but yeah like a lot of Costco stuff you're only going to be making
(2:05:30) money on it for a short period of time and a lot of Costco stuff you're only going to be able to Source it when it's on sale it's only going to make sense when it's on sale but if you do it and you do it efficiently enough you can make a good amount of money doing it but yeah they have absolutely everything everything that's on sale like there's hundreds of products that posted here here every single week every single Monday for sure yeah thanks for that information definitely um so yeah like I can tell you right now like these water picks are
(2:06:11) probably profitable maybe Canada maybe the US I just know that from experience um I could probably pick out quite a few things in here obviously you wouldn't look at appliances or refrigerated Goods or meat or produce or anything like that but everything else look it up get familiar with it going to take you a long ass time when you first started doing it but once you do it enough you'll be able to start cherry picking items and it'll be a lot quicker you'll be like I don't want to look that I don't want to look that up I do want
(2:06:37) to look that up I don't want to look that up you'll be able to trade pick things with more of an effective hit rate did you see the tape in there I got to post that I think you just passed it post it geez I don't know I don't know if I I don't know if I passed it let's just search for it I thought you did no I found some tape just for personal use not to actually sell there's like eight rolls for $15.
(2:07:08) 97 and they were the big giant rolls so I was going to post it in the group so you guys could go grab it for yourselves yeah and like if it's good tape too' be very solid for for packing for sure yeah it's the Scot the Scotch brand yeah so it's not cheap ass tape I use uh I use Uline economy tape uh we get we get cases of it um because we use so goddamn much and like it works it's not super great tape but we only use that for like sealing bubble bags and bubble wrap and stuff uh for for box for boxes we use uh water activated craft tape oh you're fancy we're not there yet
(2:07:47) okay Jordan I know like there very tape does matter I have to be honest cuz I bought some stuff from Amazon it's awful I just can't wait to finish it tape yeah yeah pcking tape it's just awful yeah like the Uline economy stuff is fine for bubbles like bubble bag ceiling stuff but boxes it was kind of pain in the ass and uline's poly bags are absolutely horrible we I switch from those years ago I'm trying to see on the on the Costco East if I can find the tape I'm going to screenshot and post it it's funny cuz in gu I saw it was
(2:08:29) $497 I'm not near guf if anyone's near gu it's $ 497 in the Costco um but by me it was $15.97 which is still a great price that's where bought my TAPS in C school did you the scotch one yeah he a pack of eight yeah eight yeah that's the one it's a great deal I might go grab some more I'm not there yet where I need to go to a bunch of this so CU monreal just dm' me and ask me where I where can I buy poly bags at a good value so your best bet is probably started off with just like a variety pack on Amazon um let's see what they have
(2:09:28) available I'll tell you which ones are um are Uline bags cuz people repackage Uline bags and sell them and they're garbage these bags that look like this these are Uline bags most likely hold on let me look I I was scrolling this is what uine bags look like so I would just I wouldn't buy those those just give me PTSD are is that from mailer cuz those are awful this is from warehouse deals So it's b b b Lin Lin oh yeah those are good I like you know who I like is um Spartan I don't know who those are SP yeah those ones right there so I've also
(2:10:07) heard good things about uh smart Wiz so if yeah they're a little bit more expensive I like smart Wiz and smart and spart rest of them that's just my opinion yeah so getting like a couple hundred packs would probably be a good a good way to go or if they have like a variety pack that'd probably be good too um is he new Jordan is he newer I believe CU Montreal just just recently started like maybe like a month or so ago okay yeah so um because I know Spartan had some good sales on the thousand packs right before I don't know if they're
(2:10:41) sales now but but yeah like for being brand new the sizes I would recommend the sizes I recommend or or about sizes um you can kind of like change them interchangeably but I would probably get like uh about 6 by9 about 11 by4 um you depending on if you're selling makeup and stuff um if you're going to sell like some makeup lip liner like very small things maybe um I think they're 3x6 uh but if you're not going to sell very small stuff then don't worry about that six 6 by 9ish or I think I think that's I think that's like
(2:11:22) standard size the sizes that we get from the US are quite a bit different but 6 by9 I think is let me just I'll pull up my spreadsheet hold on give me a second I have a spreadsheet for everything uh supplies the ones that we stock are 6x4 I don't know if you can get those in Canada they are thin and Tall those are really good for like spray bottles and shampoos and stuff uh you might not be able to get those in Canada but those are a size I really like uh but 9 by 12 that's a good size 6x9 11 by4 that'll cover most of the stuff that you need
(2:11:58) and then if you're feeling frisky maybe like 14 x 20 for if you're going to get some big stuff um if you don't want to invest in bags that are 14 x 20 because they are quite expensive or bigger you can just get um like stretch wrap so like stretch wrap on Amazon or like a roll of stretch wrap from like uh U-Haul and you can you can use that in instead of a poly bag for stuff that's big it's not going to be efficient for your time you still want to rather use a poly bag versus stretch wrap if you can but for
(2:12:26) the big stuff you can use stretch wrap do not usean WP ever that's that's ghetto but yeah so for us we stock we stock 6X 14s 4x6 9 by 12 6x9 11 x 14 and 14x 20s those are the ones that we stock and like the main three sizes that I had for a long time were 9 by 12 11 by 14 14x 20 that basically covered everything that we needed so if you just find like either a couple variety packs or like one variety pack that has about those sizes or like a 100 pack of each that'll get you started just make sure that they're
(2:13:12) transparent and make sure that they have a Suffocation warning on them um I don't know about Spartan bags but if Melanie says that they're good that might be a a viable option um make sure that they have good reviews because there are bags that they're just like their adhesive just absolutely sucks and they're just going to be a waste of time you're you're going to have to tape the bag shut that's uine bags uh and there's also a lot of bags where the peel strip is super clingy and it never gets off you oh that's awful yeah so like I don't
(2:13:43) know any Canadian bags High mailers like that don't buy from IM mailer yeah like really cheap bags are like that but also uine bags are like that um we buy bags from I love supplies out of the US and they have heavy strips and they never do that but yeah just find something that has decent reviews and get something like that's around those sizes I don't even know where if smartwood exist anymore they they do they're actually really good but they're a little bit more expensive they do they also have a like a value pack that's got all different
(2:14:19) sizes in it I don't know what they're selling or what size they need but smart Wiz is around smart Wiz yeah yeah I haven't used them I've just heard good things about them so yeah for standard supplies obviously you need poly bags you need tape um if you look in the public Amazon uh server that we have we do have a uh FAQ section in there and I did put some info in there about some standard supplies that you kind of need to get started I would just look at that and just make sure you have your bases covered so boxes tape a
(2:15:00) tape gun labels poly bags you obiously need a computer a scale not a bathroom scale some form of printer bubble wrap dunnage slacking paper to fill in your excess space you can get that quite often in your OA orders if you order it if not you may need to purchase it so you don't have a bunch of excess space in some of your boxes or you can cut them down and stretch rep that's kind of like your Basics that you need to get started yeah any other questions or anything before we wrap it up here probably coming to the end right away
(2:15:53) uh Q I'm I'm gon to it's Vin right is that your name if you want to send a message or if you have a mic yes cool I'll just call you VIN so I I don't know because I'm not sure if I'm pronouncing your screen name properly um have you sent in a shipment yet to Amazon just type in here uh sent me picture of some labels yeah those are 30 up labels so those will work with any laser printer they would also technically work with an inkjet um I wouldn't recommend using an
(2:16:57) inkjet printer you can if you have to um but they're not ideal if you have a laser printer it's better but yeah as long as they have good reviews and good adhesive that's good there's I've definitely had some shitty labels in the past that do not stick and they're not nice to deal with and send the first shipment of the scrub m in beautiful those is that all you got for your first shipment which just the scrub mummies do you have anything else going in with them I like I don't want to know what you're sending in I just want to
(2:17:31) know if you have other products just scub m be cool so those ones will probably be actually pretty easy for you for a first shipment because they are super light uh you can pack a ton of them in a box relatively easily and they should be super easy prep uh if you're doing singles uh you have to ensure that the barcode is completely covered um and you have to ensure that the FN skes that you print are completely flat and not folded over the edges so I'm not sure if the FN skew will fit on that barcode properly if it
(2:18:08) doesn't just cover up the barcode with a blank label and put the fnq on the back make sure the fnq or your your personal barcode is completely flat not bent over um in any way so just to ensure that it's fully readable by Amazon if you are polybagging any for like two packs you just stick two in a two pack um make sure that the barcode is not exposed so you might need to cover them up with labels before you put them in the bag seal them make sure there's not a bunch of excess uh poly bag hanging over because Amazon only
(2:18:41) allows you an inch on every side uh so you might need to tape it a little bit if there's too much excess a bag and then put your FN skew on the exterior but yeah those guys will be pretty easy for you to get sorted it'll be it should be a non-overwhelming shipment so it's a good way to get started just type in in case anybody is just sitting in silence [Music] and those as well like with the scrub buies um that was a really good sale at Home Depot so I don't think that there was that many available throughout
(2:19:33) Canada so I don't expect that sale to really impact the price um especially like for the the the single listing that sells more volume it shouldn't really fluctuate the price at all and from what I recall the selling price looked fairly stable so you should be pretty safe with that product your two packs and stuff May fluctuate a bit I think they are more profitable they sell less volume but I highly doubted just because like there was so much limited inventory available for that price in Canada but I think like some of the two
(2:20:11) pack listings um the singles from what I recall they profit like three bucks something per some of the two packs I think for the two pack it profits like eight something per so you might get more value out of some two packs just a little bit less volume KB did you get all those uh High smile sold if you're here maybe maybe not uh Vin said I went to for for Home Depot only one actually sold to me the other lost their shipment yeah shitty uh I'm not sure if you did but in that post the Amazon lead I had a link on there
(2:20:56) for stock trck the website I was mentioning this to Melanie earlier that's why it reminded me um if you ever see posts like that uh you can click on stock track and it should tell you if your store has stock and if they are selling for the price that we indicated for so I'm not sure if you're aware of that or if you did that it's not always 100% accurate uh but it's usually pretty close yeah I was watching stock Track cool Beauty so yeah like I know you mentioned like you're kind of just getting into uh Amazon and you came from the sneaker
(2:21:48) world so like we are I would like to say we're kind of Amazon first because that's like kind of where I come from and most of our members come from but like we are kind of I am trying to make it like as diverse as possible with as much information from as much different categories as possible that's why you see so much from like eBay and webinars and focus groups and a little bit of sneakers even though we're not heavy in sneakers Etc um so yeah I hope I just wanted to Hope and just say that you're finding some good value in it so
(2:22:20) far there's not always just specifically like Amazon leads are getting pumped out every single day um but you can certainly make use of the Bots that we have the a2a Bots we find a lot of good stuff from them and yeah all the other resources that we have you got referred to the server by Thomas was that correct cool do you guys know each other I would assume like personally just from a sneaker resell group cool right on are you still heavy into sneakers yourself full time okay weone cool so you do quite well with sneaker
(2:23:22) reselling then I would assume so what made you want to get into Amazon then KB are you here I can't believe people just go away and leave their mic on oh hello can you hear me I can hear you now yeah oh sorry my mic was muted I didn't realize I was talking but it was
(2:24:29) I was busy too I was driving earlier jeez yeah how's it going good about yourself I'm doing good good were you able to I asked you earlier were you able to sell off all those High smiles yeah yeah I managed to sell them Beauty made a yeah good profit about 1K nice not bad not bad off of one lead for 50 bucks a month yeah no for sure yeah nice it was my first so you know I didn't even like risk it too the the the company had like 700 in stock they got wiped in like a week or so yeah had a lot of time to buy it if you wanted
(2:25:13) it yeah for sure I I instantly knew it was something good but but but s you know it's not bad it was a really good flip yeah y uh Vin once you're done typing here I'll I'll show you what I'm mentioning here with KB because it was just a solid product that are a2a monitors picked up and very profitable and yeah like I don't think most people even took advantage of it I think only a couple people did and you were one of them yeah what about the protein shakes did they end up they never end uping them no I did not they all ended up
(2:25:51) canceling they said that they were supposed to be arriving that day and then GNC waited and they said that they're late and then they canceled them I was like you bastards no oh it was it was too too good of a deal of an error I guess I got like I don't know if you saw those tires that I posted earlier today those are shipped yeah I've seen you post them I didn't look at them I'll be honest I was a little busy but $45 for uh four tires well $45 each per tire but those tires retail in Canada for almost 500 bucks
(2:26:27) Canadian a piece o wow yeah that's crazy I I don't need tires I just bought them with the because I was like it just a good deal I'm probably gonna try to sell them oh yeah they they'll easily be bought even locally I would imagine like they're pretty big but then I was looking at I bought them I'm like oh they're like 60 lbs each holy wow yeah that's heavy so um must be some heavy duty tires uh like trucks or something yeah like they're I think they're like I want to say like they're 33 inch tires oh wow something like
(2:27:07) that uh Vin this is the product I was talking about so this is one that um our a2a monitor picked up it was I'm quite certain it was a price error from the brand itself so I'll go in like I'll show you like the the a2a bot it picked this guy up so it found this info uh it was priced for $10 that normally sold for like 38 plus and the profit uh from our bot was about $14 per unit right so we click into this guy and like these are not always that accurate numbers that's not pulling information directly from Amazon this is just an
(2:27:42) estimate but it should get you relatively close we want to do pro proper profit calculations obviously and so yeah these guys our buy cost was $10 and we were buying from the brand directly so the brand normally sells this product they normally sell it for like 44 33 $38 and then out of nowhere they just dropped it to 10 bucks right and so I was like this is either a massive sale or they messed up um and I'm quite certain they had a price error because they had the same product on their website but a different size so this one
(2:28:19) is 20 this one's 14 treatments they're one on their website they had on sale on their website directly for seven treatments they had that one on their website directly for $10 so I'm pretty sure that they just adjusted this price to $10 thinking it was the same product and didn't realize it and then yeah so like this one sells a ton right and we can tell like Amazon up here it tells you how many have sold in the last month um this is actual data If the product has sold more than 50 units right so this will tell you and this is actually from
(2:28:52) Amazon so you can actually trust that whereas with keepa we're kind of interpretate we interpret interpreting the data um keepa just recently as well added this yellow line on the second graph that charts this data up here so we can see at any given time how many units they're actually selling per month so like this product cons oh that's new yeah it is new I I announced it in server you got to pay attention dude come on yeah I'm not out today all Jes but I will be out I was I was really busy but I will be soon I announced it
(2:29:23) when it first happened like the day after yeah okay so we can hover over that guy and it's charting that data and tells you had any given time um how many You' actually sold per month and so the way that it works it goes 50 plus 100 plus 200 plus 300 plus Etc so it's not an exact but it gets you pretty close so if it says that it's sold 400 that means it sold at least 400 in the last 30 days so it sold 400 do you know if these are units or orders 400 orders or that would be as far as I'm aware it's units okay because this is this is this
(2:30:06) is data directly from Amazon and if it's a variation product it applies per variation so it's not up like the sales rank charts are it's actually data for that individual variation it's actually accurate oh that's dope yeah that that really helps yeah a ton and I've confirmed it I've done it a lot it doesn't share data with the us like we can see right now like this guy selling for 1950 in the US this is Canada only if we switch over to the us we'll see that the volume is probably substantially higher yeah like 1K plus
(2:30:38) that's it's his own data wow so um yeah so we we can make very good estimations with the data that we have right and so like here like they regularly sold like 100 plus per month dipped down to 50 for a bit um but they're like typically selling between like 100 to 50 or 50 to 100ish per month and then obviously when they drop down in price like those sales increase massively and um when a product gets ranked way better you can definitely ride a wave for a while even when the price increases again just because it's
(2:31:18) so well ranked it'll slowly like the rank will slowly creep back up but like we can see over here the product previously when they were selling it for 3850 it was like regularly like 10K 12K sales rank when it came down to 10 bucks it was, 1500 1300 and now like price has recovered completely uh sales rank has come back up it's not completely back up to the average that it was uh so we're at like 6 7K so like in this range right here we can still ride that wave of the sales at the higher price and that's exactly what happened so it was still
(2:31:53) selling um increased volume but at a much higher price and now like we're going to see the sales rank creep back down the volume is going to level out probably still going to sell like 100 or so per month but that's still solid right and so like KB mentioned uh he bought enough and he profited like over ,000 off this one product yeah if you go back if you go back to keeper and click on all at at the bottom for all all years the bottom right oh 700 yeah so I basically look at looked at that like it's been at $38 all its life and then
(2:32:25) you see it's $10 there so I knew it was like a really great discount or maybe an air yeah which I think it was an air 100% 100% yeah and like with this product as well like this one for some reason it wasn't in the beauty category so returns were yeah like it says it's eligible for 60-day returns so it was literally no risk so if we ordered it from Amazon and it had a a up expiration date we get refunded if we ordered it and we want to sit on it for like a week or two before the price increases we can do that and if the price doesn't increase
(2:32:58) again after like three four weeks we can just send it back literally no risk yeah true didn't even see that the 16 month yeah what category is it in uh oral oral C Keith whing it's in health and personal care so it shouldn't be returnable but it is that's okay so Vin asked no limit when buying on Amazon it depends if it's from Amazon directly if the seller p uh puts uh selling limits on their inventory but uh this particular seller is a manufacturer directly but it was sold FBA but it was high smile they had
(2:33:34) no limits and they had like 700 and some units in stock priced at $10 and they were in stock for two weeks before they sold out so there's a lot of opportunity to buy this uh anybody that's seen it could have bought it but didn't there's only a couple people that did so we look yeah High smile when it decreased in price $10 they were at like 742 units you could have literally bought it all and I was considering doing that I was like everybody else I'll just buy this myself but I was like nah I gotta give people some
(2:34:07) value yeah but you don't know it's still risky to buy all cuz they can restock again and that could be a consistent price for them yeah but then you just it's a little risky 700 take time but then you well I doubt they're going to restock at $10 because even at a $ Z buy cost that's not profitable it's not sustainable well I guess that's true I guess unless they're they're but then there's also issues of Ip complaint or them getting you off list I guess not with this one cuz I think there was sellers on it all throughout its history
(2:34:39) so they never had problems with right picking people and if you looked at high smile for other brands on Canada because I'm familiar with the listings for other brands on Canada you'll see many other high smile brands loaded with other FBA sellers the only the the only reason why this one was not other FBA sellers is because the buy cost didn't make sense oh I see yeah 100% And yeah like I I have IP alert but I never activate it because I don't find it's very accurate or viable in Canada whatsoever um I when
(2:35:12) I'm gauging IP issues I'm always looking at this third graph down here if I'm seeing like random drops of sellers out of nowhere yeah I don't find like if I if I listen to IP alert probably like a good at least 10 to 20% of my catalog I probably wouldn't sell and I sell that stuff fine and I have been selling it for years without any issues yeah it's it's I don't think it's that bad in Canada with that it's not IP complaints are not common in Canada whatsoever they definitely happen but it's not a very common
(2:35:48) occurrence yeah but anyways my food is ready so I'll I'll be listening again but I'll just go on mute because I'm just going to eat for I don't know if you're wrapping up or if there's more but I'll be just around sounds good probably will be soon but all right all right good talking to you man yeah you too by but yeah so like our our a2a monitor like not every product that it produces is going to be viable um we do have filters applied to it to try to reduce As Much Junk as we can but it's it's a bot it we catch so much like it's
(2:36:20) not a human looking at it so it's still going to provide some junk so like we can't say every product is going to be viable you still have to vet it um but we have a good chunk that come through here that are viable and um if and when I have time I review them and then I call them out to everybody else but I don't always have the time sometimes um I don't review it for like a day or two and it might miss it so if you're interested in doing a2a flips I would encourage you to regularly review um these channels there was one that was posted
(2:36:55) uh not that long ago a couple days ago it was a a Hasbro game I think it might have been life or risk hold on that one was pretty solid has Bro think it was risk CU I bought a couple yeah so yeah risk and so they didn't have a lot of yeah they didn't have a lot of stock but that was great one they they did have stock but it was limited to four per person I think but if you had multiple Amazon accounts that were disconnected you could have ordered more ah but yeah so like this guy here um it was Amazon it was selling by Amazon they
(2:37:36) had it priced for $9.49 and we estimated that it would typically sell for about 40 bucks so it profit you about $14 per unit so these ones they had a limit of I think four per person so if you only have one buying account you can only order four um you could use like friends and family and Stuff Etc but I mean you do what you got to do and uh yeah so like this one it normally sells for like about 40 bucks we see that Amazon's all over this listing but when we look at the previous data we're seeing that when other
(2:38:05) sellers are price competitive it looks like they were getting the buy box right so that's why we post it um as a new seller you might be more concerned about competing against Amazon completely get it but like if I'm calling out something if Amazon's on it I'm typically looking at to ensure that Amazon actually shares the buy box right but yeah it was like super cheap they discounted it very temporarily it was like this for like a couple hours and then they went out of stock we don't know if they're going to
(2:38:34) come back in stock uh they could or they could be off of it completely and it was also viable to flip to the us as well because I can see on my extension here that sells in the US for 34 bucks us so if I just pull up my calculator my buy cost was 9.49 Canadian so I go Canadian 949 switch it to USD profit is going to be like 15 bucks per us if you sent it over the Border super solid and yeah this one this one has super massive volume 1K plus per month so yeah like you could have probably bought as many as you wanted and sent them over to the
(2:39:14) US and made a decent profit this one would have been $693 buy cost for the us $693 we normally sell for yeah 33 bucks so yeah I would have profited like 13 bucks per and if you could have had access to a thousand you probably could have sold the Thousand within a couple months but yeah you didn't mention Vin I think even when I bought it I think even when I bought it they um they didn't they let me buy it but they didn't have any in stock I just got a notification that they're going to ship in like the end of May so I don't
(2:39:53) know what happened there but whatever I think I got three the last three yeah and yeah and like it it is a possibility that they still fulfill it it is a possibility that they never get it back in stock and you don't get it um but yeah some of the stuff you have to be relatively quick before it sells out oh yeah um Vin you didn't mention um I asked about why you were thinking about switching off switching over to Amazon versus uh or implementing it on top of your sneaker reselling if you want to share if not
(2:40:25) completely fine [Music] just typeing away give him a moment I'm so happy um I actually have to turn on my air conditioning today it was actually warm enough that I had to turn my air condition in crazy that's mean Jordan that's mean what do you meanz here I doubt it it's mean I doubt
(2:41:30) it's freezing there it's probably like plus 20 you think it's freezing no n degrees that's not Alexa just told me she extended a frost warning that's not N9 degrees isn't freezing you're fine that's that's B that's short weather for you looking at the weather right now it's 4 four degrees feels like one okay stop it right now it's 17 here so that's nice it's not normally it's not nor we don't normally have nicer weather so basking it fine he's just rubbing it in with the air conditioning so uh mentioned yes implementing on top of my sneaker
(2:42:19) selling sneak reselling can be limited sometimes and would would like to get more busy too yeah that's completely Fair yeah like I've never been really into Sneaker reselling whatsoever like until we started the server and we started implementing um some stuff for sneaker reselling um I typically only focus on like the very profitable stuff but I've never gotten to like uh bing sneakers or nothing like that never been too heavy into it I've always been like been in Amazon for quite a while and before that I've
(2:42:50) been like a quote unquote reseller basically all my life going to auctions garage sales reselling stuff I spent um the Summers with my aunt and uncle who own pawn shops and were antique dealers so that's my background so if and don't you know uh I do have an Amazon bot as well not sure if it can help for now what kind of Amazon bot like what does it do for you hello again Ron yeah yeah we're still just chatting uh uh Q Montreal beenin he's just typing I'm not sure if he the mic so just waiting for some some responses in case you hear
(2:43:52) some random silence we're not just sitting here listening to each other breathe TR I'm here I know Branch out hey jayen information still still at it yeah we're kind of like just at the at the tail end of it here uh Q qml I just don't think he has a mic he's just typing to me so I'm just waiting for his response uh we're kind of just kind of getting wrapped up nice how's it going good good assume it's recorded uh nothing much was uh doing an interview for an alumni association so was just uh wrapping that up for my school stuff University stuff
(2:44:46) yeah right on oh then uh planning my trip to Miami for Formula 1 next weekend so yeah oh fancy are are you taking the old lady uh 50/50 she wanted to come but she's like mixed about it so going with a friend for now we'll see is is it a is it a friend that's a girl no no okay so then mentioned to check out multiple items long time didn't use it for Amazon though back on the PS5 Prof got you auto check out Bots yeah for sure um I do I have a very like entry level bot I I personally have Stellar I've I've played
(2:45:34) with it a little bit I know it's very entry level I I I think it supports Amazon supports like a lot of Shopify and stuff but I haven't really utilized it a whole lot I know that there's lots of different uh Auto checkout Bots out there for sure I use magnet AIO cool cool I've heard a lot about that I haven't personally used it but um I I would assume because you come from sneak sneaker background you probably have done quite extensive Bing right yeah um so yeah for for a lot of us we don't really come a lot of us
(2:46:14) don't come from sneaker backgrounds so I would say like a good chunk of us probably don't utilize Bots that's why we have like the auto checkout uh section of the server so like we do have guys that would be similar to yourself that provide Auto checkout services um some of these guys they do run very powerful Bots like uh BFG there was a release a couple months ago on um it was the Kanye West Jay-Z carry the throne vinyl restock um it was like the first restock that it had like in forever like multiple years um there was one place I
(2:46:50) think it was I want to say it was graffiti records in the US they were releasing four units total I believe that's what it was I'm pretty sure he he himself and like this was like this was all over like a bunch of reselling groups everywhere uh he himself got three of the units I was like he got he got three out of four of them I was like holy I know like a lot of that does come down to luck but like I mean he mentioned he was testing some stuff uh to make his setup a lot better before that and obviously it worked to get I I saw where you the
(2:47:35) virtual Visa credit card um how do you um or where which which site would be the best to use so to run the the loops so the the best one in my op opinion would probably be Loop uh but Loop uh is a bit more of a pain to get set up with um I'm pretty sure you do need a incorporated business you have to provide them documentation it's kind of a pain in the ass um but coo is a good second coo is actually pretty easy to get set up with it takes like a few seconds um I didn't have to do any Iden identity verification but kale mentioned
(2:48:14) I believe he did but you do it it's really quick you get a card immediately and then you can just e transfer amounts into coo for um from your bank account and then it's just like it's basically a disposable card so you can keep changing the number as much as you want and keep getting new card numbers oh that's nice yeah and and it doesn't cost nothing it's completely free um but does it have a does it have about the can I shop within the us because I know for instance every time I try to cost always get cancelled
(2:48:51) so always have other consolation I can't and I know I can um I can't tell you for sure if coo will work for us um I know like you can use any information you want on coo you don't need to use your own name or your own address like your regular credit card so it might but a better option and I think I have a guide in here is to uh add on a second secondary billing address a secondary Us address onto your existing credit cards so uh I'm pretty sure I have a guide one second yeah other thing I would suggest when if you're using any credit cards
(2:49:40) either make sure you have a card that has no foreign transaction fees if it's a Canadian credit card or if you can you can also apply for a US American Express card I have I have a you have a Us credit card um but I don't know if it's working good because I try to uh set up a Sams Club membership and it went to at first then it just cancelled on me and uh no one was giving me information why canell so on if you look under General reselling guides and then how to utilize a reshipper or crossborder service Under The Heading
(2:50:26) how to use reshipper Point number three it discusses about adding a reshipper like crossb pickups or shipy or whatever US service you use you can add that address as a secondary billing address on your credit card so I I've done this successfully with um RBC and with AMX you just contact them you tell them you want to add on a secondary billing address you give them the US address that you get with crossb pickups or whatever service you have which you can get for free you only have to pay for it if you utilize their service the address
(2:50:58) is free and then you can successfully check out on us retailers with that credit card using the US Building address okay uh I have the my Corporation set up so when would would you recommend um to actually open like a business account because I am think I'm doing a shareholders loan where I am the one using my my physical card and um for the bank for the business when do we would you would you recommend um to get actually bank account for the business and a credit card for the business so it's going to depend so chances are um it it's going
(2:51:42) to depend on your personal credit 100% And so if you have really good credit um if you're not considered like a brand new newcomer that has no credit in Canada and you actually have good credit I have no credit you have I I just have cash have I have no credit right so um they are probably going to base the amount of credit that they offer your new corporation based on yourself they depending on what they're offering you they may even ask or require you to be a guarantor for your business so that just means like they if you if you like um
(2:52:17) file for bankruptcy you're personally responsible for the debts um so it's going to probably based on your personal score and so they will probably give you some form of credit but don't be surprised if like RBC only gives you like a $5,000 credit card right but so it it depends on your personal situation so like if utilizing your personal cards is viable for you it has a good limit for you uh there's no there's nothing wrong with utilizing your personal credit cards except it's going to count towards your own personal
(2:52:54) credit utilization so like if you have really high uh balances when your um credit card statement comes out that's going to negatively impact your credit score if it's over 30% uh whereas if you have a business card that will not impact your personal uh credit score because it's on the business unless you have an American Express I that's different my credit card I use like as a debit in the sense that I never spend what I don't have I literally never do that because I never want to put myself in that position where something happened where
(2:53:36) I don't know where the money is coming from so I never do that but um as I said because I am new here I don't have I don't have a credit history right uh or anything I know I'm going to start school with in September but that's it yeah so like you're probably in the eyes of the government you're basically just like like an 18yearold right brand new brand new credit um so that that's like it's not bad because you would just be you'd be at like zero like you would or you'd be at like the middle like whatever the middle is 600 or whatever
(2:54:11) 650 um so it's not bad but it's not good um but like with your with your that you use personally do you put Amazon expenses on it and personal expenses um strictly Amazon expenses Okay cool so yeah and like so if you keep it at that and you never carry a balance I mean you don't need to rush to get a business card um business cards can be nice because it'll give you access to a little bit more credit it'll help if you have a corporation it'll help your corporation start building credit um and it won't count towards
(2:54:48) your utilization but that might not be a big deal for you but I mean it's not like it's not like it's necessary immediately okay but you can get um you can get business credit cards from like say RBC uh for I believe like either no annual fee or relatively cheap like 20 bucks a year but I think they have some no annual fee ones so best to try to set up a account for the business as soon as POS yeah like it would be it would be beneficial if you can and like assuming that you can manage your credit cards it it would be very beneficial to for you
(2:55:26) to have a a business bank account um if and when you ever have to pay the CRA taxes it's a lot easier to do it out of a business bank account um if you ever have to pay employees it's tends to be easier out a business bank account um and business bank accounts they don't have to be that expensive you can get a standard business bank account for like 15 10 15 bucks a month okay think RBC have a personal one where is like $11 for that's where I bank with yeah yeah I bank with RBC as well and I'm pretty sure um that's just a typical regular
(2:56:07) business bank account is like 15 20 bucks a month something like that okay yeah and yeah and like they have um they have a business a business cash back MasterCard uh I have two of them I believe and I'm pretty sure they're no annual fee let me double check check my that's for RBC yeah yeah with RBC uh credit card spreadsheet where are you credit card you had it out earlier I know I closed it so RB BC yeah RBC business cash back MasterCard no annual fee it's not great rewards it's a flat rate of 1% cash back and they cap the cash back at $650 per
(2:57:01) year so it's not great for rewards but it's a very basic card doesn't cost nothing good place to start that's good and uh cuz really you hear about MX MX cards but I think that you have to have like a a history does your business have to have a history like over a year not necessarily so I have how many AMX cards do I have one two I have three AMX cards myself um the first American Express card I opened was a American Express business Platinum that's the very first AMX I got uh my business wasn't that old but it went based on my personal credit
(2:57:47) I think more so they open the account no problem um if you don't have any history um they might not give you a platinum but they might give you a regular credit card but the limit will probably just be relatively low like it probably be like a thousand bucks okay yeah like I have I have a friend who uh he when he applied for American Express cards he applied for like just their standard credit cards and he had uh he had I think just like slightly better than like average he he had a pretty shitty history then he was
(2:58:28) working on repairing it and um because he didn't have a good history they gave him I think I think they started him at a thousand bucks but they if you utilize it and you consistently pay it off that can rapidly increase okay so it's you wouldn't suggest like maxing it out you like go close to the Limit then pay it off so it doesn't really matter as long as you're not over 30% utilization the day your statement comes out so like so like if your statement date is the 15th you want to ensure you have less than 30% of the balance total a few days
(2:59:15) before the 15th so like say by like the 12th or the 11th have it completely paid off or at least under 30% total and then it will not impact your credit score for utilization um so your personal cards will impact your utilization um if you have a American Express regular credit card it will impact your utilization even if it's business it'll impact you personally um if you have their charge card like the gold or platinum it will not that looks like like it doesn't look like a regular credit card on a report
(2:59:51) it looks kind of like a like a phone bill so that doesn't count towards utilization and your RB if you get like a RBC business credit card that will not count towards you personally either that's just towards the business so then in a sense obviously you don't want to carry balance but if you do it will not impact you personally okay any information about Capital One cuz I want to know if I can build credit by um say I have a $2,000 credit card and I spend 2,000 this week and I paay it off by next week so even though it has a
(3:00:29) 21 day grace period time period to pay it off I paid up with a week and doing it back and forth does that help build my credit so there are there is some conventional quote unquote conventional wisdom where you'll have people tell you that uh you shouldn't always pay off all your balance at once cuz paying it off always is going to lower your credit that's that is completely false um you utilize it more should help your credit a bit it's not going to be a major factor major factors are going to be you paying your bills on time not making
(3:01:09) late payments not having high utilization those are going to be the big ones and then and then your overall credit history the longer your credit history is the the overall average the better that will impact your score too um you you curious you just want to make sure again that your balance is paid at least 30% down before your statement is issued because even if you pay it off consistently say you you spend two grand you pay it off if you spend that two grand and then your statement is issued that day that's going to be 100%
(3:01:43) utilization and that's going to count negative2 oh so I have to keep track when the statement date is due yes and pay pay it before the statement date is due and then wait until the statement statement is issued then spend more money I also would suggest I don't know if you have access to who you bank with right now but a lot of banks have to view your credit score in the app itself or there are free tools like Credit Karma borrow well that will allow you to view your credit score currently I don't know if you check that or use it on a
(3:02:19) and it can give you an update on a weekly monthly basis if you haven't done that already so I know RBC does offer that but you have to do it in the web application not on their app on their phone you have to log in on the PC and it will give you your credit score once per month and it's through TransUnion so you can check your credit score once per month for free through RBC yeah CBC I think also is pretty much once a month or so 3 months if I'm not mistaken I don't know if they P from John Bor posha Bank also does it through
(3:02:55) their app and it's always up there whenever I push it CBC is TransUnion as well I think only borrowell is Equifax I think K Karma I think is CR Union as well yep so yeah I mean yeah you got to take those also with a grain of salt in terms of like weekly if it goes up 10 goes comes down 20 like there's no you shouldn't as long as if watch is above like say 700 of 750 or like golden you don't have to be treat it like oh you're going to get some special treatment if you're like 20 points more after a certain point no like the the biggest thing is
(3:03:38) you just use your credit consistently pay it off don't ever um don't ever miss a payment and keep your utilization low and then over time your credit will just build organically there's no like other special tricks like um I have an uncle who's like very very old school and he always told me he's like oh if you pay off your entire balance like that's going to impact your credit I'm like I'm pretty I'm pretty sure you're full of and then you know all a sudden one day I have like an 830 840 credit score I'm like uh here here's my credit score
(3:04:17) I'm pretty sure that's never impacted me because I've always paid off my my bills immediately after I uh after I paid on my credit card it was paid off that day so I like you're full of yeah I don't it have a negative impact if anything I know because even I have like some cards which have a$ Z balance I like don't use them at all and they're just sitting on my account for 6 months and they they say oh beware the only thing that could happen is if you don't carry your balance and it's zero and you don't do any spend is if they
(3:04:51) decide to close your curent card then it could have impact but if you're using it and paying it off I don't see why it would be an issue yeah I I actually just had that happen with one of my Canadian Tire cards um I had both like the gray one and the black one um I never used the gray one ever and uh I never even thought about it and then all of a sudden one day I went and logged into the Canadian Tire app and there was an error on my on my gray one and it said please contact customer service and I didn't do it immediately because I was
(3:05:23) like busy I was like I don't really care and then I probably I called them like a couple months later and this was like not that long ago and I was like um can you help me fix the issue on my account like what's going on they're like oh well we have records you haven't used it for like a year and then plus like three or six months so they're like if you contacted us like rate when it happened we would have been able to reopen it for you but not now I'm like okay whatever but like yeah if that is closing your
(3:05:51) oldest credit account that's going to impact your overall credit age history that would impact you if it's a newer card or if it's not your oldest card it doesn't really matter the the older the the older your average credit age is uh that also has a great impact with your uh credit score that makes sense yeah I guess you can show in Gods for a year and it wouldn't have as much impact if you closed them or sometimes you can even like I've learned like if you have like an expensive card sometimes you can product switch it to like a free card
(3:06:28) and that way the account remains open they just may reduce your credit limit on it and offer you a free card instead so that way you're not closing it 100% yep yeah like whatever also sorry I was just gonna say whatever like your first credit card is that you that you get you should never close that card ever that's your oldest credit history probably um if it's a paid card and like you don't use it anymore just switch it to a free one but never close it you're saying to have good credit I have to keep a credit I have to
(3:07:02) constantly show where I'm spending money on a credit card or something of that sort consistently over a very very long period of time even though if I decided I don't want a credit card and I try to close it it will AFF my credit score if it's your oldest card yes it's stupid nobody said that the system makes sense but if it's your oldest card yes because your average credit um your average credit length is one of the major factors so yeah like nobody ever said the system makes sense or it's a good system but that's one that we have to
(3:07:36) deal with so we got to play within their rules right yeah that's true weird um J I had a question um if I'm trying to to amazon.com flips to Canada yep um is the best option obviously I have a US card I can use to pay an USD and then is the best option to what just crossb I guess and ship it across to me right and and prep it like there's no other two ways around it like no one's found a way found a prep Center that's in a taxfree state that can then ship over right because all the crossb places are typically the
(3:08:19) border so um like there are some products you can get that will ship direct to Canada so you can you can remove the the middleman um but typically speaking crossb service is going to be the way to go um I haven't I haven't spoke to prep centers like that extensively but you could reach out to people like um like ones that run them over the border for you so like running red or stallion Express and they might have a better op option but I would assume they're probably going to charge similar fees as a crossb service yeah I know but because my thing
(3:08:53) is also most of them are necessarily in a taxfree state and if you're trying to ship to a taxfree state then you're paying for shipping to get get from that taxfree state to Canada anyways right right I think cash 22 I think I want to say is Montana attacks fre state is yeah does not have a state sales tax so yeah if you find a prep Center in Montana that might be uh that might be viable if if they do crossb service yeah I see where persons in the group like do do that crossb service I wonder I'm wondering if it's like um
(3:09:37) profitable in the in the essense of because you have to pay uh for the service right so naturally when you're paying for the service you would like break down that money into into that the units that you you're bringing into Canada yep it is and you have to account for the exchange rate Jordan has a good calculator which allows you to do all of that so yeah your profit margin ideally you want to be at 50 60% to fully burden it with all these additional cost cuz there's also duties and taxes which is there when you
(3:10:12) import the product and some of that you can claim back on your HST which is the the tax part for example any duties you pay to amazon.com to ship it to any crossb place you're not going to be able to claim any of those US taxes back right correct me from wrong Jordan yeah no you're correct so you would just Factor it well you could do one of two things but you no matter what you do you should always do the same thing you can do either one you can either claim your additional Freight charges like your duties your uh shipping charges Etc you
(3:10:46) can claim that as a expense on your taxes like a regular business expense or you can include those costs as part of your cost of goods it doesn't matter which one you do as long as whatever method you do you do it consistently okay makes sense yeah but yeah but assume if you're includeed as part of your caution good Souls you just need to make sure when you have Quick Books soever you're not putting a 13% Auto HST on for that part right right yeah you wouldn't want to add additional sales tax onto it because you're not
(3:11:20) factoring that in you can't claim input tax credits for any products you bought in the US and paying the retailer directly taxes on the only rebate you're going to get is from the crossw and the duties you pay when you import correct the only way you can get refunded for the US taxes is if you have like a US tax number yeah um the the calculator that he's mentioning Ron if you're interested it's under that same article how to utilize a reshipper cross border service at the bottom of it it's it says down here how to estimate your fees there's a
(3:12:00) spread there's a spreadsheet a calculator and then also a a video of how to use it and it's pretty basic it just it just helps you calculate what your total fees are going to be to get the units over the board so like if your standard cost per unit is say like $15 US and say you're going to bring over 30 units in one box and your estimate your pickup fee is going to be 17 bucks and shipping to you is going to be 30 bucks that adds everything else up for you and tells you that uh your estimated cost to get it to you all expenses in is going
(3:12:32) to be about $22 yeah that's from the US to my house yeah that that that's shipping from the US to your house or US to Canada yes that would be a game changer yeah like there are there are there are definitely a lot sorry I didn't mean to cut you off Jaden I think he were saying something he was breaking up oh I I yeah I think we were both getting disconnected something I didn't mean to cut you off oh I was going to say sometimes like if you are close to a cross boarding place like stallion or whatever sometimes you don't even have to get
(3:13:14) them to ship it to them you you can go pick it up up uh and that saves you some of the shipping fee uh but you also have to keep an account weight right per box cuz sometimes you can really get ding by all of those additional if you're shipping across heavy items because I think they do it by weight if I'm not mistaken as well yeah so like the way that I do it is like say I'm buying this product from the US I look at the weight on Amazon so this individual unit is 1.
(3:13:44) 27 kgs I estimate it's going to differ from retailer to retailer not every retailer is going to condense everything as much as possible but I try to estimate how many units are they going to fit in a 30 lb box so 1.27 KGS is uh I'm just going to round it up to three pounds and that gives me a good buffer so that means I can probably bring over 10 units in one box and I'm hoping they're going to put it all in one box but they might not they might split it up but so I would just estimate that they're going I'm estimate I'm going to bring over 10
(3:14:15) units and 130 box my pickup fee for 130 lb box is going to be 17 bucks I believe cuz over that it's considered oversize uh uh oh their their web page is down um I'm pretty sure I'm pretty sure their Max cost before it could oversize is 30 pounds so that's your $7 pickup fee and then you can estimate your shipping fee and then yeah that's how that's how I do it pick Fe pickup fee $17 do a shipping fee so in total you've been um $47 canadi in right what are your taxes taxes on is that just 133% flat or you including the
(3:14:55) import Duty as well on there the taxes are for the 5% New York sales tax yeah so this calculator does this calculator does not factor in any import duties that would be separate yeah CH chances are pretty high though like obviously not always but chances are probably high if you're buying products from Amazon like say consumable Goods or from Home Depot or from Walmart if they're consumables and not toys they're probably going to be made in North America and they probably should be duty-free if you're buying toys and
(3:15:33) stuff that are made in Asia then you want to factor in the additional duty cost okay so buying stuff from America have to Ure that it's um North American based to not pay taxes on it to pay additional duties correct if it's if it's from what's called a a kusma country so Canadian United States Mexico agreement kusma it used to be called um what was it called before it used to be called something else the North American Free Trade Agreement yeah it was used to be called NAFTA now it's kusma so if if it's made in Canada us or Mexico it
(3:16:13) should be dutyfree there might be instances where where if you're bringing over certain amounts of volume they may try to assess you duties um but if you have like a business account with crossb pickups then they should take care of that for you oh that's great okay I think I'm going to wrap it up there I think it was a good set I think it was a good session we had a good nice little Q&A with everybody um but yeah I appreciate everybody coming out and for listening to everything and for all the questions afterwards uh as always I hope everybody
(3:16:58) enjoyed the session of learned something today and then uh yeah going forward if you have any other questions never hesitate to ask either in a support ticket or in the server that's exactly what we're here for thank you
